Author analyzes the system of accounting of income, expenses and financial results
at the enterprise under study. The peculiarities of using the company's own chart of
accounts at the enterprise are analyzed; the main indicators that characterize the results of
the enterprise, its income, expenses, financial results and resource efficiency are calculated
and analyzed.
The directions of improvement of the system of the account and internal control at
the enterprise are offered; based on the analysis of the results of the enterprise are
developed recommendations for improving the efficiency of PJSC "Odesa Cable Plant
"Odeskabel"

No full textУ роботі розглянуто франчайзинг як механізм розвитку підприємництва у сфері туризму. Визначено сутність туристичного франчайзингу як моделі ділового співробітництва, що поєднує стандарти сервісу, маркетингову підтримку та технологічні інструменти провідних брендів із гнучкістю локальних агентств. Проаналізовано специфічні риси туристичного франчайзингу — сезонність попиту, необхідність стандартизації сервісу, цифровізацію процесів бронювання та комунікації з клієнтами. Окреслено міжнародний досвід компаній TUI, Thomas Cook, American Express Travel, які демонструють ефективність централізованих систем управління та навчання персоналу. Виявлено основні бар’єри для розвитку франчайзингу в Україні, зокрема недосконалість правової бази та обмежений доступ до фінансування. Запропоновано механізм розвитку, що передбачає створення національного реєстру франшиз, бізнес-інкубаторів для туристичних стартапів, грантових програм і навчальних ініціатив для франчайзі. Обґрунтовано, що франчайзинг є ефективним інструментом інтеграції малого бізнесу в мережеві структури туризму та підвищення конкурентоспроможності галузі.The article examines franchising as a mechanism for entrepreneurship development in the tourism sector. The essence of tourism franchising is defined as a business cooperation model that combines brand standards, marketing support, and technological tools of leading companies with the flexibility of local agencies. The study highlights the specific characteristics of tourism franchising — demand seasonality, the need for service standardization, and the digitalization of booking and communication processes. International experience of TUI, Thomas Cook, and American Express Travel is analyzed, emphasizing the effectiveness of centralized marketing and personnel training systems. The main barriers to franchising development in Ukraine are identified, including an underdeveloped legal framework and limited financial accessibility. The proposed development mechanism includes establishing a national franchise registry, supporting business incubators for tourism startups, launching grant programs, and implementing educational initiatives for franchisees. It is concluded that franchising serves as an effective tool for integrating small businesses into tourism networks and strengthening the competitiveness of the industry

Актуальність даного дослідження обумовлюється наростаючою поширеністю паління тютюнових виробів серед підлітків і молоді, що створює особливу небезпеку саме для цієї групи населення, яка вступає в репродуктивний вік. Також у сучасній медицині гостро стоїть питання вживання підлітково-юнацьким контингентом як альтернативи тютюнопаління електронних сигарет, або вейпінгу. Медики та науковці за результатами досліджень виявили збільшення кількості захворювань, що призводять до серйозних структурно-функціональних розладів в організмі. Шкідливі звички є серйозною загрозою не тільки для фізичного, а й для психічного стану здоров'я людини. Вони мають негативний вплив на когнітивні функції, емоційний стан, мотивацію до навчання, творчу діяльність і працездатність, тим самим стають на заваді повноцінній самореалізації. Виникнення такого роду звичок часто зумовлено наявністю внутрішніх психологічних конфліктів, фрустрованих потреб або ж кризових життєвих обставин. І саме тютюнопаління на сьогодні є епідемією, пандемією, яка охопила вже 1/3 населення земної кулі. Виходячи з вищесказаного, можна зробити висновок, що проблема поширеності тютюнопаління серед підлітково-юнацького контингенту є актуальною на сьогоднішній день. Практичне значення роботи полягає в тому, що матеріали даного дослідження можуть бути використані в наукових і практичних цілях, а також при професійній підготовці майбутніх психологів.
The final work consists of two sections. The relevance of this study is due to the increasing prevalence of smoking tobacco products among adolescents and young people, which creates a particular danger for this group of the population entering reproductive age. Also, in modern medicine, the issue of the use of electronic cigarettes, or vaping, by adolescents and young people as an alternative
to smoking is acute. Doctors and scientists, based on the results of research, have found an increase in the number of diseases that lead to serious structural and functional disorders in the body.
Bad habits are a serious threat not only to physical, but also to the mental state of human health. They have a negative impact on cognitive functions, emotional state, motivation for learning, creative activity and work capacity, thereby becoming an obstacle to full self-realization. The emergence of such habits is often due to the presence of internal psychological conflicts, frustrated needs or crisis life circumstances. And smoking is currently an epidemic, a pandemic, which has already covered 1/3 of the world's population. Based on the above, we can conclude that the problem of the prevalence of smoking among adolescents and young people is relevant today. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the materials of this study can be used for scientific and practical purposes, as well as in the professional training of future psychologists

Проаналізовано досвід реалізації освітнього проєкту RapidSkills в Одеському національному економічному університеті, спрямованого на підготовку фахівців для критичних секторів економіки. Представлено статистичні дані щодо охоплення слухачів різних курсів, структуру партнерств із підприємствами та форми реалізації практичного компоненту. Автори доводять, що дуальна освіта сприяє скороченню періоду адаптації випускників, підвищенню їхньої конкурентоспроможності та розширенню можливостей працевлаштування. Досвід RapidSkills демонструє потенціал інтеграції бізнесу та освіти як стратегії стабілізації ринку праці в умовах воєнного стану.The theses consider the relevance of dual education as an effective tool for student-centered learning in wartime. The experience of implementing the RapidSkills educational project at the Odessa National Economic University, aimed at training specialists for critical sectors of the economy, is analyzed. Statistical data on the coverage of students of various courses, the structure of partnerships with enterprises, and forms of implementation of the practical component are presented. The authors prove that dual education helps to reduce the adaptation period of graduates, increase their competitiveness, and expand employment opportunities. The RapidSkills experience demonstrates the potential of integrating business and education as a strategy for stabilizing the labor market in martial law

Пропозицією удосконалення є відкриття фітнес-зали та SPA-салону. Ґрунтуючись на отримані дані з розрахунків, за 2 роки функціонування фітнес-зали, його діяльність може забезпечити чистий прибуток у розмірі 2 783 000 грн, що забезпечує значне фінансове надходження для подальшого розвитку бізнесу. Розрахунки на відкриття SPA-салону демонструють, що очікуваний чистий прибуток становить 717 000 грн на місяць, що свідчить про високу рентабельність проекту, за умови досягнення прогнозованих доходів.The article considers the essence of the concept of ‘competitive advantages’; the main sources of formation of competitive advantages of an enterprise are provided. It provides proposals on formation of competitive advantages of a hotel enterprise and conducts assessment of efficiency.
The proposal for improvement is to open a fitness room and a SPA-salon. Based on the data obtained from the calculations, over 2 years of operation of the fitness hall, its activities can provide a net profit of 2,783,000 UAH, which provides significant financial income for further business development. Calculations for the opening of the SPA salon demonstrate that the expected net profit is 717,000 UAH per month, which indicates a high profitability of the project, provided that the projected income is achieve

У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи формування та планування трудової кар'єри, визначено її сутність, види, етапи та проаналізовано вплив організаційних чинників. Досліджено діяльність ТОВ «КВОЛІТІ ТЕСТІНГ ЕНД ІНСПЕКШН», проаналізовано його кадрові, економічні показники та особливості кар'єрної мобільності персоналу. За результатами соціологічного опитування оцінено суб'єктивне сприйняття працівниками можливостей для кар'єрного зростання. Виявлено ключові проблеми. Запропоновано комплекс заходів щодо вдосконалення системи планування трудової кар'єри на підприємстві, включаючи розробку кар'єрних шляхів, удосконалення системи навчання та розвитку, формалізацію механізмів просування та впровадження кар'єрних бесід. The object of the study is the process of formation and planning of labor career in "QUALITY TESTING AND INSPECTION" LLC.
The paper examines the theoretical foundations of career development and planning, defines its essence, types, and stages, and analyzes the influence of organizational factors. The activities of LLC "QUALITY TESTING AND INSPECTION" were studied, including an analysis of its personnel and economic indicators, as well as the specifics of career mobility within the company. Based on a sociological survey, the employees' subjective perception of career growth opportunities was assessed. Key problems were identified. A set of measures was proposed to improve the career planning system within the enterprise, including the development of career paths, enhancement of training and development systems, formalization of promotion mechanisms, and the implementation of career conversations. The proposed recommendations were substantiated by the expected economic and social outcomes for the Company
