Efek Pemberian Diethyl Toluamide (DEET) Terhadap Jumlah Fetus Hidup Dan Mati Pada Mencit (Mus musculus) Galur BALB/C
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pemberian Diethyltoluamide (DEET) yang diberikan secara dermal terhadap jumlah fetus hidup dan jumlah kematian fetus pada mencit (Mus musculus) galur Balb/C. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan mencit betina galur Balb/C sebanyak 25 ekor yang telah dewasa kelamin. Mencit betina dikawinkan secara monomating (satu jantan dengan satu betina). Perlakuan diberikan secara dermal pada mencit betina bunting pada umur kebuntingan 6-15 hari dibagi menjadi satu kelompok kontrol dan empat kelompok perlakuan. Pada kontrol (PO) diberi ethanol dan pada perlakuan Pl, P2, P3 dan P4 masing-masing diberi larutan Diethylto1uamide dengan konsentrasi 281, 25 mg/kg BB, 562, 5 mg/kg BB, 1125 mg/kg BB dan 2250 mg/kg BB. Umur kebuntingan 18 hari dilakukan bedah cesar untuk mengeluarkan fetus kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan terhadap jumlah fetus yang hidup danjumlah fetus yang mati. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan ada1ah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 u1angan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Varian dan apabila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak Duncan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa larutan Diethyltoluamide yang diberikan secara dermal dengan berbagai dosis tidak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah fetus hidup dan jumlah fetus mati

Get PDFPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peran keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan terhadap kontrol diri remaja akhir. Remaja akhir ditandai dengan transisinya menuju ke perkembangan dewasa yang sudah lebih mandiri dan matang, sehingga mereka sudah mulai memikirkan masa depannya. Kontrol diri yang rendah pada remaja akhir ditunjukkan dari perilaku impulsif, tidak disiplin, prokrastinasi, dan perilaku lain yang bertentangan dengan norma yang berlaku di masyarakat. Terlibatnya ayah dalam pengasuhan berpengaruh dalam perkembangan kontrol diri remaja akhir. Partisipan survei dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 142 orang yang berusia 18 sampai dengan 21 tahun dengan laki-laki sebanyak 30 orang dan perempuan sebanyak 112 orang, memiliki ayah dan ibu, serta tinggal bersama kedua orang tua. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan uji regresi linear sederhana memberikan hasil bahwa terdapat peran keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan terhadap kontrol diri remaja akhir sebesar 20,3%. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan akan meningkatkan kontrol diri remaja akhir

analyzed by using the theory of phonetic proposed by Davenport & Hannahs (1998). The result shows that there are some mispronunciations in consonant and vowel pronunciation. Concerning the English consonant sounds, the participants
largely mispronounced voiced [z] with voiceless [s], dental [8] with alveolar [t], and fricative [8] with stop [t]. Concerning to the English vowel sounds, the participants mostly mispronounced diphthong into monopthong such as [ei] into [a] and mostly mispronounced [a) with [u] sound. In addition, there are several sounds which do not exist in flight attendant's utterances such as (9] sound.
