No full text[ES] En este capítulo sobre la Renovación Pedagógica en un centro de
los denominados «gueto», situado en la Comunidad Autónoma
de Castilla y León, se analiza lo que podemos aprender de un
proyecto en el que no se han cumplido los sueños que iniciaron
ese proyecto de renovación pedagógica. Sumergirnos en las experiencias
y vivencias que ha experimentado la comunidad educativa
de este centro y que también han vivido, posiblemente,
otros centros educativos, otros espacios comunitarios y que hemos
experimentado también todos y todas en algún momento
de nuestro trabajo educativo. Desde su ilusionante inicio y sus
parones sucesivos, los períodos en los que se retomó el impulso
y la esperanza, así como las crisis que surgieron, las dificultades
que experimentaron y que aparecieron a lo largo del camino,
justamente porque querían ir más allá, pensando en otra educación

When basics are much needed: morphometric exploration of twenty-one known species of the Neotropical Carex sect. Fecundae (Cyperaceae) reveals eighteen neglected new species

Fecundae (Cyperaceae) is a taxonomically complex group of sedges endemic to mid to high-elevation habitats in the Neotropics. In this study, we present a comprehensive taxonomic revision of the section based on the examination of >1200 herbarium specimens, fieldwork, and statistical analysis of morphological characters. We recognize 39 species, including 18 previously undescribed. Detailed morphological descriptions, photographs, typifications, distributions, phenology data, and species-specific notes are provided. This revision also presents the first identification key for the complete section in >100 years. Our results clarify species boundaries within Carex sect. Fecundae and reveal previously unrecognized diversity. Prácticas comerciales engañosas y su represión por el derecho de la competencia desleal: especial referencia al ámbito publicitario
No full text[ES] Esta obra constituye una investigación en profundidad sobre la represión de las prácticas comerciales engañosas, especialmente publicitarias, en la Ley 3/1991, de Competencia Desleal (LCD) tras la incorporación de la Directiva 2005/29 mediante la Ley 29/2009 y ulteriores modificaciones, siendo conscientes de que el cauce más frecuente de materialización de las conductas desleales engañosas está representado por los mensajes publicitarios. El interés de esta temática es innegable, por su relevancia en el tráfico empresarial, afectando a los intereses de todos los participantes en el mercado, y su indudable actualidad, pues ciertamente la evolución de las conductas desleales engañosas muestra una praxis muy diversa y cambiante, surgiendo cada vez prácticas más novedosas y heterogéneas. A fin de obtener un conocimiento en profundidad de esta problemática, en esta obra se analizan pormenorizadamente dicha Directiva y su incorporación al Derecho español; la caracterización y delimitación de los actos de engaño; las acciones frente a los actos de competencia desleal; y, finalmente, en atención al reconocimiento que los textos legales han venido efectuando de la protección extrajurisdiccional, se presta especial atención a la autorregulación publicitaria, dando cuenta de la trascendencia evidente de la labor desarrollada por AUTOCONTROL, así como de la relevancia de los códigos de conducta aprobados. La convivencia escolar en los planes de estudio del Grado en Educación Primaria: asignaturas específicas y buenas prácticas
Full text link[ES] En este estudio se realiza un análisis de los planes de estudio de las universidades españolas, tanto públicas como privadas, que ofertan el Grado de Educación Primaria, con el objetivo de analizar la presencia de la convivencia escolar en la formación inicial del profesorado en asignaturas específicas y detectar buenas prácticas llevadas a cabo en ellas.
Inicialmente, se ha realizado un marco teórico en el que se refleja la conceptualización de la convivencia escolar, su tratamiento en las leyes educativas y la relevancia de que se aborde en la formación inicial del profesorado. A continuación, se exponen las preguntas de investigación que dan lugar al objetivo del estudio e hipótesis planteadas a las que se pretende dar respuesta y el método utilizado. Por último, se presentan los resultados obtenidos, seguidos de la discusión y las conclusiones correspondientes

Pelleted Total Mixed Rations as a Feeding Strategy for High-Yielding Dairy Ewes
Full text link[EN] The effects of pelleting a total mixed ration (TMR) for dairy sheep were investigated in an experiment involving 24 lactating Assaf ewes, which were assigned to two groups and fed the same TMR ad libitum, offered either in pelleted (PTMR group, n = 12) or in unpelleted form (CTMR group, n = 12). The experiment lasted 28 days, during which feed intake, eating behavior (including meal frequency and size, meal duration, eating rate, between-meal interval), and milk yield were recorded daily. Body weight (BW) was recorded on days 1 and 28 and milk samples were collected on days 1, 8, 15, 22 and 28 for milk composition analysis. Blood acid-base status was determined at the beginning and at the end of the trial. Ewes fed the CTMR diet exhibited (p 0.05) were observed between dietary treatments in blood acid-base status, milk yield or milk composition. However, a diet x day interaction (p 0.05), but body weight loss was greater in ewes fed the CTMR diet (−3.00 vs. −0.58 kg; p < 0.05). A trend toward improved feed efficiency was observed in the PTMR group when calculated based on milk yield corrected for that theoretically derived from the mobilization of body reserves (1.98 vs. 1.41 g DMI/kg milk; p = 0.077), with estimated contributions from body reserves of 485 g/day in the CTMR group and 70 g/day in the PTMR group. Perceptual Demands in CrossFit®: Convergent Validity of sRPE and the Relative Role of Session Phases in a Prospective Observational Study
Full text link[EN] The purpose of this study was to examine the convergent validity and reliability of the session rating of perceived exertion (sRPE) in complete CrossFit® sessions by comparing it with a weighted RPE measure (RPEW) obtained from different session phases. Twenty-four recreational practitioners (13 men and 11 women; age 34.5 ± 8.3 years; height 172.9 ± 11.2 cm; body mass 76.2 ± 15.2 kg) completed 28 standardized sessions (~60 min) consisting of warm-up, strength/skill, Workout of the Day (WOD), and cooldown phases. Phase-specific RPE values were collected after each session component, and a global sRPE was recorded ~30 min post-session. Results showed that RPEW (5.8 ± 1.5) was significantly lower than sRPE (6.8 ± 1.4; p < 0.001, d = 0.69), resulting in a higher training load estimated by sRPE (+15.5%). Bland–Altman analysis revealed a positive bias and wide limits of agreement, while relative reliability was moderate to good (ICC = 0.73–0.77). Multiple regression analysis indicated that WOD RPE explained 70% of the variance in sRPE (R2 = 0.70, p < 0.001), confirming its role as the primary perceptual determinant. In conclusion, sRPE represents a valid, simple, and cost-effective tool for monitoring internal load in CrossFit®. However, it tends to overestimate RPEW and shows substantial interindividual variability, limiting its precision for individualized monitoring. Coaches and practitioners should therefore interpret sRPE values with caution, especially considering the strong influence of the final session phase.S

La evolución negativa de la crisis climática, transformada en emergencia, ha hecho que se desarrollen nuevas perspectivas y se elabore de forma urgente una agenda con respuestas de distintas comunidades y sociedades que la interpretan y la enfrentan de diversas formas. Así la llamada ficción climática ha experimentado un auge inusitado, reflejo de esta preocupación social por el aumento de los desastres naturales vinculados al cambio climático.
El volumen tiende puentes entre la ecocrítica y otras disciplinas científicas a la vez que acerca al lector hispanohablante la diversidad geográfica y plurilingüe de los estudios ecocríticos a nivel mundial.
