Türkiye'de noter belgelerinin form özellikleri
Notarial documents are prepared upon the request of the concerned, in order for individuals to use their rights arising from private law. Within the institutions and agencies, a document is generated on its own naturally as a result of the works and transactions dependent on a certain function, while in notaries' offices, a document is issued in order to document works and transactions or to be used while carrying out works or transactions within other institutions. Given that these documents are admissible as evidence in courts, they become the only group of documents that are issued willingly upon the request of the concerned person/persons. The form properties of the documents –apart from the official correspondence rules- are developed within the framework of the format rules determined with the relevant laws depending on the subject of the document, and they vary depending on the document type
A model study on formulating an archives system for resources in the visual arts in Turkey
The information generated in the contemporary visual arts constitute the social memory of art platform. If this information is not organized in an efficient manner, it is a handicap for researchers and will make essential needssuch as analyzation and criticism impossible. Organizing this information and making it easily accessible will enable the advancement of developing the vision on the present-day art platform. While taking into consideration the new position of information and its production in todays world, the art instutions must show an effort to keep up with new information processing technologies. This study is an attempt to formulate a model for an institution where data and documents concerning the contemporary visual arts field in Turkey are gathered, organized and made accessible

Study on converting audio-visual archives from analogue to digital: Case study IRIB & TRT
Radio and television centers archives store and preserve produced resources for various purposes especially for future transition. These centers had faced with a great challenge as these resources increased through time. Successive technological growth placed archives and their embedded recourse in a high degree of importance. Thus, in order to be active and operate in the realm of archive a specific technical expertise is needed. In the development rout of archives from films, tapes up to laser discs, use of different tools for their application could be observed. Each of these tools in their turns used for the achievement of higher voice and picture quality. It should be acknowledged that archives were not affected and fundamentally changed in anytime as the era of their pass from analog to digital. For their pass from analog to digital, stages, soft and hard wares, and standards are needed these can be achieved using fundamental and up-to-date researches in accordance with the present technology. we discussed about the history of the auditory and visual resources, appearance and developmental stages of archives, necessity of a pass from analog to digital, needed standards and technologies and the accurate management of these systems. From the other hand, the condition of the central archives TRT and IRIB radio and television organizations are studied and their passage from analog to digital resources compared
Providing research assistants with information literacy skills in the framework of information and communication technologies
The constant development in information and communication technologies has had a direct impact on the environment of knowledge acquisition and learning besides reshaping the structure of this environment. As a result, the resources, tools, applications and services used in this environment have changed and been presented digitally. While these developments provide easy access to information by individuals, they bring a complex structure which makes people be equipped with "information literacy skills" including searching, accessing, evaluating, using and presenting/conveying information by using digital technologies. Comprehensive, systematic, planned and permanent information literacy programs prepared by librarians enables people to have these skills. This study aims to determine perceptions of the research assistants at Ankara University about their levels of information literacy skills based on their own statements, identify their educational expectations and evaluate the effects of an information literacy program developed accordingly on their skills. The hypotheses of the study are defined as "information literacy skills level of the research assistants at Ankara University is low.", "information literacy skills levels of the the research assitants are positively effected by the information literacy program based on their needs." and "educational activities prepared by Ankara University Libraries do not meet educational requirements of the research assistants.".The universe of the study is 1028 research assistants working in 14 faculties at Ankara University. The descriptive and experimental method is used in this study. The hypotheses were confirmed at the end of the study
