Get PDFتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية الأنشطة الرياضية الترويحية ودورها في تحسين التوازن عند كبار السن، ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج التجريبي على عينة متكونة من 10 أفراد مسنين تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي، ولجمع البيانات استخدمنا الاختبارات الإكلينيكية بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى أن للأنشطة الرياضية الترويحية أثر إيجابي على تحسين عنصر التوازن عند كبار السن، وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة إلى حث كبار السن على ممارسة الأنشطة الرياضية، ووجوب استخدام الاختبارات الإكلينيكية للكشف عن اضطرابات التوازن والقدرات الحركية والبدنية لهذه الفئة .The study aims to identify the effectiveness of recreational sports activities and their role in improving balance in the elderly, and for this purpose we used the experimental method on a sample of 10 elderly individuals who were randomly selected to collect data. We used clinical tests after collecting the results and treating them statistically. It was concluded that Recreational sports activities have a positive impact on improving the balance component of the elderly, and on this basis the study recommended urging theelderly to engage in sports activities, and the necessity of using clinical tests to detect balance disorders and the motor and physical abilities of this category

و خلصت الدراسة الى أن مضامين الخطاب السياسي لحزب حركة مجتمع السلم يعاني من غياب أساليب التأطير السياسي في بناء أهداف واضحة لمضامينه عبر الوسيط الرقمي لإيصال رسائله السياسية بفترة الحملات الانتخابية.The study is an investigation of the Algerian political parties use of virtual space for their political activities. It attempts to reveal the new methods employed for the development of content of the political discourse in the Algerian context, especially on Facebook, during the electoral campaigns. The sample under study is constituted by the content of the Movement for society and Peace publications on their Facebook account during legislative elections in 2021. The methodological approach is analytical and descriptive with content analysis as a data gathering tool.
The study concluded that the content of the MSP political discourse is lacking the political framing methods needed to structure their content on digital medium during political campaigns
