              การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิจัยและพัฒนาผ้าฝ้ายมัดหมี่ทอมือย้อมสีธรรมชาติต่อยอดภูมิปัญญาสู่เศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ ตำบลโคกเจริญ อำเภอโคกเจริญ จังหวัดลพบุรี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่เน้นการเสริมพลังกันจนเกิดการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันและพัฒนาไปด้วยกัน ใน 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ การสังเกต การสะท้อนคิด การวางแผน การลงมือปฏิบัติ และการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ จากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ซึ่งประกอบกลุ่มผู้ทรงภูมิปัญญาด้านผ้ามัดหมี่ทอมือโคกเจริญ กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน และกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน รวม 20 คน โดยใช้แนวคิดการต่อยอดภูมิปัญญาสู่เศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์เป็นกรอบในการวิจัย เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์ และการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์และสะท้อนข้อมูลอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยและพัฒนาที่สำคัญ คือ 1) ภูมิปัญญาการทอผ้ามัดหมี่พื้นเมืองของตำบลโคกเจริญสามารถสร้างชื่อเสียงสร้างรายได้ให้กับชุมชนอย่างต่อเนื่องแต่เกิดการชะลอตัวลงของการตลาด จึงมีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนา 2) สามารถพัฒนาผ้าฝ้ายมัดหมี่ทอมือย้อมสีธรรมชาติต่อยอดภูมิปัญญาสู่เศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ได้ 15 ลวดลาย 28 แบบ และบรรจุภัณฑ์ 1 แบบ และ 3) สามารถพัฒนาโอกาสและเพิ่มช่องทางการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้าฝ้ายมัดหมี่ทอมือย้อมสีธรรมชาติต่อยอดภูมิปัญญาสู่เศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์โดยการส่งเสริมการตลาดในลักษณะต่างๆ คำสำคัญ: ผ้าฝ้ายมัดหมี่ทอมือ  ภูมิปัญญา  เศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์           The purpose of this research was to develop hand woven madmee cotton fabric dyed with natural dyes based on wisdom, to the creative economy of Khok Charoen sub-district, Khok Charoen district, Lop Buri province. It is a participatory action research focusing on empowerment until mutual learning and development in five components; observation, feedback, planning, implemention, and learning exchange with 20 stakeholders, which consists of a group of wise man of Khok Charoen hand woven, a group of community product design experts, and a group of community product marketing experts. The concept of extending wisdom to the creative economy was used as a research framework. The data was collected by participatory observation, interview and group discussion, analyzed and continuously reflected throughout the research. Important results were: 1) the hand woven madmee cotton fabric, dyed with natural dyes of Khok Charoen Subdistrict, was able to build a reputation and generate income continuously for the community, but needed further development; 2) stakeholders could develop hand woven madmee cotton fabric, dyed with natural dyes based on wisdom, to the creative economy of Khok Charoen with 15 patterns, 28 styles and one package; and 3) stakeholders could develop opportunities and increase marketing channels of hand woven madmee cotton fabric, dyed with natural dyes based on wisdom, to the creative economy of Khok Charoen by promoting various forms of marketing.     Dataspace Management with ETL and RDF Support

            Dataspaces have become popular in data modeling and business intelligence. In this paper, we introduce a dataspace management system with Extract-Transform-Load capabilities and RDF (Resource Description Framework) data export. Moreover, we demonstrate how distributed processing based on the MapReduce framework can be used in processing the exported RDF data.         Specifically, our system helps the user (i) discover potential problems with data integration and then (ii) carry out the actual integration. In the first case, the software generates a file of comma separated values that the users can load into their statistics software. In the second case the user can transform the files into the RDF format and analyze the data using Python tools, or export the final data set to a visualization package or business intelligence software. Our method can therefore be seen as constructive; building a tool for data professionals.         We demonstrate the viability of both the dataspace management system and RDF processing using a Hadoop cluster. There, using Hadoop distribution improved the processing speed by 85..86%. Keywords: dataspace, MapReduce, RDF, cloud, Hadoop

    Solid Waste Characterization and Recycling Potential in University of Phayao, Northern Thailand

            The objective of this study is to determine solid waste generation and waste composition, and its physical and chemical characteristics. Surveys were conducted in both 2018 and 2019, the dry seasons, to evaluate the types of composition, its quantity, its physical and chemical characteristics, and solid waste generation. The sampling was collected on weekdays and was analyzed using the ASTM standard methods. The total solid waste collected in the university area averaged to 750 kg/day. The solid waste generation rate was approximately 0.32 kg/capita/day, with food wastes representing the largest portion of waste at 33.65%, followed by plastic and papers at 32.96% and 18.82%, respectively. The results show that in the physical characteristics, combustibles were the highest with 92.71%, followed by non-combustibles and other wastes were 3.61% and 3.68%, respectively. The results show that the average chemical characteristics: moisture content, total solids, volatile solid, carbon fixed, hydrogen, and ash content from the solid waste in this study was 21.67%, 78.33%, 47.94%, 26.63%, 31.96%, and 38.34%, respectively. This paper focused on determining the physical composition and chemical characteristics of solid waste. These characteristics proved that the high amount of combustibles in University of Phayao can be potentially used as solid waste through waste compacting refuse-derived fuel (RDF) which would be an appropriate option of solid waste management in University of Phayao. Hence, to achieve sustainable waste management, it is essential to start formulating environmental policies continuously together with campaigns raising awareness among the students and staff within the university, such as solid waste separation and reduction of single-use plastic bags. Also, consumers should receive reward points for not accepting plastic bags and there should be a recyclable solid waste bank

    Removal of Methylene Blue Dye from Aqueous Solution by Adsorption on Leonardite Char

             The present investigation was studied the adsorption of MB dye from aqueous solution by using leonardite carbonized as adsorbent at various temperatures in a batch experiment. The prepared leonardite adsorbents were characterized by FTIR, BET, SEM and XRD.  The BET results showed that LN700 gave highest micropores in the surface which is in agreement with adsorption efficiency study. The optimum parameters for MB adsorption onto LN700 such as pH of MB solution, contact time and adsorbent particle size were investigated. The optimum contact time for MB removal onto 45-75 µm LN700 was 30 min.at pH value of 10. The adsorption kinetic of MB onto LN700 shows linear plot of pseudo second-order model and the adsorption at equilibrium data fitted well to Langmuir isotherm model which the maximum adsorption capacity was 26.32 mg MB g-1.  Keywords: Leonardite, Adsorption, Methylene blu

    The Development of Blood Stain Removal Solution from Spinach in Longer Storage at Room Temperature for Sanitation Work in Hospitals

            The cleanliness in hospital is very essential for preventing of germ spreading especially from the secretion contaminated on clothes of patients such as saliva, lymph, and blood. Nowadays, two widely-used methods for the blood stain remover on patients’ clothes are Hypochlorite using which contains the irritated chemical components, and Ozone disinfector which is expensive and has a risk of ozone leaking causing accumulation and toxic to the body. However, a previous study had used the extract from spinach to test the blood stain remover. The spinach contains a large amount of oxalate which can be precipitated with metal ion (Ferrous ion in blood) and then be removed easily. Nevertheless, there are limitations in terms of time and place in storing the extract. This research therefore aims to develop blood stain removal solution from spinach by testing against detergent N70 to be conveniently stored and prolong the storage time in room temperature. The spinach samples were available from 3 areas in Thung Yai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Thailand. The solution from spinach was mixed with the solution of 500 g Chloride salt in 3 liters of water and 1 kg of the anionic surfactant substance; Sodium Laurylether sulfate (SLES) or Texapon N70 or N70. The mixed solution was tested with blood stained clothes which were donated from Ban Khlong Priang Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital, Thung Yai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Thailand. The results showed that the developed blood stain remover from spinach has a storage period of up to 6 months; from normal: only 1 day at room temperature or 7 days at 4 degrees Celsius. The detergents also do not contain phosphate chemical resulting in being a non-toxic stain remover solution. Moreover, it is cost only 70 Bath per 1 liter then it can reduce the cost of buying stain remover solution about 3 times. As a result, it will help reduce the cost of purchasing blood stain remover which is a deeply stain and is often found in households and various medical institutions.     A Comparison of the Cattail Pollen (Typha angustifolia L.) Adhesion on Different Fabrics

              As pollen has been produce vastly and it can be recovered from a variety of sources because of its resistance to destroy. Moreover, it can be preserved for many years without particularizing storage, pollens can be identified to a specific plant type, site, region, or country of their origin. It can adhere to various surfaces and can be attached tightly. The pollen has a unique characteristic which suitable for identification similar to a pollen print. which brings to assume or predict place or environment around the crime scene. Pollen can be used to link to victims, suspects, and objects related to the crime scene or reconstruct situations to identify the location of pollen. The reference pollen in this study is a cattail pollen (Typha angustifolia L.) because it is a plant that can be seen all over Thailand, currently widespread throughout the world. This grass usually grows covered up tightly in areas that are overgrown and dirty place and it can produce much pollen thus conceal the murder. The objectives of this research were to compare the adhesive efficacy of the cattail pollen on different fabrics and study palynological characteristic of cattail pollen. This study could be used to consider the part of supportive document in forensic investigation and help depicting how to use the Hirox® program in analyzing the result. The population of cattail pollen grains used in this experiment was collected in the area of Phitsanulok province. Three types of fabrics including cotton, denim and polyester were dust with pollen grains and left undisturbed for four different periods of time (1 day, 3 days, 5 days and 7 days) before studying the adhesive capability and palynological characteristic of pollen. Scanning electron Microscope was used in characteristic study, while the pollen counting was performed on the light microscope with the help of the Hirox® software and the Hirox® microscope in RGB counting mode. All data were statistically analyzed by One-Way ANOVA, which analyzing the differentiation of the pollen quantity on different fabrics. The result revealed a statistically significant difference at the p < 0.05 level between groups of fabrics. The quantity of pollen grains adhering to the fabrics showed the highest value on the polyester, followed by the denim, whereas the cotton found lowest amount.     Outsourcing Funds for the Preparation of School Opening: The Experiences and Best Practices of Rural Public Schools

         Outsourcing of fund is a strategy that has become important management tool for most public schools. It is considered to be one of the most feasible solutions in preventing school programs and services to die down. School leaders are faced with difficult decisions associated with budget expenses due to a diminishing level of available funds. An area which is gaining popularity in reducing expenditures is outsourcing and many public schools have turned to outside companies and individuals soliciting for help to provide them with a more efficient and economical services. Brigada Eskwela (School Brigade) in the Philippine public schools is one of the programs of the Department of Education (DepEd) that enables public schools to exercise outsourcing in preparation for the opening of classes. The purpose of this study is to describe the experiences of four school leaders in the province and identify the best practices they employ in outsourcing fund. This study used qualitative method through semi-structured interviews. The results and findings of the gathered data on 7 best practices in outsourcing fund provide requisite information among school leaders in making better decisions on how to deal with the complexities of outsourcing. Best practices of concerned school leaders in rural schools could serve as guide not just to those in the city but the entire country as well when it comes to developing and managing successful school programs.
