The role of public media in achieving social responsibility of Algerian youth
Get PDF Many young people in the Arab world today suffer from the marginalization and lack of attention and care that governments and countries are supposed to provide to this important group of society. In particular, 70% of the human makeup of Arab societies are young people who are exposed daily to a large number of media messages that differ in content and its objectives, but the reality indicates that this category, despite the breadth of the category is fragile and easy to influence them, which requires great attention by the local and regional media
In this paper, we have tried to understand the mechanisms or mechanisms of influence on youth segment used by the Algerian media in the public sector in an attempt to understand their social responsibilities and their own privacy and to provide them with the appropriate material to serve them.
Through this theoretical paper, we will try to highlight the importance and role of the Algerian public media in its diversity (audiovisual-visual-written) to know their interest in this category, especially in recent years, where the country has known changes on more than one level

Get PDFتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على ملامح الاتصال السياسي الجزائري عبر أحد أشهر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وأكثرها انتشارا في الجزائر،من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من متتبعي الصفحات الرسمية للأحزاب السياسية الجزائرية عبر الفايسبوك، لتبيان آليات ممارسة الأحزاب السياسية الجزائرية الاتصال السياسي عبر هذا الموقع، والاستراتيجيات التي تتبعها إضافة إلى كيفية تفاعل مستخدمي الموقع مع منشوراتها ومعيقات الاتصال السياسي الذي تمارسه هذه الأحزاب عبر هذا الفضاء الافتراضي.
توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الاتصال السياسي الذي تمارسه الأحزاب السياسية عبر الفايسبوك يغلب عليه طابع العرض أكثر من المناقشة ويتسم بالانقطاع من ناحية استمرارية التواجد الزمنية عبر هذا الموقع ،كما تقدم مضامين تتسم بالإيجاز والبساطة في التقديمThis study aims to identify the features of Algerian political communication through one of the most popular and most prevalent social networking sites in Algeria, through a field study on a sample of followers of Algerian political parties pages via Facebook, to show the mechanisms of Algerian political parties’ practice of political communication via Facebook and the strategies they follow in addition To how the site\u27s users interact with its publications and the obstacles to political communication practiced by these parties through this virtual space.This study concluded that the political communication practiced by political parties via Facebook is more in the nature of presentation than discussion and is characterized by discontinuity in terms of the continuity of temporal presence through this site, and provides contents that are brief and simple in presentation

تندرج الدراسة الحالية ضمن دراسات الحالة من خلا تحليل نموذجين عالميين في مجال اتصال المخاطر: النموذج السويسري والنموذج الكندي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الفعال للوسائط الجديدة في تجنب المخاطر والتوعية من حدوثها، في محاول للإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: ما هو دور تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الإدارة الإستراتيجية للمخاطر في المجال الصحي؟ وفيما يتمثل النموذج الكندي والسويسري لإدارة المخاطر الصحية؟Risk communication is one of the relatively recent branches in the field of communication, and it includes many activities, including forecasting potential problems and planning to deal with them and get out of them with the least possible losses. Organizations use always communication to confront crises and disasters, using and technological means to develop their capabilities, to explore changes in the complex environment, to identify risk indicators and to prepare to confront them.
The current study falls within the case studies by analyzing two global models in the field of risk communication: the Swiss model and the Canadian model. Through this study we try to study and analyzethe hate speech spread through two Hashtags of support and solidarity (#Jesuischaima and#Justicepourchaima) launched on the social network Facebook, following the murder of a teenage girlnamed Chaïma SADOU. We tried to highlight the linguistic means used by Internet users to expresstheir feelings of hatred. To do this, we have presented the different types of hate speech. Then, weanalyzed the different linguistic manifestations of hate speech, namely subjectivemes, threatening acts,acts of condemnation as well as the various discursive strategies deployed.Notre travail de recherche s’inscrit dans le domaine de l’analyse du discours numérique. A traverscette recherche nous étudions et analysons le discours de haine diffusé à travers deux Hashtags desoutien et de solidarité (#Jesuischaima et #Justicepourchaima) lancés sur le réseau social Facebook, àla suite du meurtre d’une jeune fille adolescente qui s’appelle Chaïma SADOU. Nous avons essayé demettre en avant les moyens linguistiques utilisés par les internautes pour but d’exprimer leurssentiments de haine.
