How to gain competitive advantage through crossborder e-commerce between New Zealand and China?
With the popularization of the Internet and the explosive growth of cross-border e-commerce, this research project discusses how an organisation can gain competitive advantage through cross-border e-commerce. This study will investigate PESTEL analysis` content and the significance of Porter`s Five Forces in competition. Also, the research identifies e-commerce and three models of e-commerce and evaluate the cross-border business in New Zealand. Also, this research project evaluates some of the business strategies provided by lecturers. According to the report, the impact of political factors is easily overlooked, and there is high competitiveness between C2C and B2C. Also, the researcher found that the target group of cross-border e-commerce business in New Zealand is single. To gain more competitive advantages and stand out of this industry, the organisation needs to increase customer awareness on political factors, improve service quality, and increase target group. This report is completed by mixed methods which including interview, and the online questionnaire to obtain information and resources. Participants include shop manager, employee, and customers. The 62 customers are all Chinese because the organisation only focuses on the Chinese market
Matching demand and supply to maximise profit
Purpose of this research is to find how Frankton fresh organisation can increase the profitability with the help of matching demand and supply. Moreover, which activities they can do to improve supply and demand. There are some major findings of this research which help to give improvement in this organisation. The main findings are how they manage inventory system, shortage of staff, order process, and distributor strategy. This is important part of this research because organisations get an idea about the changes which they have needed to give to maximize the profitability. Time is running fast and this is a cut throat competition. Every time and every organisation want to give changes to get improvement in business. So in this research, there are some recommendations for organisation, like improvement in inventory system, proper air ventilation system, hire more experienced staff, and proper pricing updating in system

The creation of a performance-ready score which comprises vocal-with- instrumental arrangements of a suite of numbers for performance by Liz Callaway, a renowned Broadway performer, together with four-part chorus and orchestra.
Works featured in the project are composed by key figures in the development of contemporary musical theatre, including Stephen Sondheim (Merrily We Roll Along, Follies, Sunday In The Park With George), Lyn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (Anastasia), David Shire and Richard Maltby Jr. (Baby), Claude-Michel Schonberg and Alain Boubil (Miss Saigon), Stephen Schwartz (The Baker’s Wife), Andrew Lloyd Webber (Cats, Evita), David Zippel and Lex de Azevedo (The Swan Princess). Additionally, Liz Callaway is a respected exponent of the American Popular Songbook, having recorded and performed in cabaret, treatments of songs by writers such as Hal David and Burt Bacharach, James Taylor and Jimmy Webb
Performance of Composition of "Ti Sento Qui" for the musical theatre work "Tales of Nikolai Gogol" (viewable)
David Sidwell, composer of the music for "Tales of Nikolai Gogol" invited me to provide two pieces for inclusion in the musical: "Ti Sento Qui" for the characters Princess Volkonskaya and Nikolai Gogol and "The Secret" sung by Piskarev's love interest "SHE".
Developed from a 'pop-opera' work in progress with Italian lyric by Lilia Carpinelli - "Ti Sento Qui" was modified to fit Gogol's back-story and outline the loss of his lover.
It was performed live at Hamilton Gardens Art Festival Feb 23 2016 and again on August 29 at a Creative Waikato's 'Piano and Eggs' breakfast performance

Artist Statement: The photographs in the series From Certainty to Doubt explore notions of mankind’s relationship with nature. The work examines some of nature’s fundamental survival strategies – mimicry, camouflage, and deception and how humans have adapted these strategies in their lives.
The series Hydroseeded Woods is a vivid example of humans mimicking the natural process of plant growth and regeneration by adopting a technique known as Hydroseeding. This method adds a concoction of seeds that may or may not grow naturally in the location to slurry, which includes fertiliser, tackifyng agents, fibre mulch and dyes. The resulting seed mat usurps the natural growing process, increasing germination and plant development by 300%
