The Requirements Of Appling Knowledge Management In Conducting The Institu0te Of Sciences And Techniques Of Physical And Sport Activities In M’sila
Get PDFThis study aimed to identify the requirements of applying knowledge management in the institute of Science and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities inM’sila .The researchers used an analytical descriptive method ,and used the questionnaire as a tool for gathering data from a stratified proportional sample of an academician administrative levels ,and administrators of the institute.The research sample amounted to 25 employees and employee of 55 at the institute.The study concluded that there was a positive relationship between knowledge management requirements and (organizational culture –power of humanity ,management leadership ,organizational structure ,information technology),and knowledge management implementation in the institute of Sciences and Techniques of Sports and Physical Activities in M’sila .By contrast ,the study found that there were no statistically significant differences between sample members in theirimplementation to knowledge management inside the institute.The study presented a several recommendations such as : -Rising the awareness of knowledgemanagement culture through workshops and,conferences - Designing a central data base between departments of the instituteto save and exchange the knowledge -Focusing on technological infrastructure .and allocation of financial and intellectual resourcesto establish an active networks within the institute
The Role of SMEs/SMIs in the Ddevelopment of the Ttourism Ssector In Algeria
Get PDFThis study analyses the role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs/SMIs) in the development of the tourism sector in Algeria, with the objective of promoting economic diversification. The research highlights the growing contribution of SMEs to the revitalization of the Algerian tourism through job creation, the expansion of accommodation capacity, and territorial enhancement.
The results show an increase of more than 50% in the number of tourist establishments, confirming the structural role of SMEs within the national economic fabric, even though the share of tourism in GDP remains limited and vulnerable to exogenous shocks. Despite persistent challenges related to financing, infrastructure, training, and digitalization, these local enterprises are emerging as key actors in building a sustainable tourism model

Get PDFهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة الدور الاتصالي لمتحدثي وزارتي التجارة والصحة السعوديتين على منصة إكس (X)، في ضوء نماذج العلاقات العامة لجرونج وهانت، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج تحليل المضمون باستخدام موقع (https://socialbearing.com/)، حيث جرى تحليل قرابة 200 تغريدة لكل متحدث، وقد كشفت النتائج عن استخدام اللغة العربية بشكل شبه كامل في كتابة أو تصميم المنشورات، مع تنوع في أشكال المحتوى (نص، صور، فيديو) بطريقة تعكس مهام وأهداف كل وزارة، مع توظيف استراتيجي للأوسمة (الهاشتاجات) لتعزيز الانتشار وتوجيه النقاش. كما أظهر التحليل انخفاضاً حاداً في نسبة تفاعل المتحدثين المباشر مع استفسارات الجماهير (حوالي 3%)، مما يؤكد النمط أحادي الاتجاه في الاتصال، حيث بينت النتائج أن الدور الاتصالي للمتحدثين يندرج ضمن نموذج الإخبار العام أو المعلومات العامة (Public Information Model)، الذي يركز على نشر المعلومات والحقائق دون الاهتمام بالتغذية الراجعة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تنويع المحتوى واللغات، تعزيز التفاعل المستمر، الاستفادة من أدوات التحليل الرقمي، والسعي نحو نماذج اتصال ثنائية الاتجاه لبناء علاقات مستدامة مع الجمهورThis study aimed to reveal the nature of the communicative role of spokespersons for the Saudi Ministries of Commerce and Health on the X platform, in light of Grunig and Hunt\u27s public relations models. It relied on a content analysis methodology using the website (https://socialbearing.com/), where approximately 200 tweets from each spokesperson were analyzed. Results revealed an almost exclusive use of Arabic in post writing or design, along with a diversity in content forms (text, images, video) that reflects each ministry\u27s tasks and objectives, and a strategic deployment of tags (hashtags) to enhance dissemination and guide public discourse. Analysis also showed a sharp decline in the direct interaction rate of spokespersons with audience inquiries (around 3%), which confirms a one-way communication pattern, as the findings indicated that the communicative role of the spokespersons falls under the Public Information Model, which focuses on disseminating information and facts without attention to feedback. Get PDFهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي لدى لاعبي كرة القدم لفئة أقل من 19 سنة، وذلك من خلال القيام بدراسة ميدانية على لاعبي فريق أمل شلغوم العيد لفئة أقل من 19 سنة (دراسة حالة) والذي فاز بالبطولة لموسمين متتاليين، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وقام بالاعتماد على مقياس الدافعية لجو ويلس joe wilis كأداة لقياس مستوى دافعية الإنجاز، وبعد جمع كل البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم الوصول إلى النتائج التالية: - أن مستوى دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي مرتفع لدى لاعبي فريق امل شلغوم العيد لفئة أقل من 19 سنة. _ كما أن مستوى دافعية الإنجاز عند اللاعبين أثرت بشكل إيجابي على مستواهم الرياضي مما جعلهم يحققون نتائج مرضية. - ومن جهة أخرى نجد أن دافعية الإنجاز من بين المهارات النفسية الأساسية التي يجب أن تتوفر لدى لاعب كرة القدم.The aim of this study was to determine the level of sports achievement motivation among football players under 19 years old, through a field study on the players of the Amal Chleghoum El Aid team for the under 19 category (case study), which won the championship for two consecutive seasons. The researcher used a descriptive approach and relied on Joe Willis\u27 motivation scale as a tool to measure the level of achievement motivation. After collecting and statistically processing all data, the following results were reached: - The level of sports achievement motivation is high among the players of the Amal Chleghoum El Aid team for the under 19 category. - The level of achievement motivation among the players positively affected their athletic performance, leading them to achieve satisfactory results. - On the other hand, achievement motivation is one of the essential psychological skills that should be present among football players

In this context, we used the descriptive method with a sample of 22 random coaches from the honorary league of the Wilaya of Jijel. Besides, we used the questionnaire for data collection. After the statistical procession, we found that the small side games integrated in the training programs during the general physical preparation have a positive role in developing the aerobic abilities of the footballers.
