Full text linkعتبر البرامج التدريبية أحد عناصر التدريب كما أنها أحد الأركان الأساسية له ,وحتى تكتمل البنية الأساسية لعملية التدريب والتعليم والاعتماد على مبدأ التدريب الفعال لابد من الاهتمام بتوظيف هذه البرامج بأسس علمية في عملية التدريب باعتبارها توفر ظروف جديدة ومختلفة حسب نوع وهدف البرنامج المستخدم ,وتساهم بشكل كبير في خلق وإيجاد الواقع الذي يقود للتواصل إلى مجموعة من الأهداف لها علاقة بالأداء المهاري وجزء آخر له علاقة باتساع نطاق دور الجمبازية في كل برنامج من برامج التدريب فتكامل الجمبازية يأتي من تكامل شخصيتها التي تكون متزنة وحسن إعدادها وحتى تصل إلى الهدف يكون من الواجب إتباع طرق وأساليب علمية حديثة تؤدي إلى بلوغ الهدف ,وعلى هذا جاءت هذه الرسالة ,على التوازن والاتزان ,تصنيفها ودورهما في الانجاز بالتحليل والشرح وكيف يتم تدريبهما ,بعد دراسة أولية لواقع عملية التدريب للجمباز في بلادنا ومن ثمة بنينا مشكلة البحث ’أما البرنامج التدريبي المقترح بالتحليل والشرح (للماكر وسيكل)( والميز وسيكل) "1" و"2" (والميكروسيكلات) "8"والوحدات التدريبية .وبغية التحقق من فروض البحث اعتمدنا في بحثنا على المنهج التجريبي ’حيث طبقنا التجربة على عينة ذات مستوى عال "منتمية إلى" الفريق الوطني " اختيرت بطريقة مقصودة وعددها "7" جمبازيات ناشئات وقد استخدمت المجموعة برنامج تدريبي مقترح على التوازن والاتزان دامت التجربة شهرين في قاعة تدريب الجمباز بسعيدة وتحت إشراف المدرب الوطني للإناث في الجمباز وعلى اثر هذه التجربة تم جمع النتائج, وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية وتحليل هذه النتائج استنتجنا أن استخدام برنامج تدريبي له أثر ايجابي في تحسين التوازن والاتزان وضرورة إدخالهما في الحصص التدريبية لضمان مستوى أفضل نظرا لأهميتها في الرفع من درجات الجمبازيات على مختلف الأجهزةL’utilisation du programme d’entrainement dans l’opération d’entrainement explique l’éloignement du travail aléatoire qui aide a comprendre l’opération d’entrainement et son influence sur l’opération d’apprentissage et dans le but d’utilisé des programmed’entrainement scientifique et ce choix du style adéquat dans la réalisation des performances d’entrainement il est judicieux d’avoir un aspect scientifique approprie aux développements récent afin d’atteindre un haut niveau dans une contre durée et moine d’efforts cette application doit être mené d’une étude analyse et de large connaissance et compréhension dans le domaineL’étude se base sur avoir l’influence d’un programme d’entrainements sur l’équilibre et l’acte d’équilibre A fin d’attendre les objectifs on contre dans notre travail sur la méthode expérimenter et pratique d’expérience sur un échantillon d’un niveau élève parce que les deux facteurs influent directement sur la note finale du gymnaste dans tous les agrée On a étudies l’équilibre et l’acte de l’équilibre ainsi que son rôle dans la réalisatio
The Utility And Recommendations Of Adapted Physical Activity In The Care Of People With Autism Spectrum Disorder In A Sports Environment
Full text linkThis research aims to evaluate the impact of an adapted sports programme on children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), through an experimental design based on a comparison between an experimental group that received the programme and a control group that was not exposed to any intervention, using standardised tools and statistical analyses of t-test, effect size, and confidence intervals. The purposive sample was selected according to specific criteria and randomly distributed to the two groups. The results showed statistically significant differences with a large effect size and narrow confidence intervals in favour of the experimental group, which enhances the credibility of the intervention and confirms its benefits in motor, behavioural and social aspects. The article also analyses the possibility of the results being influenced by other factors such as the home environment and concomitant interventions. Finally, the research provides clear steps to implement adapted physical activity in educational and rehabilitative settings
Islamic values in the Algerian written press: a descriptive and analytical study of the daily newspaper Al-Shorouk
Full text linkتهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على القيم الاسلامية المتضمنة في الصحافة المكتوبة الجزائرية الموظفة من اجل مواجهة الغزو الفكري والثقافي في المجتمع الجزائري. ،من خلال استخراجها من صحيفة الشروق اليومية التي تعتبر من بين ابرز الصحف في الجزائر معتمدة على تحليل محتوى صفحات الدين و المجتمع والثقافة المنشورة من جانفي الى ديسمبر 2021 في هذه الصحيفة والتي تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة.
وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان صحيفة الشروق اليومي تهتم بإبراز القيم الأخلاقية ـ كتر من غيرها ، وتبرز تأييدا واضحا وجليا لمثل هذا النوع من القيم وتعتمد في ذلك على القران الكريم باعتباره اسمى مصادر الاشهادThe study aims to identify the Islamic values included in the Algerian written press employed to confront the intellectual and cultural invasion in Algerian society. This is done by extracting them from the daily newspaper "Echourouk," which is considered one of the most prominent newspapers in Algeria, relying on the content analysis of the religion, society, and culture pages published from January to December 2021 in this newspaper, which was chosen through a simple random selection. The study concluded that the Al-Shorouk El-Yawmi newspaper focuses on highlighting moral values more than others, and it clearly and evidently supports such values, relying on the Holy Quran as the highest source of testimony

Emojis in the Virtual Environment: An Alternative to Written and Spoken Languages
Full text linkThis research paper offers a critical communicative interpretation of the noticeable evolution of interactive additions within the system. This includes, for example, the field of interactive emojis or what is known as Unicode language, and the increase in their quality and quantity on various digital and virtual publishing platforms.
Communication and language researchers consider this technology to enhance the ability to communicate on interaction platforms and social networks. It also supports the structural framework of messages circulated through communication means and is considered a communicative support for all segments of the collective communicative system, including the deaf and hard of hearing and people with special needs in general. Emojis, as an emotional extension of language, help convey the message more effectively. On the other hand, it raises many issues as the generalization of interactive tools on virtual platforms leads to the creation of a standardized communication pattern that supports and pulls towards the globalization of communication without considering the reality of cultural and gender implications.

Full text linkسعت الداسة إلى رصد إتجاهات الجمهور الجزائري نحو شكل ومضمون محتوى مواقع الصحف الإلكترونية الجزائرية على الفايسبوك، بإستخدام المنهج المسحي وإعتماد آداة الاستبيان وإستمارة قياس الإتجاه على عينة قوامها 74 مفردة تم جمعها من خلال العينة العشوائية، وبالاستعانة بمقياس ليكرت الخماسي توصلت الدراسة إلى أن إجابات المبحوثين أظهرت ميلا واضحا لصالح مؤشر سهولة إستخدام مواقع الصحف الإلكترونية الجزائرية على الفايسبوك، وأن عينة الدراسة لديها إتجاهات إيجابية قوية نحوها، كما أسفرت الدراسة عن إتجاهات مؤيّدة لمؤشري توفر كل من إمكانيات التفاعل مع المضمون وسرعة الحصول على المعلومات، وهو ما شكل لدى الجمهور إتجاها إيجابيا قويا نحو شكل مواقع الصحف الالكترونية الجزائرية على الفايسبوك، ومن النتائج الهامة الأخرى التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن كل من مؤشر المبالغة وعدم الصدق، ومؤشر العمل على الإيثارة والتهيّج، قد شكلا لدى الجمهور الجزائري إتجاها سلبيا ضعيفا نحو محتوى مواقع الصحف الإلكترونية الجزائرية على الفايسوكThe study sought to monitor the Algerian public’s attitudes towards the content of Algerian newspapers on Facebook, adopting the questionnaire tool to measure the trend on a sample of 74 individuals collected through a random sample, and Using a five-point Likert scale, the study concluded that the respondents’ answers showed a clear tendency in favor of the index of ease of Algerian electronic newspapers on Facebook, and that the study sample has strong positive attitudes towards it, the study also resulted in trends that support the indicator providing all the possibilities for interacting with the content and quickly obtaining the Information, which created a strong positive trend among the Algerian public towards the form of Algerian electronic newspapers on Facebook, Another important finding was that the study indicates that both the index of exaggeration and dishonesty and the index of acting on excitement and irritation, The Algerian public has a weak negative attitude towards The content of newspapers on Faceboo

Full text linkيهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة النشر الرقمي السياسي والمشاركة الرقمية لموضوع الانتخاب، والتطرق لنمط الصورة الرقمية للعملية الانتخابية وتوضيح العملية التواصلية الرقمية باعتماد تشكيل بياني، ومعرفة الأطراف المساهمة في خلق نمط الصورة للانتخاب على الوسط الرقمي عند المجتمع الرقمي الجزائري. باستعمال المنهج الكيفي، معتمدين على أداة البحث المقابلة والملاحظة بالمشاركة. بتطبيقها على العينة القصدية (فئة الشباب المستخدمين لتطبيق الفايسبوك أعمارهم بين 20سنة و27سنة، مكونة من ثمانية مبحوثين4 ذكور-4اناث) من مجتمع البحث، المجتمع الجزائري، وقد تم التوصل الى نتائج أهمها: الفساد السياسي السابق باقي أثره في افكار الشباب حول الانتخاب. وتبعا لذلك أهم التوصيات التي اقترحناها: تشديد الرقابة على المحتوى السياسي الرقمي، محاولة بذل المجهود أكثر من طرف السياسيين لإكساب الشعب الثقة اللازمة حتى نلتمس سلامة السلوك الانتخابيThis research aims to highlight the digital Image of voting as a socio-political act on social media among Algerian youth, especially those who use facebook as their main platform. Through a qualitative case study of a simple of eight young people, it was revealed that political corruption affects their perception. Therefore, it is recommendation that awareness of political content be increased to restore young people’s confidence in appointments and elections.

No full textحاولنا من خلال هذا البحث المتواضع التطرق إلى قضية حساسة وبالغة الأهمية، وهي قضية الإعاقة والمعاقين الذين لا يزالون يعانون من التهميش وعدم الاندماج في المجتمع، مع كل الجهود المبذولة إلا أن المعاق يبقى شخص غير قادر على تأدية مهامه بمفرده ،وعاجزا على تنفيذ وظيفته بكفاءة طبيعية إلا بالمساعدة، هذه المساعدة تكمن في توظيف وتفعيل النشاط الحركي المكيف كون الحركة أحد عناصر الحياة والتي تعبر عن حاجات الشخص سواء كان سليما أو معاقا حركيا أو عقليا، فهي طريقة من طرق التعلم ولا يمكن تحقيق ذلك إلا بعد معرفة الخصائص العمرية للمعاق ومن كل النواحي الجسمية الانفعالية، الصحية والعقلية ومهما كان عوق الفرد إلا أن هناك أمل ساطعا في تحقيق الأهداف، وأهداف المعاق عقليا تحسين الحركات الأساسية لممارسة الحياة اليومية وتدعيم الصحة النفسية، بالإضافة إلى التآزر الحسي وكذا تنمية مهارات اجتماعية ومقومات السلوك الاجتماعي، كالاحترام والتعاون وتحمل المسؤولية، وهذا ما عملت الباحثة لتحقيقه عن طريق الألعاب الحركية الهادفة والرامية للاستفادة مما تبقى لدى المتخلف عقليا من قدرات بدنية وتشجيعه على تكوين علاقات حميمة مع الآخرين، ومن ثمة الاندماج في مجتمعه الذي يعيش فيه.In this modest research ,we tried to tried deal with a sensitive and a very important issue “it is handicapping and the handicapped “This category of humans is really suffering from marginalization and none-affiliation in the society . this spite of the effortsmade ,the handicapped still remains a person who is not able to perform duties alone and unable of taking charge of himself unless when helped . this help is limited to the use of the adapted physical activity. Since the movement is one of main importantelements in life that express one’s needs either this person is handicapped or not; so it is one of the methods of learning and this can’t be realized unless we know his characteristics of age and all other sides (physical-emotional-health and mental ).Whatever the handicapping is ,there is always hope to achieve the goals particularly to improve the vital movements and activities necessary to practice the daily life , support the physical health of the handicapped and help him to control his emotion ,accept his situation and trust in his ability of perseverance ,the development of social skills and the elements of social behavior such as:“the respect ,collaboration, being responsible and at least getting benefits from what remain with the mental handicapped as physicalcapabilities to encourage him to make intimate relation with the others and integrate him in his society.Nous avons essayé à travers ce projet de parler , discuter d’un sujet important , c’est la situation alarmante que vit l’handicapé, dans la société .Ce citoyen, au lieu d’être traite comme il se doit par l’ensemble , il est mis à l’écart et mène une vie quotidienne trèsdifficile.
