Project Sequencing Rubric
This rubric is a tool used to generate a draft roadmap of the projects routed to the Digital Collaborative Governance Team (DCGT) for review. This rubric is meant to provide a framework for the DCGT to create a roadmap, as well as to add a degree of objectivity to the process.Projects proposals are evaluated against this rubric by each member of the DCGT in advance of the roadmap creation meeting. Before the meeting, scores for a given project are averaged, and a preliminary roadmap is then created based on those scores.</p
Digitization Lab Service Model
This document outlines the responsibilities of both the Image Requestor and the Digitization Lab (DL) to ensure the successful execution of digitization projects. The Image Requestor is responsible for providing all necessary project details, preparing materials for digitization, and coordinating logistics, while the DL is tasked with imaging the materials, creating digital files, and managing their proper handling and storage. The service model defined here applies to digital collections, digital exhibits, and digital assets that fall under the purview of the Digital Collaborative Governance Team (DCGT). Digital Collaborative Governance Team Charge, Scope, and Structure
The Digital Collaborative Governance Team (DCGT) ensures effective and centralized collaboration, communication, and coordination across the UR Libraries for work relating to our digital projects, digital collections, digital exhibits, and digital assets. Building on the work of previous groups, the DCGT brings together domain experts/practitioners and stakeholders engaged in this necessarily cross-departmental/cross-libraries work to establish and steward priorities, shared best practices, and workflows. This group leverages the rich and diverse expertise within the Libraries to empower staff as they guide and drive this critical area of our work. Empowered by Library Leadership (including RCL’s Dean, SLT, and the heads of Miner and Sibley), the DCGT provides overarching coordination, decision-making, change management, and communication.</p

The Possible Beneficial Long-Term Impacts of Prescribing Stimulant Medication to Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder within the United States
Examining the long-term impacts of prescribing stimulant-based medication to children diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) within the scope of the United States is growing increasingly important. ADHD, typically presented through inattention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity, has been the leading mental health diagnosis over the past several years. Because of this, it is necessary to explore and raise questions about what a child diagnosed and medicated into adulthood's life will look like years or decades down the road. This brings questions about its long-term effects and pharmaceutical alternatives. This poster pulls statistics, graphics, and facts from a variety of sources to answer the questions of how using stimulant-based drugs such as methylphenidate and amphetamine affects academic performance, behavioral and emotional control, executive functioning, social abilities, and so much more when taken consistently into adulthood. The overall findings of the research poster and the numerous studies used here are that prescribing drugs to children with ADHD has numerous positive, long-term impacts.</p
