Menadžerski aspekti egzistiranja preduzeća na savremenom tržištu
No full textProfit se uobičajeno posmatra kao ciljna funkcija preduzeća, u savremenoj literaturi, naročito onoj koja se bavi menadžmentom, odnosno kao veličina kojoj pripada najčešće primarno mesto u širem spektru ciljeva preduzeća. Napori se s toga usmeravaju na pronalaženje mogućnosti i načina za realizaciju tih ciljeva. U računovodstvenim okvirima, profit, može se reći, predstavlja osnovu računovodstvenog postojanja, pri čemu su, pod uticajem zahteva poslovne prakse, računovođe primarno zaokupljene problemima merenja i iskazivanja te veličine. Finansijska teorija nastoji da objasni suštinu preduzeća preko raspodele profita, pronalazeći na tom području osnovne motive njihovog funkcionisanja. Problemi koji, pri tome, na direktan ili manje direktan način tangiraju profit, su različiti i kao takvi u literaturi odvojeno eksploatisani. Iz perspektive finansija cilj preduzeća je maksimizacija dobiti. Sporno je merilo dobiti: maksimizacija profita ili maksimizacija tržišne vrednosti preduzeća. Iza ovog spoljašnjeg neslaganja stoje fundamentalne razlike po pitanju uloge rizika i neizvesnosti u vrednovanju bogatstva.
THE INFLUENCE OF THE MEDIA ON THE RECOGNITION AND PROMOTION OF THE CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE CITY OF NOVI SAD: STATISTICAL FINDINGS AND ANALYSIS
No full textAuthentic cultural and historical heritage plays a significant role in shaping the appealing image of cities and their development. Novi Sad, the second largest city in the Republic of Serbia, stands out for its concentration of unique buildings, underscoring its pivotal role as a tourist destination rooted in both tangible and intangible cultural heritage. The influence of media convergence has facilitated the dissemination of a substantial amount of data and information in the virtual realm concerning the cultural and historical heritage of Novi Sad, transcending temporal and spatial constraints. The visibility of heritage in the age of globalization, when appropriately interpreted, can be viewed as a contribution to the cultural mosaic, as realized by the authors through three media-research questions. A survey was conducted among 133 citizens of Novi Sad (n=133). The significance of understanding cultural heritage has been established, with respondents holding a "Doctor of Science" degree exhibiting the highest level of knowledge/information. Those expressing an interest in cultural heritage were identified as having the primary reasons for possessing extensive knowledge, while lack of interest and inadequate media representation were cited as reasons for limited knowledge. It has been demonstrated that social networks wield considerable influence in promoting cultural heritage, with YouTube and Instagram exerting the greatest impact. The objective of this study is to elucidate the position and function of the media in promoting the cultural heritage of Novi Sad by fostering a more comprehensive and responsible approach toward the legacy bequeathed by preceding generations, with the aspiration of captivating and motivating segments of society beyond the academic and professional spheres to engage in further creative endeavors
Uticaj digitalnih tehnologija Industrije 4.0 na poslovne rezultate cirkularnih poslovnih modela lanca snabdevanja
No full textGlobalno tržište se svakodnevno menja. Garancija za opstanak i razvoj je usvajanje cirkularnih poslovnih modela učesnika u lancu snabdevanja. Usvajanje novog načina poslovanja je izuzetno složen i skup proces, ali je primarni izbor svake kompanije. Ograničenost prirodnih resursa, zagađenost vazduha, vode i zemlje bili su alarm za angažovanje svih učesnika na tržištu i definisanje rešenja, za nagomilane probleme. Dakle, neophodno je sistemski rešiti nastale probleme, sa aktivnim učešćem svih učesnika u lancu snabdevanja. Kompanijama je važno da postignu balans u ostvarivanju ekonomskih, ekoloških i društvenih ciljeva. Veliki doprinos u redizajniranju i implementaciji cirkularnih poslovnih modela u lancu snabdevanja dala je Industrija 4.0. Digitalne tehnologije Industrije 4.0 imaju ključnu ulogu u integraciji, ubrzanju procesa, uštedi resursa i vremena i konstantnom iznalaženju načina za smanjenje troškova, kao i stvaranju profita u svakom procesu lanca snabdevanja.
THE INFLUENCE OFF MÜLLER-LYER ILLUSION ON LENGTH ASSESSMENT: THE ALTERNATIVE WAY OF MEASURING THE STRENGTH OF THE ILLUSION
No full textTwo experiment were conducted in order to investigate whether a Muller–Lyer\u27s two forms ("fork" and "arrowhead") influence on the length assessment of a given line if they are used as a standard for measuring that line. The first experiment was consisted of reproductive tasks in which respondent should asses the length of a given line using lines with three types of endings (fork, arrowhead, vertical) as a measuring tool. The assessment of the test line length was expected to be dependent on the type of the endings used on measuring lines. The result shoved that the same given test line was assessed as consisted of smaller number of lines ended with fork endings and as consisted of greater number of lines ended with arrowhead endings in comparison to the number of lines with vertical endings. The second experiment consisted of productive tasks in which participant should produce the line consisted of the given number of connected lines with endings, the same endings from first experiment were used. Results showed that participants produced the test line of the same given length as consisted of smaller number of lines ended with fork endings and as consisted of greater number of lines ended with arrowhead endings in comparison to the same number of used lines with vertical endings

No full textMoney laundering, as one form of organized crime, represents a highly complex problem that cannot be fully eradicated, but can be mitigated to a lower level through certain forms of combat with the ultimate goal of preventing and suppressing it, and if possible, eradicating it in areas where it causes the most damage. Due to its severe consequences in the form of economic and political effects, this type of crime is an international problem, which is why the international community is interested in preventing and suppressing all forms of organized crime on a global scale, especially money laundering, which is linked to several forms of organized crime. As a special part of this paper, the emphasis is put on money laundering from the aspect of the real estate market and the malfeasances that occur in it to bring illegal money into legal flows

No full textU predmetnom članku autor se bavi pitanjem filozofije morala i njenog značaja unutar filozofsko-teološkog mišljenja Abu Hamida Al-Gazalija (1058-1111). Al-Gazali spada u red najznačajnijih klasika muslimanske intelektualne tradicije, ostavivši iza sebe bogat spisateljski opus. Autor otkriva kako etika ima odlučujuću ulogu kod Al-Gazalija, čija se misao nadaje kao svojevrsna sinteza filozofsko-teološkog, a u potonjem periodu i mistično orijentiranog mišljenja. Kroz svoja dela, kao što su "Ihya Ulum al-Din", "Tahafut al-Falasifa" i "Al-Munqidh min al-Dalal", Al-Gazali integrira sufizam sa šerijatskim učenjem, kritikuje peripatetičku filozofiju i opisuje svoj duhovni put. Al-Gazalijeva interpretacija problema morala imat će ogroman utjecaj na razvoj kasnije filozofsko-teološke misli u islamu, postavljajući temelje za harmonizaciju sufizma s ortodoksnim islamom i uticajući na muslimanske i evropske intelektualne tokove

Non-monetary incentives have become a very popular method of motivating employees in the last few years, and their importance for motivating workers is confirmed by the results of numerous researches. With effective training, employees are bound to develop their skills and achieve more. Within non-financial rewards, employee recognition and effective training were identified as the most important factors in job satisfaction
ANALIZA KOMENTARA I PODVRSTI KOMENTARA U DNEVNIM LISTOVIMA - DANAS I BLIC
No full textKomentar i podvrste komentara su veoma značajne forme novinarskog izražavanja. U njima autor analizira, argumentuje, vrednuje, tumači akutelne događaje i pojave, ukazujući publici na uzroke, posledice i dalji razvoj događaja. Osnovni ciljevi u ovom radu su utvrditi, analizom sadržaja, u kojoj meri dnevni listovi „Danas“ i „Blic“ zadovoljavaju formu komentara prema literaturi, odnosno pravila pisanja komentara i njegovih podvrsti, kao i njihovu zastupljenost u dnevnim listovima. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata utvrđeno je da su komentar i njegova podvrsta – kolumna zastupljeniji u dnevnom listu „Danas“ za razliku od dnevnog lista „Blic“, dok nijedan uvodnik nije identifikovan u analizirnim listovima. Analizom sadržaja je utvrđeno da je u komentarima „Blica“ delimično ispoštovana zahtevana forma komentara. Ono što u većini komentara „Blica“ nedostaje je argumentacija, dokumentacija, jasno definisana tema komentara i podrobnije vrednovanje i tumačenje. U komentarima „Danasa“ autori se koriste činjenicama, tumače, analiziraju i društveno vrednuju događaje i pojave. Takođe, autori komentara u „Danasu“ iznose u većoj meri argumentaciju i dokumentaciju, i gotovo u svim komentarima je prisutan angažovan stav autora. Teme su obrađene nedvosmisleno, a poenta komentara je jasno vidljiva. U pojedinim komentarima „Danasa“ i „Blica“ uočena je hibridna forma između klasičnog komentara i kolumne. Naime, pojedinim komentarima (koji su izdvojeni u listovima pod „komentar“), nedostaje dokumentacija, argumentacija i zaključak sa prognozom. Autori u navedenim komentarima komentarišu pojave ili događaje iz krajnje ličnog ugla, bez argumentovanja za ili protiv, tumačenja i analize

The topic of this paper explores the complex relationship between psychological personality characteristics and the pursuit of achievement. The goal of this research is to determine whether psychological characteristics and socio-demographic variables can influence the pursuit of achievement. Through an analysis of relevant literature, empirical studies, and psychological models, this paper explores various aspects of the relationship between personality and achievement striving.
Understanding these connections provides valuable insight into human motivation and behavior and has a wide range of practical implications for supporting individuals in achieving their goals.
The results show that socio-demographic variables explain 34% of the variance. The biggest contribution in the model is given by the gender variable (β = -.296, p<0.01) and the age variable (β = -.232, p<0.05). Personality characteristics explained 64% of the variance. The variable negative valence (β = .426, p<0.01) makes the biggest contribution to the model, followed by aggressiveness (β = .237, p<0.01) and positive valence (β = .214, p<0.05). This research thematizes the complex interaction between psychological characteristics of personality and the pursuit of achievement and aims to deepen and understand personality traits and achievement

No full textFarenhajt 451 Reda Bredberija je naučno-fantastični roman, ali u njegovoj slici sveta status fantastičnog događaja ima susret glavnog junaka sa tinejdžerkom Klaris, koji je okidač za njegov preobražaj: jedan od stubova sistema postaje odmetnik i protivnik. Već ova činjenica upozorava na to da je prikazani svet, tehnološki daleko savršeniji od postojećeg, potpuno lišen humanističkih ideala. To je obelodanjeno i spaljivanjem knjiga, odnosno kažnjavanjem njihovih vlasnika. Promišljanjem pretećeg karaktera knjiga, odnosa visoke tehnologije i visoke kulture, a pre svega činjenice da se u opisanoj sredini gasi želja za čitanjem, stvorićemo okvir za istraživanje problema konstituisanja ljudskih subjekata u posthumanističkom društvu. U Bredberijevom romanu subjekat je određen učešćem u jednom od snažno sučeljenih procesa: zaboravljanje i tehnologija stoje nasuprot pamćenju i visokoj kulturi
