Forming communicative tolerance in teenagers
No full textУ кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено комплексне теоретико-емпіричне
дослідження психологічних особливостей комунікативної толерантності
підлітків та умов її формування у процесі соціального розвитку. У вступі
обґрунтовано актуальність проблеми, визначено мету, завдання, об’єкт і предмет дослідження, описано методи, а також підкреслено практичне значення отриманих результатів. У першому розділі представлено ґрунтовний аналіз науково-теоретичних підходів до розуміння феномену комунікативної толерантності підлітків. Висвітлено її структуру, основні компоненти та особистісні детермінанти, серед яких провідну роль відіграють емпатія, емоційна чутливість, гнучкість спілкування та здатність до прийняття різноманіття. Обґрунтовано, що комунікативна толерантність є ключовою умовою гармонійної соціалізації підлітків і формує основу для конструктивної міжособистісної взаємодії. У другому розділі подано організацію та результати емпіричного дослідження, спрямованого на виявлення рівнів комунікативної толерантності та її взаємозв’язків із емпатією, емоційним інтелектом і комунікативною креативністю. На основі кластерного аналізу виокремлено групи підлітків з високим і низьким рівнями толерантності та охарактеризовано їхні психологічні профілі. Встановлено, що високий рівень толерантності корелює з емоційною
зрілістю, соціальною чутливістю, низькою конфліктністю та розвиненою
здатністю до співпереживання. Натомість низький рівень асоціюється зімпульсивністю, жорсткістю, труднощами емоційної регуляції й схильністю до маніпулятивної поведінки. У третьому розділі здійснено теоретико-психологічне обґрунтування підходів до формування комунікативної толерантності у підлітковому віці. Визначено ключові механізми психологічної підтримки, окреслено форми та напрями впливу – індивідуальну підтримку, групові тренінги, психоедукаційні та арт терапевтичні методи. Підкреслено важливість системного та поетапного
розвитку просоціальних установок, емоційної рефлексії та вміння конструктивно взаємодіяти в соціально різноманітному середовищі.
Результати роботи розкривають специфіку комунікативної толерантності
підлітків та можуть бути використані в діяльності практичних психологів,
педагогів і фахівців соціально-психологічної підтримки для розробки програм формування гуманістичних комунікативних установок у молоді.
The qualification paper presents a comprehensive theoretical and empirical study
of communicative tolerance in adolescents and the psychological conditions that
influence its development. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research problem, defines the aim, objectives, object and subject of the study, outlines the applied methods, and highlights the practical significance of the obtained results. The first section provides an in-depth theoretical analysis of communicicative tolerance as a multifaceted personal characteristic essential for constructive interpersonal interaction during adolescence. The structure and key components of communicative tolerance—cognitive, emotional, motivational-value and behavioral—are described, along with its personal determinants such as empathy, emotional sensitivity, communicative flexibility and the ability to accept diversity. Communicative tolerance is substantiated as a crucial factor in adolescents’ socialization and harmonious social functioning. The second section presents the organization and findings of the empirical study aimed at identifying the levels of communicative tolerance among adolescents and examining its relationship with empathy, emotional intelligence and communicative creativity. Cluster analysis revealed groups with high and low tolerance levels, whose
psychological profiles were compared. The results showed that high communicative tolerance is associated with emotional maturity, social sensitivity, low conflict proneness and a developed capacity for empathy, whereas low tolerance correlates with impulsivity, rigidity, difficulties in emotional regulation and a tendency toward manipulative or conflictual behavior. The third section offers a theoretical and psychological justification of approaches to developing communicative tolerance in adolescence. Key mechanisms of psychological support are outlined, including individual counseling, group training (emotional
intelligence, communicative competence, social reflection), psychoeducation and art-therapeutic methods. Emphasis is placed on the need for systematic, stage-based support aimed at fostering prosocial attitudes, emotional reflection and constructive communication skills in a socially diverse environment. The results of the study deepen the understanding of communicative tolerance as a significant socio-psychological characteristic of adolescents and may be applied by school psychologists, educators and social workers in developing programs aimed at strengthening tolerant and humane communication patterns in youth

Розроблено комплекс маркетингових і логістичних заходів виходу на зовнішні ринки,
здійснено оцінку економічної ефективності стратегії та визначено основні ризики її реалізації з
відповідними напрямами їх мінімізації.
The organizational and economic features of the activities of LLC "Danube Logistics Group",
financial and economic indicators and the state of the enterprise's foreign economic activity, as well as the
competitive environment of its functioning, are analyzed. The choice of priority international markets for
expansion - Romania and Serbia - is justified, taking into account economic feasibility and logistical
accessibility.
A set of marketing and logistics measures for entering foreign markets is developed, the economic
efficiency of the strategy is assessed, and the main risks of its implementation are identified with the
corresponding areas for their minimization

No full textУ статті досліджено актуальність персоналізованого навчання в умовах реформування освіти України, зокрема в контексті НУШ, профільної школи, воєнного стану та змішаного навчання. Обґрунтовано його потенціал для підвищення якості навчальних досягнень учнів через індивідуальні освітні траєкторії. Проаналізовано наукові праці провідних вітчизняних та зарубіжних дослідників, що розкривають теоретичні та практичні аспекти персоналізації. Представлено результати дослідження готовності майбутніх вчителів Одеського національного університету імені І.І. Мечникова до впровадження персоналізованого навчання у 2023-2025 роках. Застосовано анкетування, тестування та інтерв'ювання. Діагностичний етап виявив недостатній рівень теоретичних знань та практичних навичок студентів. Формувальний етап
включав зміни в навчальному курсі "Педагогіка" та програмі педпрактики. Контрольний етап засвідчив позитивну динаміку після впровадження змін. Розроблено рекомендації щодо покращення підготовки майбутніх вчителів до реалізації персоналізованого навчання, охоплюючи оновлення навчальних планів, використання освітніх технологій, розвиток навичок діагностики, розробки індивідуалізованих завдань таспівпраці з учасниками освітнього процесу.
The article explores the relevance of personalized learning within the context of educational reforms in Ukraine, particularly concerning the New Ukrainian School (NUS), upper secondary school reforms, the challenges of wartime, and blended learning. The potential of personalized learning, through the developmentand implementation of individual educational trajectories, to enhance the quality of students' academic achievements is substantiated. The scientific works of leading domestic and foreign researchers, which reveal the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of personalized learning, are analyzed. The results of a study on the readiness of future teachers at Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National Universit to implement personalized learning from 2023 to 2025 arepresented. Questionnaires, testing, and interviews were employed. The diagnostic stage revealed an insufficient level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills among students in this area. The formative stage involved changes in the "Pedagogy" course and the teaching practice program. The control stage demonstrated a positive dynamic after the implementation of the changes. Recommendations for improving thepreparation of future teachers for the implementation of personalized learning are developed, encompassing updates to curricula, theuse of educational technologies, the development of diagnostic skills, the creation of individualized tasks, and cooperation with participants in the educational process

розширення участі МСП у публічних закупівлях, підтримка диверсифікації джерел постачання та

У роботі обґрунтовано актуальність логістичної оптимізації в умовах нестабільного ринку, зростання витрат та цифровізації. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні засади логістики, особливості сучасних логістичних систем, вплив цифрових інновацій та логістичних стратегій на конкурентоспроможність підприємства. Другий розділ містить характеристику діяльності ТОВ «Дистреко», структури постачань, ефективності співпраці з постачальниками. У третьому розділі запропоновано напрями удосконалення логістичної діяльності компанії: створення власного логістичного відділу, прогнозування економічного ефекту від запроваджених змін. Робота базується на аналізі внутрішньої звітності підприємства, застосуванні методів ABC- і SWOT-аналізу, економічному обґрунтуванні рішень. Запропоновані заходи мають практичну значущість і спрямовані на підвищення ефективності логістики та зміцнення конкурентних позицій підприємства на ринку.
The qualification work is devoted to the study of the logistics processes of a distribution company in the field of household chemicals and cosmetics. The work substantiates the relevance of logistics optimization in the conditions of an unstable market, increasing costs and digitalization. The first section considers the theoretical foundations of logistics, the features of modern logistics systems, the impact of digital innovations and logistics strategies on the competitiveness of the enterprise. The second section contains a description of the activities of LLC “Dystreko”, supply structures, and the effectiveness of cooperation with suppliers. The third section proposes areas for
improving the company’s logistics activities: creating its own logistics department, forecasting the economic effect of the introduced changes. The work is based on the analysis of the enterprise’s internal reporting, the

The object of the research is the process of
eliminating the shadow sector of the economy and aligning it with EU standards.
The work examines the essence and functional role of the shadow economy; identifies the main
factors influencing the emergence and growth of the shadow sector; establishes indicators for analyzing
the sectors of economic activity most sensitive to shadow growth; and investigates the system of shadow
economy regulation in Ukraine.
An analysis of the pre-war and current state of the shadow economy and the factors affecting it
has been conducted; the process of adapting Ukrainian legislation to EU requirements to reduce the
share of the shadow sector has been studied.
Methods for reducing the level of the shadow economy have been proposed; recommendations
have been made for improving the system of state regulation in Ukraine to minimize the shadow sector

Запропоновано проєкт створення соціального підприємства у сфері ресторанного бізнесу. Сформовані стартові і поточні витрати на обгрунтування проєкту, розраховані поточні витрати, а також спрогнозований прибуток від реалізації продукції кафе.
В роботі представлено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації бізнес-проєкту, наведені ключові ризики реалізації проєкту та заходи щодо їх мінімізації.
