A partir de la clasificación propuesta por Cardellino (2017), se explora en cómo las decisiones del traductor pueden afectar la percepción de los temas fundamentales de la obra de Castelli y cómo estas elecciones pueden estar influenciadas por el contexto cultural y lingüístico de la traducció

Se intentaba poner al alcance de los alumnos un documento cuya consulta les permitiera resolver sus dudas sobre el tema y los incitara a aprender todavía más. El objetivo se logró y en ese recorrido se buscó apoyo en teóricos que tal vez estén llamados a ser considerados “clásicos” en este campo y otros que, necesariamente, deban ser actualizados; el esquema de trabajo práctico también tendrá cosas rescatables y otras que deban ser corregidas. En el presente documento se intenta describir el proceso para escribirlos y pilotearlos y explicar cuál es su contexto histórico, académico y teórico
The Degeneration of Workers’ Cooperatives under Endogenous Membership in Mixed Oligopoly
Get PDFWe propose a new model of mixed oligopoly where a workers’ cooperative firms competes with a number of profit maximising companies. Building upon a large empirical evidence, we innovate as compared to the traditional literature on the objective function of the cooperative; moreover, its membership is treated as endogenous in the Cournot-Nash equilibrium. We show which factors may be responsible of the degeneration of the workers’ cooperative firms, which occurs when the number of members shrinks with respect to the overall employees

No full textThe present dataset file contains data about the characterization of an in vitro model based on a line of Rat Embryonic Stem Cells (RESCs) line. The RESCs culture is easy to use and suitable for wide-scale screening, mimicking two different developmental stages: i) pre-implant model, as undifferentiated pluripotent cells, and ii) post-implant model, driving cell differentiation toward the neuroectodermal lineage. The in vitro platform model was validated by using 2,2',6,6'-tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) as test compound, a toxic flame retardant which acts as an endocrine disruptor chemical, targeting the thyroid hormone (TH) signal. No full textThe present dataset file contains data about the characterization of a novel humanized CDKL5 mouse model carrying the E364X patient-derived pathogenic variant. The novelty of our mouse model when compared to the other CDD mouse models described in literature, is that our Cdkl5E364X model is humanized, carrying the human-specific Cdkl5 human sequence in the surroundings of the mutation of interest. The model has been generated through CRISPR/Cas9 system to characterize the E364X pathogenic variant and to be tested for suitability as platform for potential gene therapy testing. The model has been characterized from a neurological, behavioural and molecular profiling points of view, showing an altered neurological maturation, defective coordination and impaired learning and memory. Molecular profiling highlighted an unexpected reduction of Cdkl5 transcript in brain tissue of CDD mice, and suggested a strong involvement of cerebellum and hippocampus in the onset of the mutation-associated symptomatology in our mouse model. Further analysis showed an altered expression of Gabra1 and Gabra5.
