Redesign Stasiun Manggarai Sebagai Stasiun Sentral Jabodetabek Pendekatan Fluid Architecture
Manggarai Station, located in Manggarai Village, Tebet District, South Jakarta, is both a station and a cultural heritage building with significant potential to be developed into a central station in Jabodetabek due to its strategic location and easy accessibility from various routes in Jabodetabek. However, the current architectural design of the station is not yet optimal in supporting its function, efficiency, and planned role as a central station. Therefore, a Redesign of the station is necessary with an approach of Fluid Architecture. Fluid Architecture emphasizes flexibility and adaptability of space. With this approach, Manggarai Station is expected to adapt to changing needs and the surrounding environmental conditions. The concept aims to provide innovative solutions for circulation and accessibility issues at Manggarai Station, particularly in applying the Fluid Architecture concept in the design of railway stations

Hubungan Tingkat Aktivitas Fisik Terhadap Perubahan Level Vo2max Pada Remaja
Background: Cardiovascular fitness plays an essential role in adolescent health and can be measured through VO₂max. Sufficient physical activity is necessary to maintain and improve VO₂max; however, many adolescents tend to have low activity levels due to a sedentary lifestyle. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between physical activity and VO₂max in adolescents, specifically the role of light and moderate-intensity physical activity in improving cardiovascular fitness. Methods: This study employs a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 44 students from SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta, selected through purposive sampling. Physical activity was measured using the Godin-Shephard Leisure-Time Physical Activity Questionnaire, while VO₂max was assessed using the Cooper 12-minute run test. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman test to identify the correlation between physical activity levels and VO₂max. Results: The majority of respondents exhibited light
physical activity levels (56.8%) and VO₂max in the "very poor" category (95.5%). Correlation analysis indicated no significant relationship between low physical activity levels and VO₂max (r = -0.057, p = 0.787). Moderate-intensity physical activity showed a weak positive correlation with VO₂max (r = 0.379, p = 0.109), though it was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Light and moderate- intensity physical activity are not the primary factors in improving VO₂max in adolescents. Higher-intensity physical activity and a healthy lifestyle are necessary to enhance cardiovascular fitness
Hubungan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) Dan Kadar Hemoglobin Dengan Kebugaran Fisik Remaja
Physical fitness is an individual's ability to perform activities without experiencing fatigue. An individual is considered physically fit if they can meet the demands, capacity, capability, and endurance required to engage in activities without significant exhaustion. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2018), the level of physical fitness among adolescents in Indonesia is quite concerning. Based on the Riskesdas survey, 33.5% of Indonesians aged ≥10 years had low physical fitness, and in 2018, approximately 49.6% of adolescents aged 15 to 19 were recorded as having poor physical fitness. Several factors influence physical fitness, including genetics, gender, age, physical activity, smoking habits, and nutritional intake. This study aims to determine the relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) and Hemoglobin Levels with Adolescent Physical Fitness. This research employs a quantitative approach using a correlational study with a cross-sectional design. The participants were students aged 13–16 years from SMPN 5 Banjar. The Gamma correlation test between BMI and physical fitness yielded a p-value of 0.119, while the Gamma correlation test between Hemoglobin Levels and physical fitness showed a p-value of 0.000. The ordinal logistic regression test identified hemoglobin levels as the determining factor influencing adolescent physical fitness. Conclusion: It can be concluded that among the two independent variables, only one showed a significant relationship, with hemoglobin levels being the most influential determinant of adolescent physical fitness

Analisis Efektifitas Mesin Tenun Rifa Menggunakan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Di Pt.xyz
PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the textile industry. The products produced by PT.XYZ are fabrics (grey). The Rifa machine is one type of machine used for the production of woven fabrics at PT.XYZ. The products produced by the Rifa machine in 2021 only produced 9147098 yards of fabric from 10747718 yards or only 85% of the target that had been set. Therefore, an analysis and calculation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) was carried out to determine the OEE value and achieve the applied OEE value of ≥84.66%, and using the Six Big Losses method to determine which factors are the most dominant in contributing to losses. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the Rifa machine using the OEE method, to determine the losses incurred using the six big losses method and to offer improvement efforts that must be made using the fishbone diagram analysis. Based on the results of the OEE calculation on the Rifa machine during the January-December 2021 period, an average of 61% was obtained. Based on the analysis of the six big losses, the most dominant factor that caused the greatest losses was breakdown losses, which was 0.24 with a percentage of 46.9%
