Get PDFAccording to the official announcement of the Government of Japan, 2,557 Japanese war orphans in Manchuria returned to Japan permanently. Since the total number of Japanese orphans in Manchuria was 2,818, 91% of them returned to their home country. How was the social situation surrounding the returnees at that time? What social aid was provided to them? This paper analyzes how they lived and how the government aided them. Social Welfare and War Victims' Relief Bureau of Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has researched eleven times of "Fact-Finding Survey on Life of Remaining Japanese Orphans". These surveys, however, have been published in different ways each time, such as papers, online and some of them are hard to find. This time the author analyzes overall research through all of them. As a result of the analysis, it can be inferred that the government took only supportive measures in response to what the returnees needed at the beginning. A major turning point .as in 2002 when the class action lawsuit for official indemnification for Japanese War Orphans in Manchuria was brought. With it result new support measures have been implemented since 2008, and there has been some improvement in their lives especially in their post-retirement security. 〔研究ノート〕コロナ禍3年目を迎えた大学生のストレスと孤独感
Get PDFIn Japan, the new coronavirus began to spread in February 2020 and had a major impact on the education sector. The extent of the impact of "lost campus life" on universities attracted attention. Therefore, in May 2020, a survey was conducted among university students on stress and their concerns for the future. The survey showed a strong impact of stress directly caused by Covid-19, such as restrictions on behavior and interactions with others. Based on the results of this survey, another questionnaire was conducted in 2022, the third year of the pandemic, to fi nd out what eff ects the corona disaster had on university students, with a particular focus on loneliness. The results of the questionnaire revealed that among university students in FY2022, direct stress such as behavioral restrictions and worries caused by the corona disaster decreased, while stress such as anxiety, irritability and physical discomfort increased. In particular, students in their second year and above were characterized as having more stress. In terms of loneliness, the differences were not based on whether the students lived alone or with family, but rather on their grade level. The feeling of loneliness increased by grade level, showing that third-year students, who entered the university in 2020, felt the most lonely. These results may be influenced by the difference between the First-year students, who were able to spend their freshman year in face-to-face interactions, and second-year students and older, who were impacted by Covid-19 and were unable to experience in-person classes and club activities at the beginning of their studies. Immediately after enrollment is an important time for making friends and getting used to the university atmosphere. It is thought that the online-centered classes and the continued ban on campus activities during this period forced them to spend time without friends and advisers, a situation that is likely to have had an impact on them in subsequent years.departmental bulletin pape
「総合的な学習の時間の指導法」に関するオンデマンド教材の運用評価
Get PDF本研究では、オンデマンド教材の運用評価を通じて、1)対面になったときにも生かせる教材の内容や構成、語りかける言葉や問いの方法を探ること、2)希望校種や専修の異なる学生に対して、どのように、「総合的な学習の時間の指導法」を展開していくか。そのクラス分けの方法に生かせる知見を引き出すことを目的としている。結果としてオンデマンド教材で、ある程度、内容構成の工夫で受講生に共通に伝えたい内容の理解を導くことは可能であるが、その内容を自分ごとの理解や論議に導く上で、課題内容に関わって受講生の行為行動を導く問いかけの表現が意味を持つこと、校種よりも専修でクラス分けをした方が議論が活性化する可能性のある問いかけもあることが明らかになった。departmental bulletin pape
