Economic substantiation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the project in the agro-industrial complex using the example of beekeeping and processing of its products
Full text linkУ статті розглядаються теоретичні засади започаткування власного бізнесу в секторі бджільництва: розкривається бізнес-ідея створення підприємства з виробництва та переробки продукції бджільництва; досліджується нормативно-правове забезпечення, ведення діяльності в галузі; обґрунтовується вибір організаційно-правової форми та системи оподаткування підприємства.
Проаналізовано ринок меду в Україні та за її межами, визначено основні тенденції та конкурентне середовище. Оцінено внутрішні конкурентні переваги підприємства на основі SWOT та PESTLE аналізів. Визначено структуру інвестиційних та поточних витрат.
Запропоновано проєкт створення підприємства в галузі бджільництва, сформовано стартовий капітал, розраховано поточні витрати та прогнозовано прибуток від реалізації продукції. Розраховано грошовий потік та економічну ефективність (NPV, IRR, PI, термін окупності), описано життєвий цикл проекту.
Оцінено можливі ризики реалізації проекту та передбачено заходи щодо їх мінімізації.The paper examines the theoretical principles of starting one's own business in the field of beekeeping: the business idea of creating an enterprise for the production and processing of beekeeping products is considered; the regulatory and legal framework for conducting activities in this sector in Ukraine is investigated; the organizational and legal form and taxation system of the newly created enterprise are substantiated.
The honey market in Ukraine and abroad is analyzed, and the main trends and competitive environment are identified. The internal competitive advantages of the enterprise are determined based on SWOT and PESTLE analyses. The structure of investment and operational expenditures is calculated.
A project for establishing a beekeeping enterprise is proposed. Initial capital is formed, current expenses are calculated, and profit from product sales is forecast. Cash flow and economic efficiency indicators (NPV, IRR, PI, payback period) are calculated. The life cycle of the project is described.
Possible risks of project implementation are analyzed, and measures to minimize them are proposed

Monitoring as a component of strategic change management

управління стратегічними змінами підприємства. Предметом дослідження є розробка методології та інструментарію
проведення стратегічного моніторингу. Для вирішення поставленого завдання використано системний аналіз, метод
логіки та формалізації. Визначено детальну структуру процесу стратегічного моніторингу. Процес стратегічного
моніторингу формалізовано з використанням інформограми. Розроблена технологія стратегічного моніторингу
відрізняється від наявних підходів чіткою деталізацією та формалізацією процесу аналізу зовнішнього середовища
підприємства. Запропонований підхід базується на концепції галузевих факторів успіху та аналізі слабких сигналів.The purpose of this article is to substantiate the monitoring technology as a component of the information support
system for managing strategic changes. The subject of the research is the development of a methodology and tools for conducting
strategic monitoring. To address the stated objective, systemic analysis, logical methods, and formalization were applied. It has
been proven that the traditional approach of collecting all available information during the monitoring process is inefficient and
can lead to information overload. It is argued that strategic monitoring should focus on identifying industry success factors and
the driving forces influencing their changes. The study proposes emphasizing weak signals of changes in the external environment
during the monitoring process, as these signals can indicate future trends in strategic changes. A detailed structure of the strategic
monitoring process has been defined, which includes: scanning the direct impact external environment, identifying significant
weak signals, assessing their influence, and developing scenarios for potential developments. The strategic monitoring process has
been formalized using an information diagram that provides details on the sequence of operations, input and output information,
and methods of data transformation. The developed strategic monitoring technology differs from existing approaches by its clear
detailing and formalization of the external environment analysis process. It emphasizes focusing on key factors that may influence
an enterprise’s strategic changes. This approach is based on the concept of industry success factors and the analysis of weak
signals. The proposed monitoring technology may be useful for enterprises seeking sustainable strategic development in a dynamic
business environment

The current state and trends in the development of the bank lending market in Ukraine are analyzed. An assessment was made of the influx of current digital technologies on the organization of the lending process in banks.

Здійснено аналіз сутності задоволеності життям в середовищному, аксіологічному, емотивному, функціональному, інтегративному наукових підходах.
Обґрунтовано задоволеність життям як інтегральний психологічний стан, що відображає суб’єктивну оцінку особистістю якості власного життя, ступеня реалізації її потреб, прагнень і цілей, а також відповідності між бажаним (ідеальним) та реальним станом справ у різних сферах життєдіяльності. Розглянуто психологічні особливості молоді та з’ясовано сутність молодіжного середовища, виокремлено складові компоненти якості життя молоді.

Соціально-психологічні фактори формування ірраціональних установок
No full textIrrational beliefs constitute a significant component of human cognition; however, their impact
on the development of psychological difficulties continues to be insufficiently explored, particularly within the
context of social and cultural determinants. The purpose of this theoretical study was to identify and analyse the
socio-psychological factors that contribute to the development of irrational beliefs in individual consciousness.
The methodological framework of the study included a systemic analysis of scholarly sources and conceptual
approaches to irrational beliefs. A synthesis of findings from experimental and applied studies in personality
psychology enabled the identification of socio-psychological factors influencing the emergence and consolidation
of irrational beliefs. The results revealed a wide range of contributing and reinforcing factors – from early childhood
experiences and behavioural modelling within family dynamics to the internalisation of social stereotypes, ideals
of appearance, achievement, and gender roles. The link between exposure to stress, psychological trauma, and
the development of irrational beliefs was also demonstrated. Special attention was given to the role of everyday
language practices in reinforcing irrational perceptions, particularly through proverbs and sayings. The practical
value of the study lies in the potential application of its findings in psychological counselling, the prevention of
emotional disorders, and the development of psychoeducational programmes aimed at correcting dysfunctional
beliefs and supporting mental well-being.Ірраціональні переконання є важливою складовою людського пізнання, проте їхній вплив
на розвиток психологічних труднощів залишається недостатньо дослідженим, особливо в контексті
соціальних і культурних детермінант. Метою цього теоретичного дослідження було виявлення та аналіз
соціально-психологічних факторів, що сприяють розвитку ірраціональних переконань в індивідуальній
свідомості. Методологічна основа дослідження включала системний аналіз наукових джерел та
концептуальних підходів до ірраціональних переконань. Синтез результатів експериментальних та
прикладних досліджень у галузі психології особистості дозволив виявити соціально-психологічні
чинники, що впливають на виникнення та закріплення ірраціональних переконань. Результати виявили
широкий спектр факторів, що сприяють та підсилюють це явище – від досвіду раннього дитинства та
моделювання поведінки в рамках сімейної динаміки до інтерналізації соціальних стереотипів, ідеалів
зовнішності, досягнень та гендерних ролей. Також було продемонстровано зв’язок між впливом стресу,
психологічною травмою та розвитком ірраціональних переконань. Особлива увага була приділена ролі
повсякденних мовних практик у підсиленні ірраціональних уявлень, зокрема через прислів’я та приказки.
Практична цінність дослідження полягає в потенційному застосуванні його результатів у психологічному
консультуванні, профілактиці емоційних розладів та розробці психоосвітніх програм, спрямованих на
корекцію дисфункціональних переконань та підтримку психічного благополуччя
