Teenagers` Problems Related with Social-Networking
People have always wondered how to simplify their life by new inventions. In the 21-th
century, people are being transformed socially by the computer technology and Internet. Being easy to use, even teenagers are getting addicted after it. Being just a parent nowadays is not an easy occupation. Just giving an advice to your child is not a well-done occupation. Finding the balance between using computer and hanging out in real socio-physical activities with friends is a big concern for parents and educators. Hence, teenagers are experiencing increased loneliness. Minors may encounter even cyber-bullying. However, the real interaction between young users and social networks has not gained the right attention from the researchers. In this research paper, we aim to explore some crucial issues of teenager’s virtual social life. We have decided to select this target of population because they are the most vulnerable part of the society, which is very linked and connected to social media. Furthermore, we present some case studies of the terrible affect that cyber bulling can cause to teenagers by making sense of the socio-physiological damage that websites and internet as a medium induce to the youth
generation. Moreover we even take into consideration the data mining for social networks and how marketing specialists use it. Finally, in concluding of the paper we provide some insights how these issues of paramount importance can be mitigated and diminished from teenagers’ real life

An Application of SFA and DEA in the Albanian Banking Sector
Banking sector is the main financial sector in developing countries. Due to its significant role in the economy of the entire country, analysis should be done in order to see its performance. This thesis aims to provide information about the efficiency of the main banks operating in the Albanian banking sector during the period 2006-2014. The literature suggests two different methods to measure the efficiency of banks; a non-parametric approach (mathematical method), named DEA-data envelopment analysis and a parametric approach (econometric method) called SFA-stochastic frontier analysis. The previous studies and research done for the Albanian banking system use one of the methods mentioned above. While, this thesis uses both methods DEA and SFA and also compares the obtained results for each method in order to verify the robustness of outcomes. Using DEA method we measured the technical efficiency while, using SFA we estimated the cost and technical efficiency of the main banks. The results show low scores for cost efficiency and high score for technical efficiency. The most important factors that have a significant role in the efficiency of the Albanian banking sector are: total liabilities, deposits and assets. Moreover, Malmquist productivity index is used to measure the importance of technological change on the efficiency of banks between two periods.Epoka Universit

Changes in Student’s Labs at the University of Montenegro: Embracing Design Thinking and Tinkering Work
This paper contributes to the transformation of pedagogy at the University of Montenegro. The radically new approach of teaching was applied: students as a producer and learning designer. Novel, cross-disciplinary technologies with intersection of physical and digital media were embedded into Basic Measurement in Physics course where design and system thinking were central to our teaching and learning process. Through designing the interactive systems, new engineering and design communities were created. In order to increase the student’s awareness about the world they live in and to unlock and enrich their potential, we intentionally brought maker culture into our lab. The features of cultural-labs, fab-labs, DIY scientist’s style and hacker-curiosity mentality were ‘blended’ into design of the lab in order to provoke and stimulate intellectual low. We designed learning as a choreography where art meets science and awareness meets responsibility. By observing students’ behaviour, their development and by analysing the learning outcomes obtained from formal assessments, we found that injecting maker culture in turn sparked intellectual low and support self-actualization needs of learners, gendered and socio-technology identity, self-directed (regulated) - personalized learning, student-autonomy and authenticity. We also believe that the hacker mentality can be a very empowering and educational tool
School Attachment and Implications of Study Skills in Diverse Educational Settings
The variety of the languages used by lecturers as the instruction language at a university level, educational approaches, methodologies, and instructional devices cannot be separate from school settings, students` foreground and background diversities (region, origin, gender etc.) and most significantly students` study skills in overcoming with challenging problems and achieving success in terms of academic achievement. Apart from aforementioned factors, pluralism in post-secondary education is one of the challenges of the globalized world, nonetheless it can also be considered as an advantage in joining a wider network of communication throughout the world which can elevate students` perceptual understanding of the world they live in. In this study, together with scanted data obtained by other researchers it is aimed to rephrase the signiicance of ``study skills`` in handling challenges of today`s post-secondary education as in raising self-awareness about variants of study methodologies as well as importance of language acquisition in pluralist (in terms of variant languages used for instruction) secondary and post-secondary educational settings. A partial data analysis of
a survey obtained from 95 participants of a high school in Albania is also reflected in regard with students` study skills

“Legal and institutional framework on training of civil servants in Albania - developments over the years”
The civil service system is relatively new in Albania. Its normative origin dates back to 1996, when the civil service was for the first time established and regulated by law. This law aimed to regulate the work relations of the employees of the public administration, central and local, at the same time institutions that function based on an annual budgetary provided by the State. In 1998 was adopted the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, which includes a speciic provision on civil servants. Following the entrance into force of the Constitution, a new law on civil servants was adopted in 1999, which guaranteed the protection of civil servants rights as employees of public administration from State institutions in the role of the employee the civil service law by establishing speciic protection mechanisms. According to the Civil Service Law of 1999 the recruitment process is based totally on individual merits and is carried out through an open competition. Among the rights of civil servants is the right to

In addition, civil servants should be offered continuous and paid training activities in connection to their job position. The institution that offered such training and was responsible for the initial and continuous training of civil servants was TIPA, under the supervision of the Department of Public Administration. In June 2006, Albania signed in Luxemburg a Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) with the EU members. As part of the national plan for the implementation of the SAA in public administration a new civil service law was approved in May 2013, which became effective recently. The new law provides for a School of Public Administration which will provide better quality training to civil servants aiming at
increasing the skills of civil servants of various categories. Thus, this paper will present an historical overview of developments in civil service in Albania by focusing on the training element of civil servants, its achievements over the years, but also problematic issues observed. The authors will analyze the legal, sub legal and institutional framework in place and will present their conclusions by making reference to regulation of training activities for civil servants in some European countries legislation with a longer legacy in civil service. Furthermore, the authors will present their opinion on how should the legal framework should be improved in this area
