Caption on photo reads: (PX-2) PHOENIXVILLE, PA., DEC.9 - -THEIR EYES TELL OF WAR'S HORROR -The unsmiling eyes of these wounded Viet Nam veterans, in Valley Forge Hospital at Phoenixville, Pa., reflect scenes of war which left them with physical wounds and mental pictures.
