    DEVELOPING AI LITERACY FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN CHINA AND SUGGESTIONS FOR VIETNAM

    China stands as a prominent leader in the development and application of artificial intelligence across diverse sectors, including significant advancements in educational AI integration. This research was undertaken to address this vital need by investigating the current state of AI literacy among primary teachers in Yunnan, China. Despite contextual differences, Yunnan\u27s experiences offer pertinent insights for Vietnam due to its socio-economic parallels with certain Vietnamese regions and shared challenges in educational technology integration. This quantitative data was complemented by a qualitative review of Chinese AI educational practices and a comparative analysis with the Vietnamese educational context, considering policy, infrastructure, and teacher capabilities. The study, underpinned by Bloom\u27s taxonomy, examines how these dimensions interrelate and influence the overall AI literacy of teachers, providing an evidence-based foundation for policy recommendations. Bài viết nghiên cứu, đánh giá khách quan thực trạng phát triển năng lực nghề nghiệp cho GV trẻ tại Học viện Chính trị quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh thông qua phương pháp khảo sát và phương pháp phỏng vấn, trên cơ sở đó đưa ra một số khuyến nghị nhằm phát triển năng lực nghề nghiệp cho GV trẻ của Học viện đáp ứng yêu cầu nhiệm vụ mới.In the context of educational innovation and the current 4.0 revolution, the teaching profession also needs to undergo transformations to align with the development trends of the era. Developing professional competencies for the teaching staff in general, and for young teachers in particular, is considered a practical task in the comprehensive reform of the education sector. For the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the young teaching staff is an integral part of the teaching force, directly determining the quality of training and development at the Academy. This article studies and objectively evaluates the current status of professional competency development for young teachers at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics through survey and interview methods, and based on that, offers several recommendations to enhance the professional competencies of young teachers at the Academy to meet the requirements of new tasks

    In recent years, the development of digital resources in education has become increasingly common. This trend reflects a growing need for easily-accessible learning materials for teachers and learners. This study, through a review of national and international literature and surveys of practical needs, aims to propose a process for designing and utilizing digital resources in History education at the secondary school level in Vietnam. Key findings include an analysis of theoretical perspectives, the current state of digital resource usage, and recommendations for standardized procedures and strategies to enhance teaching, learning and assessment activities. The study specifically focuses on “War and Peace in the 20th Century,” a new topic in the 11th-grade History curriculum, which requires students to synthesize knowledge about global conflicts in the 20th century. The study\u27s feasibility was examined through experiments with 11th-grade students at several upper secondary schools in Vietnam. In this context, human rights education is crucial for empowering individuals and communities with knowledge, skills, and attitudes to navigate the digital space safely, responsibly, and with respect for human rights.     In 1907, Paul Montel raised the concept of normal family of meromorphic functions. The high-dimensional version of Montel theorem was first studied by Tu Zhenhan in 1999.     INVESTIGATION OF THE PROPERTIES AND ENHANCED PHOTOCATALYTIC ACTIVITY OF Bi₂WO₆/g-C₃N₄ COMPOSITE MATERIALS

    Bi₂WO₆/g-C₃N₄ composite materials with varying g-C3N4 weight fractions (5%, 10%, 15% and 20%) were successfully synthesized using a combined microwave-hydrothermal method. The structural, morphological, and optical properties of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. Photocatalytic performance was evaluated by the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) under simulated sunlight, employing a cutoff filter to eliminate wavelengths below 400 nm. The incorporation of g-C3N4 into Bi₂WO₆ was found to significantly modify its morphology and enhance its optical absorption. All composite samples exhibited superior photocatalytic activity compared to pure Bi₂WO₆, with the 10 wt% g-C3N4 composite achieving the highest degradation rate, approximately seven times that of pristine Bi₂WO₆.     NEW DISTRIBUTIONAL RECORDS AND ACOUSTIC IDENTIFICATION OF HIPPOSIDERID BATS (CHIROPTERA: HIPPOSIDERIDAE) FROM SON LA AND LANG SON PROVINCES, NORTHERN VIETNAM

    Son La and Lang Son provinces exemplify the characteristic natural conditions of Vietnam’s northwestern and northeastern regions, respectively. Defined by heterogeneous topography, diverse forest ecosystems, and extensive karst cave systems, these provinces constitute critical habitats supporting rich bat faunas, including species of conservation concern. However, local bat populations are increasingly threatened by illegal hunting, rapid urbanization, wind farm development, and other human activities. To assess the current diversity and conservation status of bats, which have been affected by these factors, we conducted intensive field surveys across representative habitats in Son La and Lang Son provinces with a focus on the family Hipposideridae. Six hipposiderid species were recorded during the surveys: Aselliscus stoliczkanus, Hipposideros armiger, H. cineraceus, H. gentilis, H. khaokhouayensis, and H. poutensis. They are distinct in morphological and acoustic characteristics. Among these, H. khaokhouayensis is globally rare and threatened, being listed as Endangered in Vietnam’s Red Data Book and as Vulnerable on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. It was recorded exclusively in Son La province, whereas the remaining five species were captured in both provinces. This study presents the first comprehensive comparative dataset on the echolocation calls of all six hipposiderid species recorded in the study areas, along with new distribution records of H. khaokhouayensis in northwestern Vietnam. Using a geoheritage approach with field surveys, laboratory analyses, document synthesis, and comparative analysis, the geoheritage’s outstanding universal values of Phong Nha - Ke Bang - Hin Nam No have been clarified and supplemented.
