Основна увага приділена питанням впровадження інноваційних технологій, зокрема систем управління готельними операціями (PMS) та цифрових платформ для бронювання, що сприяють покращенню якості обслуговування і лояльності клієнтів. Розглядаються аспекти адаптації українських курортних готелів до міжнародних стандартів обслуговування, таких як ISO 9001 та ISO 14001, а також персоналізації послуг. Підкреслюється необхідність підготовки кадрів і впровадження екологічних технологій для забезпечення сталого розвитку готелів. Особливу увагу приділено дослідженню питання підвищення ефективності маркетингових стратегій для залучення нових категорій клієнтів.The article explores the main trends in the development of service activities in Ukrainian resort hotels amid the current changes in the tourism market. The focus is on the implementation of innovative technologies, particularly property management systems (PMS) and digital booking platforms, which enhance service quality and customer loyalty. Key aspects of adapting Ukrainian resort hotels to international service standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, are examined, along with the growing importance of service personalization. The article highlights the need for personnel training and the introduction of eco-friendly technologies to ensure the sustainable development of resort hotels. It also delves into the impact of global economic trends on the resort hotel industry and the opportunities for collaboration with international tour operators to improve competitiveness. Special attention is paid to the efficiency of marketing strategies in attracting new customer categories, as well as to the role of customer satisfaction and feedback in shaping service improvements. Furthermore, the article investigates the importance of adopting smart technologies in resort hotel management, such as AI-driven solutions and automated customer service tools, which streamline operational processes and create more personalized guest experiences.

Investment Risks of the Enterprise: Classification, Assessment Methods, and Management

процес управління інвестиційними ризиками підприємства.
У роботі
розглядаються теоретико методичні засади щодо управління інвестиційними
ризиками підприємства зокрема сутність цього поняття, його економічна природа,
класифікаційні ознаки та еволюція трактувань у науковій літературі. Значну увагу приділено
сучасним підходам до оцінки та управління ризиками, що дозволяє сформувати теоретичну
базу для подальшого п рактичного аналізу.
Проаналізовано
фінансово економічний стан ФОП «Гаценко А. О.», виявлено ключові
внутрішні та зовнішні чинники формування інвестиційних ризиків, а також оцінено
ефективність застосовуваних на підприємстві методів їх ідентифікації та кон тролю.
Запропоновано
нові шляхи мінімізації інвестиційних ризиків, серед яких:
диверсифікація інвестиційного портфеля між різними класами активів і ринками ; системи
раннього попередження ключових ризик ів ; автоматизація процесів моніторингу та звітності;
навчання персоналу й залучення зовнішніх експертів для підвищення компетенцій у сфері

mod ern approaches to risk assessment and management, which form a theoretical basis for further
practical analysis.
The financial and economic condition of the sole proprietorship "Hatsenko A. O." has been
analyzed; key internal and external factors in the fo rmation of investment risks have been identified,
and the effectiveness of the risk identification and control methods used at the enterprise has been
evaluated.
New approaches to minimizing investment risks have been proposed, including
diversification of the investment portfolio across various asset classes and markets, early warning
systems for key risks, automation of monitoring and reporting processes, staff training, and
involvement of external experts to enhance competencies in the field of risk mana gement

діяльності в Україні. Методологія дослідження базується на порівняльному аналізі чинних систем оподаткування в
Україні, а саме загальної та спрощеної систем оподаткування. Системний підхід передбачає вивчення взаємозв'язку
умов, за яких ці системи можуть застосовуватись суб'єктами підприємницької діяльності, досліджуючи їх відповідні
переваги та недоліки. Порівняльний аналіз враховує такі правові вимоги, як вид діяльності, кількість працівників та
порогові значення доходу. Надано рекомендації щодо вибору між спрощеною системою (третя група) та загальною
системою оподаткування. Рекомендації, представлені у статті, допоможуть підприємцям оптимізувати податкове
навантаження та обрати найбільш відповідну систему оподаткування, що сприятиме підвищенню ефективності
господарської діяльності та дотриманню законодавчих вимог.The aim of the article is to develop and characterize general recommendations for selecting the optimal taxation
system for entrepreneurial activities in Ukraine. By addressing the critical issue of taxation system choice, the study seeks to
assist business entities in making informed decisions that will affect their fiscal relations with the state, interactions with other
contractors, accounting practices, reporting requirements, and ultimately, their profitability. The methodology of the study is
based on a comparative analysis of the existing taxation systems in Ukraine, namely the general and simplified taxation systems.
The systemic approach involves studying the relationship between the conditions under which these systems can be applied by
business entities, examining their respective advantages and disadvantages. The comparative analysis takes into account such
legal requirements as the type of activity, the number of employees and income thresholds. The research also identifies the factors
and stages involved in choosing the appropriate taxation system, providing a detailed evaluation to guide entrepreneurs. The
findings highlight the necessity for business entities to make an evidence-based choice between the general and simplified taxation
systems. The article specifies the practical problem faced by entrepreneurs in deciding whether to opt for the third group of the
simplified taxation system or the general system. It underscores that the choice should be justified by carefully considering all
relevant factors specific to the enterprise. The general taxation system, while more complex in terms of accounting and reporting,
allows for engagement in any type of activity without the limitations inherent in the simplified system. Conversely, the simplified
system offers ease of operation but comes with restrictions on certain activities, employee numbers, and income levels. The article
contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing an in-depth examination of the decision-making process involved in
selecting a taxation system. It introduces a structured approach to evaluating the key factors that influence this choice, such as
operational specifics and regulatory compliance requirements. This nuanced analysis enhances the understanding of how taxoptimization can be achieved in the Ukrainian context, offering new insights into the strategic planning of fiscal responsibilities for
business entities. The recommendations presented in the article serve as a valuable tool for entrepreneurs seeking to optimize their
tax burden and improve the efficiency of their business operations. By selecting the most appropriate taxation system based on a
thorough understanding of all influencing factors, businesses can ensure better compliance with legislative requirements, enhance

та факторів, що зумовлюють виникнення такої поведінки ; по третє,
недостатн я вивченіст ь механізмів діагностики такої поведінки на ранніх
стадіях коли спостерігаються лише деякі прояви девіантної поведінки так і
методів профілактики коли вже у людини сильно виражена девіантна
поведінка
У роботі
д евіантна поведінка у сучасної молоді розглядаються як
психологічний стан коли людина прагне порушувати рамки встановлених
правил та соціальних норм. Найбільш важливі аспекти дослідження являться
глибо кий аналіз психологічних факторів ризику, що сприяють формуванню
девіантної поведінки серед молоді; виявленні зв’язк и між рівнем
агресивності, типами акценту ацій характеру та схильністю до девіацій;
практичн е застосуванні отриманих результатів для профілактики негативних
проявів у поведінці молодих людей. Виходячи з вищесказаного, можна
зробити висновок, що проблема девіантної поведінки серед молоді є
надзвич айно актуальною. Практичне значення роботи полягає в тому, що її
результати можуть бути використані фахівцями для виявлення осіб із
підвищеним ризиком девіантної поведінки, а також для розробки та
впровадження профілактичних програм, з метою зниження рівня
