    本发明属于水下机器人及液压传动控制领域,具体地说是一种模块化水下直流液压动力单元,包括水下直流电机、液压泵、回油组件及压力油组件,液压泵采用立式布局安装于水下直流电机的顶部,所述回油组件与液压泵的吸油口相连,所述压力油组件与液压泵的压力油口相连;所述水下直流电机驱动液压泵旋转,所述回油组件的油液通过液压泵吸出并升高压力,压力升高后的油液通过所述压力油组件送至潜水器上的执行机构,驱动所述潜水器上的执行机构动作。本发明解决了现有电动推进水下机器人液压系统中各部件布置分散、管路设计繁琐、不易于装配和维护等问题,为电动推进水下机器人提供了一种通用解决方案,具有模块化、结构紧凑、易于安装等诸多优点

    一种基于密集残差型UNet的图像信息解析建模方法

    本发明构建一种基于密集残差型UNet模型用于图像信息解析模型,并应用于图像恢复,具体步骤为:从原始图像中提取图像特征信息并对图像特征信息进行编码;将编码后的图像特征信息进行解码与上采样,得到基于密集残差型UNet的图像信息解析模型;实时采集图像作为数据集,并将数据集分为训练集和验证集,使用训练集数据对图像信息解析模型进行训练;使用验证集数据对图像信息解析模型进行评价。本发明建立的图像信息恢复模型具有恢复性能好,速度快,对图像信息解析度高等优点。于此同时,本发明提出的残差和密集型UNet在各项指标上都取得优异的结果,且该发明通过两种不同的基础模块可以满足不同图像信息恢复的要求

    本发明涉及一种使用太赫兹波对扬声器振膜进行无损检测的方法及系统。包括:太赫兹收发一体设备,增益天线和控制计算机。太赫兹波由发射源发出,经过增益天线后收束直接照射到扬声器表面。太赫兹探测器测量反射回来的太赫兹波强度并进行时频分析。在得出扬声器表面的各点具有最大能量的频率后进行成像,通过图像上的频率异常点检测出扬声器的破损或异常形状的位置。本发明不需要昂贵的的超声探测设备以及放射性较强的射线照相法设备。通过对扬声器发射太赫兹波,并采集回波数据解析以及对相位信息的时频分析,获取其表面的各点所具有最大能量的振动频率。通过频率图像中的异常频率出现位置进而确定扬声器表面产生破损或者形状异常的位置

    制丝线生产管理系统研究与设计

    制造业的信息化改造已经大范围地展开,烟草企业也开始加入其中。作为混合型行业,其信息化改造方案与其他离散行业和流程行业有相同点也有不同点。烟草的生产具有行业特点,在信息化改造时结合其自身的特点设计方案。针对这一问题,文章设计了针对烟草企业制丝线的生产管理系统,通过对企业关键生产环节的信息化改造,逐步实现企业信息化改造的目标,提高生产管理水平。通过在实际企业的开发与应用,证明了文章的设计方案是可行的。</p

    Deterministic Collision-resilient Channel Rendezvous: Theory and Algorithm

    We formulate and investigate the problem of distributed channel rendezvous in collision-prone wireless networks. Existing researches on this topic are mainly devoted to designing channel hopping sequences, each pair of which can overlap on a common channel within bounded delay. However, this overlap-based canonical rendezvous design does not take into account channel collision, which may render existing rendezvous algorithms fail to achieve bounded delay in collision-prone environment. Motivated by this observation, we formulate and investigate the collision-aware channel rendezvous problem in a generic scenario, where a collision occurs if more than C packets overlap in time on a same channel. Our generic formulation allows to model both the baseline single packet reception model with C = 1 and the more sophisticated multiple packet reception model with C 1. We further abstract the collision-aware rendezvous problem as the problem of constructing a robust rendezvous system. We establish the theoretical limit of the problem, guided by which we design a collision-resilient distributed rendezvous algorithm with truly bounded rendezvous delay. We then demonstrate the performance of our rendezvous algorithm both analytically and numerically.</p

    Effect of Sintering Temperature on Surface Morphology and Roughness of 3D-printed Silicon Ceramic Cores

    单晶高温合金空心叶片是航空发动机的重要部件,其内腔结构是通过陶瓷型芯制备的。随着航空发动机推重比的提高,型芯结构越来越复杂,传统制备工艺受限,光固化3D打印陶瓷型芯技术为复杂型芯的制备提供了一种可行方案。为了改善光固化3D打印陶瓷型芯因台阶效应导致的表面粗糙度较大的问题,本研究利用固含量体积分数63%的硅基型芯浆料进行光固化3D打印型芯制备,并对型芯素坯进行了1100 ℃至1300 ℃的烧结,对烧成的硅基陶瓷型芯进行微观结构、元素分布、相组成和型芯打印面和打印堆积方向的表面形貌和粗糙度的分析。研究发现型芯打印面较为平整,无明显表面缺陷,1100、1200和1300 ℃烧结型芯的打印面粗糙度分别为1.83、1.24和1.44 &mu;m;片层堆积方向的表面有片层结构特征,片层间有微裂纹出现,1200 ℃以上烧结的型芯表面粗糙度达到空心叶片使用要求(R_(a)&le;2.0 &mu;m)。结果表明不同烧结温度影响型芯烧结过程中的液相含量、莫来石生成量、莫来石生成形态和颗粒间玻璃相的分布,从而对光固化3D打印硅基陶瓷型芯的表面粗糙度产生明显影响。光固化3D打印陶瓷型芯技术结合烧结工艺能制备出表面粗糙度完全达到先进空心叶片用硅基陶瓷型芯的表面要求。</p

    Large dynamic range and wideband mid-infrared upconversion detection with BaGa4Se7 crystal

    Direct detection of mid-infrared (MIR) at room temperature commonly suffers fromthe high background noise and the lack of ideal sensor material. An indirect upconversion method based on nonlinear optics bridges the desiredMIRregion to thewell-developed near-infrared devices. In this paper,we report an experimental study of 3-8&mu;mMIRupconversion detection with a 1 &mu;m laser-pumped BaGa4Se7 crystal. This detection scheme is integrated with an optical parametric oscillator and an optical receiver to forma coherent source and detection system that offers high temporal (nanosecond time scale) and spectral resolution (&le;3 cm-1).     Temporal Point Cloud Completion with Pose Disturbance

    Point clouds collected by real-world sensors are always unaligned and sparse, which makes it hard to reconstruct the complete shape of object from a single frame of data. In this work, we manage to provide complete point clouds from sparse input with pose disturbance of limited translation and rotation errors. We also use temporal information to enhance the completion model, refining the output with a sequence of inputs. With the help of gated recovery units(GRU) and attention mechanisms as temporal units, we propose a point cloud completion framework that accepts a sequence of unaligned and sparse inputs, and outputs consistent and aligned point clouds. Our network performs in an online manner and presents a refined point cloud for each frame, which enables it to be integrated into any SLAM or reconstruction pipeline. As far as we know, our framework is the first to utilize temporal information and ensure temporal consistency with limited transformation error. Through experiments in ShapeNet and KITTI, we prove that our framework is effective in both synthetic and real-world datasets.</p
