No full textتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الضغوط المهنية للأطباء الممارسين وغير الممارسين للنشاط الترويحي الرياضي ولهذا الغرض استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي على عينة متكونة من 35 طبيبا تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي، ولجمع البيانات استخدموا مقياس الضغوط المهنية، وبعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى أن الأطباء الممارسون للأنشطة الترويحية الرياضية يتميزون بضغوط مهنية منخفضة في حين يتميز اقرأنهم غير الممارسين لهذه الأنشطة بضغوط مرتفعة وفي الأخير أوصى بضرورة توفير مرافق مناسبة لممارسة هذه الأنشطة.The study aims to identify the level of professional pressures for doctors who practice and do not ractice recreational sports activity. For this purpose, the researchers used the descriptive approach on a sample of 35 doctors who were randomly selected. To collect data, they used the occupational pressures scale. After collecting the results and treating them statistically, it was concluded that practicing doctors Recreational sports activities are characterized by low occupational pressures, while their peers who do notpractice these activities are characterized by high pressures. Finally, he recommended the necessity of providing suitable facilities to practice these activitie

No full textهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى القيادات الإدارية بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة من وجهة نظر الموظفين، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مستوى البراعة التنظيمية لدى هؤلاء القيادات، كما هدفت إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين التفكير الاستراتيجي والبراعة التنظيمية لدى القيادات الإدارية بذات المديرية، تمّ الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كما تمّ استخدام أداة استبيان صُمّمت لهذا الغرض وزعت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة حجمها 35 موظفا، تمّ التوصل إلى وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين كل من التفكير الاستراتيجي والبراعة التنظيمية ، كما يوصى بتطوير أساليب التفكير الاستراتيجي بشكل شمولي.This study aims at knowing the level of exercising the strategic thinking by the administrative leaderships of the Directorate of Youths and Sports of M’sila from the perspective of the employees. In addition, it aims at knowing the level of their ambidextrous organization and the nature of the relationship between the strategic thinking and the ambidextrous organization of the administrative leaderships of the same Directorate. We used the descriptive relational methodology and used questionnaire that had been distributed to a random sample of 35 employees .Findings show there is a statistically significant relation between thestrategic thinking and organizational ambidexterity It is recommended that strategic thinking be developed in a holisticmanner

The study employed a survey methodology, both descriptive and analytical, utilizing observation tools and an electronic questionnaire distributed to 75 individuals. After analyzing the data, we found that Facebook contributes to enhancing the college\u27s mental image based on the quality of content it focuses on, in addition to facilitating the exchange of information, receiving feedback, and sharing experiences

No full textتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور أنشطة الاتصال المؤسسي في تعزيز الصورة الذهنية لأداء مناسك الحج والعمرة: دراسة تطبيقية لآراء عينة من العاملين في وزارة الحج والعمرة بمكة المكرمة، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الباحثات أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (100) موظف وموظفة في وزارة الحج والعمرة، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن دور أنشطة الاتصال المؤسسي في تعزيز الصورة الذهنية لأداء مناسك الحج والعمرة في الوزارة جاء مرتفعًا جدًا بشكل عام، كما أوضحت النتائج مدى مساهمة أنشطة الاتصال المؤسسي في تعزيز الصورة الذهنية لأداء مناسك الحج والعمرة بشكل مرتفع جدًا، مما تشير إلى أن مساهمتها في تحسين صورة الحج والعمرة لدى الجمهور تعتبر جيدة بشكل عام، وأشارت النتائج بأن المعوقات التي تواجه الاتصال المؤسسي في الوزارة جاءت مرتفعة نسبيًا بشكل عام: Study aimed to identify the role of institutional communication activities in enhancing the mental image of performing Hajj and Umrah rituals: an applied study of the opinions of a sample of employees in the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the researchers used the questionnaire tool to collect data from a simple random sample consisting of (100) male and female employees in the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. The results of the study concluded that the role of institutional communication activities in enhancing the mental image of performing Hajj and Umrah rituals in the Ministry was very high in general. The results also showed the extent to which institutional communication activities contributed to enhancing the mental image of performing Hajj rituals. and Umrah at a very high level, which indicates that its contribution to improving the image of Hajj and Umrah among the public is considered good in general, and the results indicated that the obstacles facing institutional communication in the Ministry were relatively high in genera

No full textنهدف من خلال الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير برنامج مقترح بتعديل سلوكات غذائية مصحوب بتمارين هوائية على إنقاص الوزن وتحسين بعض القياسات البيولوجية والجسمية لدى النساء الماكثات في البيت ، تم إستخدام المنهج الشبه التجريبي على عينة متكون من 2 نساء مكثات في البيت تم إختيار العينة بالطريقة القصدية ، تم إعتماد على إختبارات (مخبرية ) وقياسات ( محيطات ) لتوصل إلى النتائج ، كانت أبرز النتائج المتحصل عليها أن برنامج تعديل سلوكات الغذائية مصحوب بتمارين الهوائية أثر بشكل مباشر في إنقاص الوزن و تحسين في القياسات الجسمية والبيولوجية .Through the study, we aim to identify the impact of a proposed program by modifying food behaviors with aerobic exercises forweight loss and improving some biological and physical measurements of women staying at home. The semi-experimental curriculum was used on a sample of 2 women staying at home. The sample was selected in the intended way. (Laboratory) and measurements (oceans) for achieving results, the most important results obtained were that the program for modifying dietary behaviors accompanied by aerobic exercises directly affected weight loss and improvement in physical and biological measurements

No full textتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة معاهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية نحو المقاولاتية وعلى الفروق بين الطلبة في الاتجاهات حسب المعاهد المعنية بالدراسة، ولهذا الغرض استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في شكله المسحي على عينة متكونة من 185 طالب تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي طبقي، لجمع البيانات استخدمنا أداة مصممة لذات الغرض (استبانة الاتجاهات وفق البعد السلوكي المعرفي الوجداني) وزعت الكترونيا، بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل الى أنه للطلبة اتجاهات نحو المقاولاتية وأن هناك فروق بين الطلبة في الاتجاهات نحو المقاولاتية حسب المعاهد المعنية بالدراسة وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة الاكثار من الدورات التي تؤهل الشباب الجامعي للعمل الحر والمشاريع المقاولاتية وتذليل كل المعوقات في ذلكThe Object of the study aims to identify the attitudes of students of the institutes of science and technology of physical and sports activities towards entrepreneurship or entrepreneurial activity, and to identify the differences between students in attitudes according to the institutes concerned with the study,for this purpose, we used the descriptive method in the form of a survey, On a sample composed of 185 students Chosen as stratified random, and for data collection, we used a tool designed for the same purpose (a questionnaire of attitudes according to the emotional, cognitive behavioral dimension), which was distributed electronically. Evaluation The Skillful Performance Of Algerian Soccer Players During The Cometition
No full textThe aim of this study is to evaluate some of the characteristics of the defensive and offensive skill performance during the competition among professional soccer players in the Algerian professional league. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the sheef observation was used by the researcher to evaluate the effectiveness of the performance of basic skills during the competition and to determine their participation in total skill performance. The study sample consisted of (72) professionals players, the results showed that the efficiency of the skill performance during the competition for Algerian professional players is weak and there is a difference between the representation of basic skills in skill performance with a great advantage for the basic offensive skills. The study recommended the use of modern technologies to develop the skillful performance of athletes, and pay attention to the principle of individual training when teaching and mastering basic skills
Modernity in the Saudi Narrative Since the Rise of Electronic Media
Get PDFThe Saudi narrative on modernity has fluctuated a lot because of electronic media. It is a communicative phenomenon rooted in the effect of technological progress within modernity and the role of virtual communication within the media environment. Saudi society has experienced modernity with tension, often shifting between accepting and rejecting its appearances. This paper reexplore modernity within the social Saudi narrative. Through a critical examination of the 1980s, via Al-Gathami’s Tale of Modernity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2005), this study reveals that electronic media in Saudi expands tolerance for difference and Otherness, blending traditional values with modern expression. This reflects a unique philosophy of communication, offering a biased reading of modernity in the digital age. Rather than embracing modernity unlimited, Saudi modernity remains collective, enabling textured representations of identity while resisting unquestioned faith in technological progress, individualism, and efficiency

Inspired by event theory, discourse analysts track words in their statuses of event designers, memorial triggers and their enunciative constructions in the media. Our constructivist reading considers the media as one of the components of a process of construction and social registration more broadly than a word. The question is to question its circulation in the context of an event arc experience where the components of narration and hyper-narration are associated with the utterance. The multi-level excursion has revealed the forms of putting on agenda operated by different instances that circulate the word until auscultate the enunciative praxis of remediation and metaphorisation.La contribution élargit la perspective des études sur le trajet discursif des mots. S’inspirant de la théorie de l’événement, les analystes de discours suivent à la trace les mots dans leurs statuts de désignants événementiels, de déclencheurs mémoriels et leurs constructions énonciatives dans les médias. Notre lecture constructiviste considère les médias comme l’une des composantes d’un processus de construction et d’inscription sociale plus large d’un mot. La question est d’interroger sa circulation dans le cadre d’une expérience d’arc événementiel où à l’énonciation s’associent les composantes de la narration et de l’hyper narration. L’excursus multi niveau a dégagé les formes de mise sur agenda opérées par différentes instances qui font circuler le mot jusqu’à ausculter la praxis énonciative de remédiation et de métaphorisation
