    Get PDF
[Law and literature: the personalistic foundation of the story of the Pinocchio puppet by Carlo Lorenzini (Collodi)] The novel “Le Avventure di Pinocchio” constitutes an unavoidable reference in the narrative of the formation of the modern Italian national state and an in-depth analysis of the political and legal philosophical plan makes it possible to bring out the essential characteristics of a personalistic foundation in the evolution of the narrative figure of the puppet Pinocchio. The birth and maturation of his personal history is intertwined with the convictions and biography of his author, prefiguring a novel of national education that lays the foundations for further reflection on Mazzini’s work on the duties of man

    Get PDF
[The Mountain and the Law. A reading of the archetype between source and achievement] Starting from the archetypal dimensions of the mountain and the law, the paper aims at a cursory review of the thematic areas of intersection, identifying five possible pathways. The mountain landscape, overcoming liquid law. The mountain border, overcoming horizontal law. The mountain experience, overcoming symmetrical law. The mountain identity, overcoming instantaneous law. The mountain narrative, overcoming cost-effective law. A path is traced to a complementary vision of justice: based on silence, hope, needs, patience and exertion. In conclusion, looking at the many declinations of the mountain view on the law, the archetype is recognized as a fruitful research method, and a collector of inspirations for the jurist. A way, above all, to mutual recognition in the common humanity: shared achievement, but also a source of possibilities

Nano-ImmunoEra WP6 Data Management Plan (DMP)

    Get PDF
This DMP is a document that provides details on all the research data collected and generated within the MSCA Staff Exchanges 2021 (HORIZON-MSCA-2021-SE-01) project "Nano-ImmunoEra". In particular, it explains the way research data are handled, organized, licensed and made available to the public, and how they will be preserved after the project is completed. The DMP also provides motivations when versions or parts of the project research data cannot be openly shared. This DMP reflects the current state of the art of the Nano-ImmunoEra project. However, the details and the final number of datasets may vary during the research project. The variations will be recorded in updated versions of this DMP

Georeferenced 3D model of the rock pinnacle "Campanile di Val Montanaia" from Structure from Motion

    No full text
We produced a high-quality 3D model of a rocky pinnacle in the Dolomites (Italy), the "Campanile di Val Montanaia". The survey was performed by means of a lightweight Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and by climbing the pinnacle to collect Ground Control Points (GCPs) coordinates. All data has been processed using Structure from Motion (SfM) technique. We share a georeferenced 3D mesh of the pinnacle aligned to ITRF2014 and delivered using projected coordinates UTM zone 33N (EPSG:32633). The dataset is associated with the following publication submitted to Remote Sensing: A Laboratory for the Integration of Geomatic and Geomechanical Data: The Rock Pinnacle "Campanile di Val Montanaia". Dataset of the paper "Automatic multi-leaf nonperiodic block-by-block pattern generation and computational analysis of historical masonry structures"

    No full text
This dataset, developed in the framework of the Horizon 2020 HOLAHERIS project, contains code, models and results related to an automatic block-by-block pattern generator for multi-leaf nonperiodic masonries. The generated patterns can be subsequently utilized in the computational analysis of full-scale historical masonry structures employing a block-based approach. Given the 3D volume of the structure and the 3D block definition of a sample, both in terms of voxels, the volume of the structure is automatically filled with blocks by keeping the blocks statistics of the sample, as well as accounting for through-thickness blocks and structural details. Models and structural analysis results (pushover curves) related to a meaningful benchmark, i.e., the Alcaçova wall of the Guimarães castle (Portugal), are also collected herein
