IMPLEMENTING MODELLING TRANSPORTATION DUE\ud TO LAMPUNG'S ECONOMIC MASTER PLAN
Abstract\ud
Rapid economic growth in Lampung needs support from adequate transport facility and development of the\ud
infrastructure project is a solution. This research aims to model the travel pattern based on potential\ud
economic due to the sunda strait bridge development plan to support KSN Sunda Strait and Economic\ud
Corridors in Lampung. Road network modeling formed for assignment stage, being utilized to predict road\ud
traffic in the future. Assignmet process using SATURN as transportation software. The scenario is a road\ud
performance analysis after 10 (ten) years using traffic growth and several assumption such as Bakauheni –\ud
Babatan – Tegineneng toll road , have functioned and can be used; Sunda Strait Bridge constructed and\ud
can be used. The bridge project would help boost the growth of strategic economic area. In order to boost\ud
economic development in Sumatera and especially Lampung , the government already has program to build\ud
toll roads. Various constraints, such as the preparation of project implementation, land as well as financing,\ud
have become barriers that make it difficult for those projects to commence in the planned.\ud

Peningkatan Ketahanan Oksidasi Baja AISI 1020 Pada Temperatur 700 °C Dengan Pelapisan Al-Celup Panas
Baja AISI 1020 dilapisi dengan mencelupkan ke dalam bak Al-cair pada temperatur 700 °C selama 16 detik. Lapisan yang terbentuk setelah proses pembuatan baja lapis aluminium celup panas adalah: Al dengan sedikit elemen Fe, FeAl3, dan Fe2Al5. Struktur morfologi FeAl3 dan Fe2Al5 masing-masing adalah datar (platelet) dan kolumnar (columnar). Ketahanan oksidasi baja AISI 1020 yang dilapisi/tidak dilapisi dilakukan pada temperatur 700 °C selama periode waktu 49 jam. Penurunan laju oksidasi (kp) baja yang dilapisi Al sekitar dua order lebih rendah dibanding baja yang tidak dilapisi. Struktur oksida besi yang terbentuk pada permukaan baja AISI 1020 adalah: hematit (Fe2O3), magnetit Fe3O4 dan wustit (FeO). Pembentukan lapisan intermetalik Fe-Al yang terbentuk selama oksidasi berlangsung 9 jam lebih didominasi oleh difusi ke dalam atom-atom Al. Namun bila waktu oksidasi diperlama sampai 49 jam, pembentukan lapisan intermetalik dikontrol oleh difusi ke dalam atom-atom Al dan difusi keluar atom-atom Fe. Lapisan intermetalik yang terbentuk selama oksidasi adalah FeAl2, Fe2Al5 dan FeAl. Aluminium mempunyai dua peranan penting selama oksidasi berlangsung; pertama sebagai suplai untuk pembentukan lapisan protektif Al2O3, dan kedua difusi ke dalam untuk pembentukan lapisan intermetalik FeAl2 dan FeAl

DEVELOPMENT OF RAILWAYS SYSTEM IN LAMPUNG\ud
Abstract\ud
Determination of railway networks as a whole in Lampung (Comprehensive Railway Network) with regard\ud
to the study of the regional development. In general, it developed to accommodate passenger and freight\ud
transport as result of potential products in this province. The main problem is the damage of road pavements\ud
caused by overloaded such as coal. In addition, the railway network in Lampung has not connected well with\ud
other modes. This study is aimed to analyze the potential for the transport of goods in Lampung Province and\ud
rail network development plans to accommodate the movement of people and goods in this province. One of\ud
this analyze is the expansion of such entire railway network connected with the location in the coal unloading\ud
dock. The results obtained from this study that the railway development plan in Lampung can accommodate\ud
the demand for passenger and freight services and Trans Sumatra Railway Master plans.\ud

Shoreline profile has a tendency to adjust the wave effect on the shoreline. Changes to the line\ud
consists of two kinds of erosion and sedimentation. Waves that can affect shorlines rise due to the\ud
influence of the wind, the wind blowing duration and distance without hurdles when the wind\ud
blows (fetch). The waves were coming to cause the migration of sediment on the shoreline. If\ud
waves erode sediment on the shoreline, shoreline will occur erosion and if the waves bring sedi-\ud
ment to the shoreline, on the shoreline sedimentation will occur. For example there is the Kelapa\ud
Rapat Beach (Pesawaran). On the beach, there is a highway a short distance away from the\ud
shoreline. Potential erosion will occur at the shoreline can cause breakdown of the resulting ero-\ud
sion of sediment on the shoreline. Due to the potential, then do research using GENESIS program\ud
to be able to estimate the extent of erosion potential disruption accessibility having an effect way\ud
contained in about Kelapa Rapat Beach.\ud

Traffic jam is one of the comman transportation problem in the city. Road widening and mass transport\ud
development is one of the way to increase the capacity of road segments with purpose to decrease traffic jam.\ud
To know how effective the road segment widening and mass transport development in decreasing the traffic\ud
jam and increasing road ability. Teuku Umur Street segment, Tanjung Karang-Rajabasa course analiysis has\ud
level of service ( LOS) C and Rajabasa- Tanjung Karang course has LOS C, after 1,5 m road widening, DS\ud
of Teuku Umar Street T.Karang- Rajabasa course become D and DS of Rajabasa-Tanjung Karang still C.\ud
This because the needs of transportation keep growing each year. Road widening is not the efficient solution\ud
of transportation problem, but with alternatif solution that judging by the needs of transportation side, means\ud
of transportation, engineering and traffic management and the institutional. To push the increasing personal\ud
vehide use, have to fixed the public transportation system in the ability of transport, high vebcity of the\ud
vehide, confort and goog safety and the appropriate cost.\ud

Kemacetan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering timbul pada daerah perkotaan. Pelebaran\ud
jalan dan pengembangan angkutan masasal merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kapasitas ruas\ud
jalan dengan tujuan dapat mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas. Untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pelebaran\ud
ruasjalan dan pengembangan angkutan massal dalam mengurangi kemacetan dan meningkatkan kinerja jalan\ud
maka perlu diadakan penelitian dan analisis.Berdasarkan hasil analisis kinerja ruas Jalan Teuku Umar arah\ud
Tanjung Karang-Rajabasa memiliki tingkat pelayanan (LOS) C dan arah Rajabasa-Tanjung Karang memiliki\ud
tingkat pelayanan (LOS) C, setelah dilakukan pelebaran sebesar 1,2 m maka derajat kejenuhan (DS) di Jalan\ud
Teuku Umar arah Tanjung Karang-Rajabasa menjadi Ddan derajat kejenuhan (DS) arah Rajabasa-Tanjung\ud
Karang tetap C. Hal ini akibat kebutuhan akan transportasi terus berkembang tiap tahunnya.Pelebaran jalan\ud
bukan merupakan penanggulangan masalah transportsai yang paling efisien , melainkan dengan alternatifb\ud
pemecahan yang ditinjau dari sisi kebutuhan transportasi , prasarana transportasi, rekayasa dan manajemen\ud
lalulintas serta kelembagaan yang terkait. Untuk menekan laju peningkatan penggunaan kendaraan pribadi,\ud
harus diperbaiki system angkutan umum ( BRT) dalam hal kemampuan pengangkutan yang besar, kecepatan\ud
kendaraan yang tinggi, kenyamanan dan keamanan yang bagus serta biaya pengeluaran yang sesuai.\ud

ANALISIS SENSITIFITAS DISTRIBUSI FREKUENSI KALA ULANG\ud METODE PLOTTING POSITION
Frequency analysis method is the method of probability is often used in the field of civil enginee -\ud
ring. By using the method, events of the extreme values can be predicted. A standard techniques\ud
that often used in extreme value is plotting order-rangked data. Since a long time, researchers and\ud
practitioners doing the study to get the best method of the plotting position.\ud
The purpose of this research is to analyze the sensitivity of the frequency distribution of return pe -\ud
riod (Tr) and Log (Tr) of the plotting position methods. The Data used in this research is in the\ud
form of annual maximum daily rainfall data. Sensitivity analysis done by comparing statistical pa -\ud
rameters of multiple frequency distribution of return period (Tr), Log (Tr) and rainfall data.\ud
From the results of this study indicated that, the correlation of the distribution frequency when re -\ud
setting the Log (Tr) with the data of the annual maximum daily rainfall gives a much better result\ud
than on the frequency distribution of correlation times reset Tr with annual maximum daily rain-\ud
fall. This means that the use of the frequency distribution of the return period Log (Tr) will give\ud
more accurate extreme values.\ud
