    The marketing activity of new student admissions is one of the efforts undertaken by a university to maintain its existence in order to remain known and gain interest from the wider community. From the results of observations made at the research location, marketing activities carried out so far are still carried out in the same way from year to year without distinguishing the characteristics of the target prospective registrants, so the marketing pattern undertaken is not necessarily effective for all prospective applicants who have different characteristics - different . Therefore, it is necessary to make an effort to target target applicants based on certain characteristics to facilitate the determination of strategies and marketing patterns for new student admissions. The aim of this research is to group students' spread data using Machine Learning Technology approach using Clustering technique. This research resulted in the grouping of registrants in the admission activities of new students divided into 3 cluster groups, namely cluster 1 by 11%, cluster 2 by 56% and cluster 3 by 33%

    Graph theory a branch of mathematics that studies graphs of a problem that arises. Problems related to graph theory include electricity grid planning, water networks, computer networks and so on. In this graph theory, many of the methods studied include Minimum Spanning Tree (MST). This MST method is used to determine a minimum of a graph.  In this MST there is an algorithm which is a kruskal algorithm. This kruskal algorithm is used to determine the shortest distance or minimum tree of a graph. The author conducted several trials related to the algorithm to be used. The author also conducts literature studies to determine the existing problems. In this study, choosing graph theory on a computer network with the algorithm used is the kruskal algorithm. In this study the authors conducted several stages such as hypotheses, trials and results.     Letter of Assignment is something that can’t be separated in the management of University. A lecturer works on a specific task based on the assignment letter he receives from either the Department Leader or the University Leader. In the Department this matter is handled by the Department Administrator who handles the operations of the Department daily. If this is still handled manually, of course it will bother the Department Administrator. Especially when Department Administrator workload is high causing human error to occur. Web-based Letter of Assignment Information System is the solution to this problem. This system is developed to facilitate the operation of the Department. Besides documents that are already in digital form make it easy in terms of storage and distribution. So that both the Department Administrator and the Lecturer can access the assignment letter from wherever he is as long as there is still an internet connection. This system was developed using the Waterfall Model method which is one of the classic and most popular methods in software development. Research conducted based on qulitative analysis of primary and secondary data sources with methods of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The implementation of this system is succeeded to facilitate operations in the Department so that the Department Administrator can work more effectively and efficiently

    Teknologi merupakan salah satu hal yang menjadi kebutuhan. Kemajuan teknologi khususnya teknologi informasi semakin berkembang pesat salah satunya adalah dalam bidang pendidikan. Dalam bidang pendidikan, teknologi dimanfaatkan sebagai Metode pengajaran dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran sebagai alat bantu, agar mempermudah siswa dalam memahami materi yang diajarkan. Kecanggihan dan kemudahan dalam mengakses telepon genggam menjadikan teknologi  ini digemari oleh masyarakat. Kimia menjadi salah satu mata pelajaran disekolah yang berlandaskan pada teori dan operasi perhitungan. Seringkali guru menyampaikan materi secara lisan. Hal ini dapat mengurangi efektifitas belajar mengajar karena siswa cenderung jenuh terhadap penyampaian materi yang disampaikan secara monoton melalui lisan atau verbal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka pada proyek akhir ini dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang merupakan media pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat membantu siswa dalam mempelajari dan memahami materi reduksi-oksidasi dengan menggunakan bilangan oksidasi (biloks) sebagai metode penyetaraannya. Aplikasi ini di lengkapi 3 fitur, yakni : fitur materi, fitur step penyetaraan, dan step fitur soal. Hasil keluaran dari fitur step penyetaraan adalah berupa tahapan penyetaraan reaksi reduksi dan oksidasi. fitur ini bertujuan agar para siswa dapat dengan mudah memahami tahapan dalam penyetaraan reaksi reduksi dan oksidasi menggunakan metode bilangan oksidasi (biloks)

    Kucing adalah salah satu hewan yang banyak dipelihara olah masyarakat luas, tidak terkecuali di kota Sukabumi. Perkembangan kucing saat ini telah berorientasi dari hewan peliharaan sekarang bisa menjadi komodity ekonomi, hoby, serta kepentingan lainnya. Dengan banyaknya spesies dan keaneka ragaman jenis kucing yang dipelihara olah masyarakat khususnya di Kota Sukabumi pada saat ini, telah melahirkan suatu tempat untuk berkumpulnya para pecinta kucing, baik itu komonitas maupun forum diskusi khusus tentang masalah-masalah yang di alami para pemilik kucing itu sendiri. Meskipun demikian hal itu belum berdampak signifikan terhadap masyarakat luas dikarenakan aspek-aspek tersebut tidak dapat mewadahi hal yang lebih spesifik, dan masih bergantung pada Platform Facebook dan whatsapp hal tersebut menjadikan masyarakat sukar dalam mencari informasi yang aktual tentang data-data kepemilikan kucing maupun data kucing lainnya jika hanya bergantung pada Platform yang digunakan saat ini. Oleh sebab itu melalui perancangan dan pembuatan Website Pemetaan ini.     Delay in handling and solving IT problems both hardware / software greatly affects the company's business processes. Sometimes, IT helpdesk personnel still difficult to find solutions and make decisions to solve IT problems. This is because there is currently no system that can help IT Helpdesk personnel in finding solutions to be able to solve the problems being faced quickly and accurately. When going to look for solutions to the problems being faced can not display solutions that are appropriate or close to the existing historical data. In identifying IT problems, the authors use case-based reasoning or Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) by carrying out the process of finding the case with the highest proximity and proximity measurement using the K-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) algorithm. This study aims to explain the application of Case-Based Reactioning (CBR) and K-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) Algorithm to identify IT problem disturbances. The results showed that the application of Case-Based Reasioning and K-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) Algorithm after being tested by 5 Experts got accurate results

    E-Learning just like learning media in general need to be evaluated to find out and measure how much effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction with the quality of the overall learning process. One effort that can be done to find out and evaluate the quality of a learning is to use satisfaction evaluation. Measurement of satisfaction requires data derived from questionnaires that are presented using a Likert scale. The data illustrates the perception of users who have uncertainty because it is very subjective so that it has the potential to cause misinterpretation. The auto model method can be used to evaluate e-Learning satisfaction because the auto model method has the advantage of solving a problem with the various models produced, which in this case are in accordance with the context of the satisfaction problem that is often presented in natural language that has uncertainty, such as "how satisfied? "," How efficient? "And" how much is user satisfaction. Based on the auto model method, the results of the satisfaction scores of each respondent, shown in the table above, are summed and the average is calculated. With the auto model, the results show that SVM is the best performance method with an acceleration rate of 90% and best gains with a value of 38

    Soil is the most crucial factor in the management of agriculture. To measure and monitor soil health status, soil health assessments can be undertaken in the management of agricultural land that aims to determine whether the land is being or will be used in an area in a healthy condition and can perform its functions properly. The results of soil health assessments can also be used as a reference for agricultural land managers to set planning targets and implementing systems to practice soil health management by reducing identified constraints, and assisting land managers in searching agricultural land.  Comprehensive soil health assessments can be undertaken based on soil health indicators which consist physical, chemical, and biological properties of the soil. But there is no definite standard for assessing soil health comprehensively, and people who know and understand soil health indicators are still minimal. The number of indicators in soil health assessments can also make it difficult for experts to assess the health of the soil. Therefore, it is needed a Decision Support System of Soil Health Assessment Using Simple Additive Weighting Method so that with this application, it is expected to assist the community especially those involved in agriculture in assessing soil health easily, and quickly, and obtain land health status of an area based on predetermined soil health indicators

    Anlisis QoS Open IMS Core berbasis Network Function Virtualization pada Protokol TCP

    IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) is an NGN technology to convergence support of wireline and wireless networks with QoS guarantees. Therefore IMS is widely used by telecommunications operators. Increasing customers make operators overwhelmed by having to replace or add new devices to increase IMS capacity, which is less profitable for operators on the operational costs. The concept of Network Function Virtualization (NFV) is solve the problem. The concept changed of hardware-dedicated to software-dedicated in a virtual environment allows the NFV to be more flexible in increasing device capacity and can reduce dependence on hardware purchases. In this research IMS implemented using Open IMS Core and NFV infrastructure software using OpenStack. analysis based on QoS file transfer services and web servers by measuring parameters throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss. Based on the measurement of QoS parameters obtained by traffic load of 0 Mbps, 10 Mbps, 20 Mbps, 30Mbps. The throughput average values on file transfer service are 0.2906 Mbit / s and 16.4366 Mbit / s on web server services. The delay average value on file transfer service is 25.5077 ms and 0.7708 ms on the web server service. The resulting jitter value is less than 1 ms. Percentage of packet loss is less than 1%
