Get PDFإن هدف هذا البحث هو تقييم اللياقة القلبية التنفسية و بعض المتغيرات الأنثروبومترية المرتبطة بالصحة لدى المراهقين في عمر (15-18).و لهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي على عينة متكونة من 1710 تلميذ (685 ذكور و 1025 إناث) متمدرسين بسبع (07) ثانويات بمدينة الشلف تم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي. قمنا بتقييم، محيط الخصر(سم)، (BMI كلغ/م²) ، VO2max(ملل/كلغ/د) و نبض القلب وقت الراحة. بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة بين الذكور والاناث في كل المتغيرات الأنثروبومترية والفسيولوجية قيد الدراسة.حيث لاحظنا انخفاض في اللياقة القلبية التنفسية وزيادة في كل المتغيرات الأنثروبومترية لدى الاناث مقارنة بالذكور. وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام المسؤولين على الصحة العامة بتقييم المتغيرات الأنثروبومترية و الفسيولوجية المرتبطة بالصحة في مختلف الأطوار وتعزيز نمط الحياة النشطة للوقاية من الأمراض الغير معدية كالسمنة وأمراض القلبThe study aims to evaluate cardiorespiratory fitness and some anthropometric parameters in chelifian school adolescents (15-18) for this purpose,we used the descriptive method On a sample composed of 1710 student chosen at random.,we evaluate waist circumference,BMI, resting heart rate and VO2max (ml/kg/mn). After collecting the results and having treated them statistically, we conclude Significant differences between males and females in all anthropometric and physiological variables under study. We noticed a decrease in cardiorespiratory fitness and an increase in all anthropometric variables in females compared to males
