Get PDFهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير ممارسة النشاط الرياضي الجماعي في حصة التربية البدنية في تعزيز قيم المواطنة في التدريس المقاربة بالكفاءة في الطور الثانوي، قمنا بإنشاء استبيان موجه إلى التلاميذ يتكون من محورين لأبعاد الأخلاقية واجتماعية لترقية قيم المواطنة مستعملين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة من التلاميذ الثانوي لمقاطعة ولاية شلف المتكونة من 1455 تلميذ اختيرت العينة بشكل عشوائي أجاب التلاميذ على 40 سؤال وتم حساب اجاباتهم لعدد التكرارات بالنسب المئوية و اختبار كا2 ومن خلال النتائج المتحصل في تفريغ الاستبيان تبين لنا أن الفرضيتين للدراسة تحققتا بشكل واستنتجنا أن معظم التلاميذ يعتبرون أن ممارسة النشاط الجماعي ينمي الأبعاد الاخلاقية و الاجتماعية لترقيت قيم المواطنة الصالحة.This study aims at pinning down the impact of collective exercise during education session in enhancing the valuse of citizenship in the light of the comptency based approach applied in the Algerian secondary education. IThrough glimpsing at the principles and values, namely the ethical and social dimensions, of existing collective sport curricula and syllabi, we desinged a questionnaire based on the descriptive / analytical approach oriented to secondary learners ( chosen randomly) from the department of Boukadire belonging to the province of Chlef (in North- west of Algeria ) . The sample has answred 40 questions and their answers to the number of repititions were measured in percentage and gauged using K2 scale. Get PDFتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسات رأس المال الفكري بوزارة الثقافة والرياضة والشباب بعٌمان في الجانب الرياضي، استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي في تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، والإستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، ومجتمع من جميع العاملين في إدارة الرياضة بالوزارة والبالغ عددهم (649)، تكونت العينة من (178) عاملاً يمثلون المجتمع، وأظهرت النتائج حصول رأس المال الفكري ومحاوره (البشري، الهيكلي، العلاقات) على مستوى متوسط، كما أن وجود اهتمام في قبول أفكار ومقترحات العاملين وتعزيز العلاقات الداخلية بين المديريات والدوائر والأقسام، وأظهرت ضعف آليات التطوير في البرامج التدريبية، وضعف الثقافة التنظيمية المرتبطة بتحليل سلوكيات العاملين، كما أوصت الدراسة باعتماد أدوات قياس أكثر تخصصية لأداء العاملين والاستعانة بالنتائج في تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية.The study aims to identify the reality of intellectual capital practices at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth in Oman in the sports aspect. The descriptive survey method was used to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire as a toolfor data collection, and a community of all (649) employees in the sports administration in the ministry. The sample consistedof (178) workers representing the community, and the results showed that the intellectual capital and its axes (human, structural, relations) are at an average level, and there is an interest in accepting the ideas and suggestions of the workers and strengthening the internal relations between the directorates, departments and divisions, and showed the weakness of the development mechanisms in the training programs, Weak organizational culture related to employee behavior analysis.The study also recommended the adoption of more specialized measurement tools for the performance of employees and theuse of the results in determining training need

Get PDFتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على قضايا التطبيع العربي مع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية، من خلال التعرف على مدى اهتمام هذه المواقع بقضايا التطبيع مع الاحتلال، ورصد أشكال التطبيع وموضوعاته وأهدافه ، ومعرفة أهداف المعالجة الصحفية والأساليب المتبعة، وأهم جهات التطبيع التي ركّزت عليها مواقع الدراسة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة، من أهمها: اهتمام المواقع بالدرجة الأولى بالتطبيع السياسي من بين أشكال التطبيع، كما ركزت موضوعات التطبيع على هدف "الترويج للتطبيع" تلاه هدف "تغييب مفهوم العداوة للاحتلال".The study aims at identifying the treatment of the Palestinian news websites’ to the issues of normalization with the occupation, by identifying the extent of its interest in the issues of normalization with the occupation. Get PDFهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إعداد برنامج تمارين علاجية لتصحيح بعض انحرافات العمود الفقري وكشف أثره على بعض المؤشرات الوظيفية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة فئة 11-14 سنة ، ولقلة الدراسات وانعدام البرامج التأهيلية التي قد تعالج أو تحسن الحالة القوامية للمصابين أجرى الباحثون هذه الدراسة على عينة قوامها 12 تلميذا مصابين بانحراف العمود الفقري الجانبي(تحدب الظهر وتقعر القطن)، واستخدم المنهج التجريبي لملائمته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة، ومن خلال نتائج الدراسة توصل الباحثون إلى ان تطبيق البرنامج العلاجي له تأثير ايجابي على تصحيح انحراف العمود الفقري وتحسين بعض المؤشرات الوظيفية لدى أفراد العينة، وفي الاخير قدم الباحثون اقتراحات قد تساهم في بعث أفكار إضافية حول ضرورة تطبيق البرنامج العلاجي المقترح في المدارس للحد من نسبة انتشار هذه الانحرافاتThis study aimed to prepare a rehabilitation program to treat some spinal deviations and reveal its effect on some functional indicators for middle school students, 11-14 years old. 12 students with spinal deviation (lumbosacral and lumbar concavity), and the experimental method was used for its suitability to the nature of this study.
