Value-semantic sphere as a moderator of police officers’ psychoemotional state in combat conditions
No full textУ статті досліджується взаємозв’язок між розвитком ціннісно-смислової сфери та рівнями депресії, тривожності й стресу в поліцейських в умовах професійного навантаження. Актуальність зумовлена потребою у виявленні психологічних чинників, що сприяють збереженню психічного здоров’я правоохоронців. Теоретично обґрунтовано роль ціннісно-смислової сфери як ресурсу, що виконує адаптивну, регулятивну й екзистенційну функції. Емпіричне дослідження проведено на вибірці з 297 поліцейських із використанням шкал DASS-21 та методик діагностики смисложиттєвих орієнтацій. Респонденти були розподілені на три групи за рівнем розвитку ціннісно-смислової сфери: низький (96 осіб), середній (103 особи) та високий (98 осіб). Аналіз виявив, що найкращі показники емоційного стану демонструють респонденти із середнім рівнем розвитку, що свідчить про оптимальний баланс рефлексії, стресостійкості та мотивації. Низький рівень асоціюється з підвищеною тривожністю, а високий – із депресивними тенденціями, що інтерпретується як наслідок гіперрефлексії або ціннісного дистресу. Отримані результати підкреслюють роль ціннісно-смислової сфери як модератора психоемоційного стану та її значення для програм психологічної підтримки персоналу силових структур.
The article explores the relationship between the development of the value-semantic sphere and the levels of depression, anxiety, and stress among police officers working under increased professional pressure. The relevance of the study is due to the need to identify psychological factors that help reduce emotional tension and maintain mental health in law enforcement personnel. Theoretically, the value-semantic sphere is presented as a personal resource that performs adaptive, regulatory, and existential functions. The empirical study was conducted on a sample of 297 police officers using the DASS-21 scales and instruments for diagnosing life-meaning orientations. Respondents were divided into three groups based on the level of valuesemantic development: low (96 individuals), medium/adaptive (103 individuals), and high (98 individuals). Comparative analysis showed that the most favorable emotional state indicators were found in officers with a medium level of development, indicating an optimal balance of reflection, stress resistance, and motivational orientation. A low level was associated with heightened anxiety, while a high level was linked to depressive tendencies, interpreted as a result of hyper-reflection or value-related distress. The findings highlight the moderating role of the value-semantic sphere in regulating police officers’ psycho-emotional state and its importance for developing preventive psychological support programs for law enforcement personnel

The paper investigates the theoretical foundations of customs payments as a
component of state budget revenues. The concept, types, and essence of customs payments,
their role in forming budget revenues, and the regulatory-legal framework of Ukraine's
customs policy are examined.
An analysis of the dynamics of customs payments to the state budget was conducted,
the specifics of foreign currency operations in the field of foreign economic activity were
studied, and problematic aspects of customs payments collection were identified.

є дослідження основних тенденцій функціонування ринку цінних паперів України та формулювання напрямів його
розвитку. Під час проведення наукового дослідження використано методи аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення, розрахунково
аналітичний, графічний, а також застосовано системний підхід. На підставі проведеного дослідження встановлено, що
ключовою парадигмою розвитку ринку цінних паперів в Україні є доведення нормативно-правової бази функціонування
ринку до вимог та стандартів Європейського Союзу. Проведений аналіз активності учасників на ринку цінних паперів
засвідчив наявність чинників, які негативно впливають на його розвиток. Практично обґрунтовано, що розвиток
вітчизняного ринку цінних паперів у повній мірі залежить від створеної системи його регулювання та місії регуляторів
на ньому. Перспективи подальших наукових досліджень мають бути спрямовані на вирішення питань інвестиційної
привабності ринку та врахування сучасних факторів ризику, які пов’язані зі зміною вектору корпоративного управління
суб’єктами економічної діяльності. The article is dedicated to the study of key issues related to the development of the securities market in Ukraine. The
securities market is one of the key components of the financial market, ensuring the processes of mobilization, allocation, and
direction of resources for the development of the national economy. Today, the global securities market has reached a level where
differences between national markets are almost non-existent, and territorial boundaries have disappeared, requiring the formation
of an organized and interconnected global market. The successful resolution of challenges related to accelerating economic growth
and restoring the national economy in the post-war period, which is particularly relevant in the current conditions of financial
instability, as well as increasing investments, largely depends on the effective functioning of the financial market, particularly its
segment-пthe securities market. The purpose of the article is to examine the main trends in the functioning of Ukraine’s securities
market and to outline directions for its development. The research employs methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization,
computational-analytical, graphical methods, and a systematic approach. Based on the conducted study, it has been established
that the key paradigm for the development of Ukraine's securities market is aligning the regulatory and legal framework with the
requirements and standards of the European Union. The analysis of market participants' activity has revealed the presence of factors
negatively affecting its development. It has been practically substantiated that the development of the domestic securities market
fully depends on the regulatory system established and the role of regulators within it. Future research prospects should focus on
addressing issues related to the investment attractiveness of the market and considering modern risk factors associated with shifts
in corporate governance vectors of economic entities. Additionally, emphasis should be placed on supporting the development of
the fintech sector—digital platforms for securities trading, the use of blockchain to enhance transaction transparency and protect

Mediation: concept, essence and socio-psychological features

інтегрує філософські, психологічні та соціологічні підходи до вирішення
конфліктів. Вона поєднує ціннісну орієнтацію на розвиток культури діалогу, психологічні механізми регуляції емоцій і когнітивні стратегії учасників, а також соціальні функції мінімізації конфліктності та формування навичок мирного вирішення суперечок. Аргументовано, що у сучасному контексті медіація не зводиться лише до посередництва, а постає як багаторівневий процес соціально-психологічної комунікації, орієнтований на досягнення примирення через діалог та взаєморозуміння. Проведений аналіз основних теоретико-методологічних підходів показав, що медіація у сучасному соціально-психологічному вимірі виступає не лише юридично врегульованим механізмом альтернативного вирішення спорів, а передусім як складна форма міжособистісної та групової взаємодії, що спирається на закономірності психології конфлікту, комунікативної регуляції та емоційної модифікації. Обгрунтовано, що на психологічному рівні медіація реалізує трансформаційну функцію: конфлікт розглядається як потенційний ресурс розвитку, а не лише як загроза психічному та соціальному благополуччю
сторін.
The work shows that mediation is a complex phenomenon that integrates
philosophical, psychological and sociological approaches to conflict resolution. It combines a value orientation on the development of a culture of dialogue,
psychological mechanisms for regulating emotions and cognitive strategies of
participants, as well as social functions of minimizing conflict and forming skills for peaceful resolution of disputes. It is argued that in the modern context, mediation is not reduced only to mediation, but appears as a multi-level process of socio-psychological communication, focused on achieving reconciliation through dialogue and mutual understanding. The analysis of the main theoretical and methodological approaches showed that mediation in the modern socio-psychological dimension acts not only as a legally regulated mechanism for alternative dispute resolution, but primarily as a complex form of interpersonal and group interaction, based on the laws of conflict psychology, communicative regulation and emotional modification. It is substantiated that at the psychological level, mediation implements a transformational function: the conflict is viewed as a potential resource for development, and not only as a threat to the mental and social well-being of the parties
