Our technology's major objective is to create voice recognition systems for those with physical limitations. Recently, we are increasingly using a large number of individual devices for communication purposes. Developing a person's talent is one of the positive trends. The main objective of our technique is to develop voice granting systems to those who have physical constraints. The text can come from the audio in the audio file or from another type of language. As a result, you can read books aloud, speak instead of writing, as well as extract text from images

Advanced OCR Techniques for Accurate and Efficient Automated Number Plate Text Detection and Extraction

    Get PDF
    - In this era of technological advancements, Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems have become a crucial tool for various applications such as traffic management, parking management, and law enforcement. ANPR systems use optical character recognition (OCR) technology to read and extract text from vehicle number plates. The process involves image acquisition, preprocessing, number plate localization, character segmentation, character recognition, and text extraction. These systems offer a fast and accurate way to extract information from number plates, which can be integrated with other systems for efficient and automated operations. ANPR systems have become essential for modern-day traffic management and law enforcement agencies. This paper provides an overview of the OCR-basedANPR system for text detection and extraction, highlighting its importance and applications

Previously, innovative things like brilliant vehicles played a significant role. It is critical to grasp and understand the street indicators in order to foster clever automobiles for street security. The figure is based on the previous LeNet-5 CNN procurement. Gabor's presentation was used to present the approach, which was followed by the standard revolution and then the reconciliation of components. The Adams approach is the ideal tactic to adopt in this situation. Saturation and Shade The value of shade reflects the qualities of quick discovery and low light. With the help of German Vehicle Identification, the street recognisable proof technique is being tested. This project has an HTML and CSS UI framework, and Flask is used to deploy both the model and the framework. The UI framework collects the essential inputs to estimate water quality and feeds them to a machine learning model, which then displays the expected outcome on the page

Transfer Learning Based Covid-19 DetectionUsing Chest X-Ray Images

    Get PDF
The number of verified COVID-19 virus infections has continued to climb since the beginning was detected in Wuhan, China, near the year’s conclusion in 2019. The COVID-19 virus can be stopped from spreading if people who are afflicted are recognised immediately and appropriately. CNNs (Convolutional Neural Networks) are a type of Deep-learning, method used to detect visual data anomalies. To increase the CNN technique’s accuracy for recognising COVID-19 patients’ X-ray pictures of the chest, the researchers recommend utilising a transfer learning model. The model of Transfer Learning was employed in this investigation. was DenseNet121. The precision acquired in this study is analysed using the model of transfer learning, which is then compared to standard learning accuracy findings. With regards to the, We employed 1500 chest X-ray images from a large open-source dataset in the typical teaching approach. The settings for epoch and batch size selection, as well as transfer learning, are utilised to evaluate system performance. When using transfer learning methods, pairing parameters with epochs of 100 and batch size 64 give a 98 percent rate of precision, indicating that this is the ideal pair parameter. In terms of classification accuracy, our transfer learning approaches surpass the techniques of traditional educatio

An Improved Grey Wolf Optimization–Based Convolutional Neural Network for the Segmentation of COVID-19 Lungs–Infected Parts

    Get PDF
The coronavirus outbreak is a recent pandemic that destroyed most of the lives, economy, and livelihoods. The detection of COVID-19 is the main aim to detect and provide better treatment for patients to mitigate its impact. In addition, it is necessary to diagnose the disease swiftly with upgraded technologies. This can be achieved by CT image scanning. This provides the fastest detection of the disease. Moreover, it can also be used to diagnose the percentage of the affected lung areas. To perform this fastly, we propose a novel approach known as Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)–based Improved Grey Wolf Optimization (IGWO) algorithm. The proposed CNN utilizes a SegNet-based approach which can be used to detect the affected area in the lungs by using the encoder and decoder steps. The encoder in this approach uses three types of CNN architecture. First, the decoder is used to reconstruct the images. The overfitting issues during the iterations and complexities are reduced by adopting the IGWO approach. The experimental analysis depicts that the proposed approach effectively segments the CT images and promptly diagnoses the affected lung area

Synthesis and identification of new sacubitril derivatives as lead compounds for antibacterial, antifungal and antitubercular (TB) activities against dormant tuberculosis

    Get PDF
We identified twenty-two new sacubitril derivatives (5a–v) as lead compounds for various biologically active targets. These compounds were synthesized by reacting an intermediate compound (2 R ,4 S )-5-([1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl)-4-(amino)-2-methylpentanoic acid ethyl ester hydrochloride with respective carboxylic acid (RCOOH). The molecular structures of all the newly synthesized compounds were determined by 1 H and 13 C NMR, ESI mass spectrometry, FTIR spectroscopy, and CHN analysis. Moreover, compound 5n was characterized by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction (SXRD) study to confirm the structure obtained from spectral data. All these compounds were screened for various biological functions such as antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-TB activities. Among these twenty-two compounds (5a–v), some exhibited good to moderate anti-bacterial properties. Similarly, some compounds showed moderate anti-TB and antifungal activities. In addition, the anti-TB activity of compound 5q was estimated against M. tuberculosis in a nutrient starvation model (NSM). Similarly, toxicity was examined against RAW 264.7 cells. These biological activity studies were also correlated with molecular docking studies

Double Acceptance Sampling Plan for Odd Generalized Exponential Log-logistic Distribution Based on Truncated Life Test

    Get PDF
According to the results of industrial research, product failure time is correlated with fatigue weakness, which is typically produced by repeated stress variations. A double acceptance sampling strategy was presented for shortened life tests where the lifespan of test products follows an odd generalized exponential log-logistic distribution (OGELLD), according to the findings of this study. The minimum sample sizes for the first and second samples are calculated using a producer’s risk of 0.05 to ensure that the actual median life is greater than the specified life at the chosen consumer confidence level. Based on various ratios of genuine median life to stipulated life, we analyzed operational features; we observed that reduced producer risk at the defined level was associated with the lowest median ratios to the specified level. Finally, an illustration is offered to help in the grasp of the suggested framework

Introduction: Scope of the Book (Book Chapter)

Since the realization that the future of chemical/industrial processes primarily depends on their sustainable quotient, the path of modern science has shifted toward the improvement of processes/products following green chemistry principles [1, 2]. Green chemistry as a branch of chemistry primarily deals with developing chemical processes using environmentally benign protocols, including inexpensive renewable less-toxic precursors. In that respect, the “12 rules of green chemistry,” first formally introduced by Anastas and Warner in their book “Green Chemistry: Theory and Practices” [3], play a pivotal role in identifying the areas that should be focused to achieve the expected sustainability goals [4]. For chemical processes, the main aim of introducing these 12 principles is to save the environment and society by reducing the usage of toxic and hazardous chemicals and solvents without affecting the product yield/selectivity. While the 12 principles are quite self-explanatory, as depicted in Figure 1.1, the emphasis in certain areas often depends on the convenience of implementing them for specific protocols and the outcome. Of these 12 principles, this book focuses on the historical and recent developments of strategies that minimize solvent use in a chemical process, often termed “solvent-free synthesis,” and the associated catalytic procedures involving nanomaterials
