Inventory Routing Problem with Vehicle Resource Sharing in the Two-depot and Multi-retailer System
The research considers the problem of determining vehicle routes and replenishment intervals in the system composed of two depots supplying an inventory item to multiple retailers. Each transportation vehicle leaving a depot can end its route at any depot and, therefore, the vehicle route can be either close loop or open loop. However, the number of vehicles leaving any depot must equal to the number of vehicles arriving the depot. The objective is to minimize the sum of inventory holding cost, delivery setup cost, transportation cost, and vehicle owning cost. A genetic algorithm is developed in order to determine a good solution to the problem when there exists at most one delivery route for each depot. The chromosome representation is designed in such a way that, after decoding, a chromosome can represent both types of vehicle route. To determine the optimal replenishment interval, the concept of economic order interval with joint replenishment is inserted in the genetic algorithm structure. Two numerical experiments are conducted for the performance evaluation. The first experiment is to compare the genetic algorithm solution with the optimal solution obtained from the enumerative search. The result shows that the proposed method can provide optimal solution for 27 out of 30 randomly generated problems. The maximum percentage deviation is 1.79 percent. The second experiment is to compare the genetic algorithm solution with the solution yielded from a three-step heuristic at different levels of number of retailers and vehicle owning costs. According to the experimental result, the proposed method can provide better solution for all 270 randomly generated problems with the average percentage deviation of 10.33 percent. As the number of retailers and the vehicle owning cost increase, the open vehicle route tends to yield better solution than the close vehicle route.

Development of EPS Foam Recycling Machine
The research paper is aimed to develop EPS foam recycling machine which made in cooperation with the KPM Center Molding Company Limited. The EPS foam recycling machine can solve the problem about the limited of area to store EPS foam scraps from the production process and high cost of transportation the EPS foam scraps. The researcher studied the data from the experiments and the related theories to design and construct the EPS foam recycling machine.
The material of the machine consisting of many main parts such as size of machine 2,019 mm x 2,720 mm x 2,900 mm, machine structure, machine base, hitting and stirring set, foam material conveying set, foam containing set, extrusion set, danger preventing set, power transmitting set, power source set, temperature controlling set and the work control set etc.
From the tests and the real use of this ESP foam recycling machine, the results show that ESP recycling machine could be really used satisfactorily as the set conditions. The rough-stirring set, and the fine-stirring set could break foam pieces with the maximum size 700 mm x 1,000 mm x 150 mm. The ESP recycling machine could filter the foam size passing the stirring process with the average size about 35 mm x 35 mm x 35 mm and could melt EPS foam approximate 1 kg. per minute.

Development of Physician-Pharmacist Collaborative Refill Clinic for Reducing the Oversupply and Costs of Medicine in Orthopaedic Outpatient Clinic, Naresuan University Hospital
Background: The number of patients with degenerative disorder of skeletal system in outpatient clinic is increasing, thus crowd of patients waiting for health care service is typically time consuming in every scale of public hospital. Hence, a Physician-Pharmacist Collaborative Refill Clinic (Refill Clinic) was implemented in the outpatient clinic of orthopaedic department, Naresuan University Hospital, and we aimed to evaluate the impact of this program on medication possession ratio (MPR) and medication cost saving.
Method: This study is prospective cohort study during one fiscal year. The physician screened and referred patients who had stable condition, and required for long-term medication to the Refill Clinic. The pharmacist reviewed patient’s medications profile and conducted medication reconciliation to assess patient’s adherence and drug-related problems, as well as determined medication ‘s quantity, and dispensed medications at the adequate quantity until the next refill date. All the adverse reactions were also monitored. The MPR and medication costs saving after attending the Refill Clinic were primary outcomes. MPR 0.9-1.1 is determined as appropriate supply.
Results: Of 162 patients participating in the Refill Clinic, mean age was 59±12.6 years, and 69.7% were female. The patient who had an appropriate drug possession prior to join the Refill Clinic ranged from 6.7-50%. After implementing the Refill Clinic, the appropriate supply increased to the range of 35.0-100.0%. The Refill Clinic project can totally save 66,294 baht of drug costs. None of the patient experienced severe side effects from medication.
Conclusion: The Refill Clinic could improve the MPR and reduce total budget of medication in the patient who has stable condition, and required for long-term medication.

A Critical Study of Transportation Cost in Inland Road Transportation Business
This research aimed to study the Critical of Transportation Cost in Inland Road Transportation Business, which is considered one of the industries that are important to drive the country's economy with a relatively high proportion of transportation as well as the proportion of costs in Freight. Thus, managing the cost of transportation to be most efficient will help enhance the capacity of the economy in this industrial sector to have more growth. This research started with a review of the secondary data. Then, the researcher conducted survey research on critical transportation costs in Truck Operators Certified Q-Mark from the Department of Land Transport (2018). Then, it comprehensively analyzes and synthesizes the guidelines for using modern technology to manage the real cost of road transportation. The results of the study revealed that the companies have the highest proportion of fuel costs, up to 33.70 %, and found that most establishments have adopted GPS technology to manage transportation costs the most, along with incentive measures to encourage employees to be aware and take part in saving fuel rates. Although enterprises are used to track and review fuel usage, corruption is still encountered. Due to the consistency analysis of fuel cost and transportation activities, the test statistics at 0.10 level, it found that most establishments with fuel costs were inconsistent with transportation activities, indicating that there is a corruption in fuel costs.

Neutron Shielding and Elastic Moduli Properties of Dysprosium Doped Sodium-based Oxide and Oxyfluoride Glass Systems
The dysprosium doped sodium–based oxide and oxyfluoride glass systems were studied for their neutron shielding and elastic modulus properties. Fast neutron removal cross–section (SR, cm–1) was determined by partial density theory. The elastic moduli of glass systems were estimated theoretically by Makishima–Mackenzie (M–M) model. The fast neutron removal cross–section value of dysprosium doped sodium–based oxyfluoride had higher than sodium–based oxide glass systems that indicated oxyfluoride glass system had superior shielding properties than oxide glass system. Moreover, the values of elastic moduli properties for oxyfluoride had higher than also.

Strengthening Family-Based Local Cultural Values in the Conflicting Area and Marine Ecotourism of Situbondo Indonesia
The people of Banongan, a business rights dispute and ecotourism area in Situbondo, were marginalized and lacked attention from the government. Whereas some ecotourism researches have been mostly about opportunities, potentials, and community-government roles in ecotourism development, this community service aimed at mentoring and empowering the people to be involved in marine ecotourism development and to strengthen family-based local cultural values for facing negative ecotourism impacts by the use of Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. The stages include: introduction, to the situation studies, listing a participatory action plan, and carrying out action. The utilization of this method was useful to ensure active participation of the people in identifying their problems and planning alternative solutions. The community service resulted in: 1) Advocacy da’wah and community mentoring for the people to get their rights back so as to create community welfare; 2) Community mentoring for the people to be involved in marine ecotourism development in Banongan Beach; and 3) Strengthening family-based local cultural values in facing negative impacts of ecotourism. Among the values is “Selamatan Rokat” that strengthens people solidarity in rejecting nature exploitation which damages the environment and life for the sake of tourism. The suggestion is for the ecotourism management at Banongan Beach to involve people participation and provide economic benefits for the local welfare by giving attention to full-of-religious-values local wisdoms. Implications for stakeholders as a map of potential natural and cultural resources for ecotourism development.

Sustainable Low-Carbon Community Development: A Study Based on a Royal Project for Highland Community Development in Thailand
Global warming and climate change from human emissions can affect the development of communities including highland communities in Thailand in terms of human life, growth and yield of plants and animals. So, the Royal Project Foundation, Highland Research and Development Institute (Public Organization) and Mahidol University unite together to carry out the Royal Project for Community Development with aims to develop the prototype of sustainable low-carbon highland community, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, while propagating sufficiency economy with the limited available resources in the region. The study is based on the Community capital framework for sustainable development using Ethnographic Delphi Future Research (EDFR) methodology, by collecting data for standardization from a panel of 15 community experts belonging to different strata, professions and organizations in Thailand. The evaluation level of the 12 Communities low carbon development project evaluation levels is estimated by comparing the development standards of four developmental dimensions as: (1) environmentally friendly agriculture; (2) forest restoration and conservation; (3) community health management; and (4) community strength to support changes in a period of 12 months. These dimensions are evaluation criteria for determining the standard of sustainable low carbon highland community development consisting of 19 items and 32 indicators. The analysis of Huai-Nam-Kuen community shows the availability of many features for low carbon community development, viz, low carbon economy, low carbon tourism resources and low carbon lifestyles which can be utilized to develop the community into a sustainable low carbon community. The study concluded that low-carbon community development is related to all dimensions of development and therefore an integral part of a society’s sustainability.
