L’éducation Physique Et Sportive Inclusive Et Sa Place Dans L’école Active
To better understand the topic, let us first discuss what is meant by Quality Physical Education (QPE). We can find the answer in the UNESCO document “Quality Physical Education Guidelines for Policy Makers.” The second question concerns the explanation of what we mean by an active school. The foundation of this concept can be found in the 2018 WHO report. To achieve the goal of a more active population, as recommended by the WHO, coordinated action across multiple sectors and stakeholders is necessary. This requires implementing a combination of effective policy actions organized around four strategic areas. I would be especially pleased if you could keep in mind these four key points related to inclusive physical education and sport in schools in Africa for the future: Development and practical implementation of the active school model Development of quality inclusive physical education Implementation of adapted physical activities (APA) Redirecting the training of professionals toward adapted physical activities and sports.

Comparative Study of Morphological Parameters Between Female Swimmers from South-East and North-East of Algeria (12-13 years old)
Abstract Performance variations throughout a swimmer\u27s career result from the interaction between training and genetic and environmental factors. Our study aims to compare several morphological parameters (height, weight, body composition) between two groups of young swimmers from the Northeast and Southeast of Algeria. These two geographical regions may present significant differences in genetics, climate, and environment, which could influence the swimmers\u27 morphological characteristics and performances. The goal is to analyze how these differences may impact their performance levels. Body measurements were taken using a bioelectrical impedance analyzer, and performances in the 50m and 400m freestyle were recorded in a sample of 26 competitive swimmers aged 12-13 years: 13 from the Northeast (Constantine/Sétif) and 13 from the Southeast (Biskra/Ouargla). The results show that swimmers from the Northeast have significantly greater height and weight, which advantages them in the 50m and 400m freestyle events compared to their Southeast counterparts. However, no variations were observed in muscle mass, fat mass, and body mass index.

Enhancing Access To Digital Collections Through University Library Websites: An Evaluation Study
University library websites in Algeria serve not only as information systems but also as digital communication platforms that connect academic institutions with students and researchers. However, they face challenges in providing effective and user-centered access to digital collections. This study aims to evaluate 15 Algerian university library websites in terms of providing access to digital collections. Using a checklist based on usability and international accessibility standards, the evaluation focuses on navigation, search functionality, and access to digital resources. Findings reveal that most websites are well-organized and easy to navigate but lack multilingual support, advanced search features, and varied content formats such as e-books and multimedia. Additionally, essential services such as virtual assistants and interactive tools are largely absent, which limits online engagement and academic visibility. Recommendations include enhancing accessibility, adding Web 2.0 functionalities, and expanding digital collections. Future work should incorporate automated accessibility testing tools, such as the WAVE tool to address technical barriers on these platforms
