    Information and communication technology (ICT) currently become one of the important things to increasing excellence in various fields, where one of field is education. Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto (ITTP) is an educational institution that has a focus on ICT technology development.One of the ICT development conducted by ITTP is the existence of an alert system for submitting functional lecturer position. This alert system can produce competent lecturer and can pass the qualifications according to the rules set. In the construction of alert system, absolutely must be through desain, and corresponding with requirement and business process that exist in ITTP. Therefore in this study was conducted alert system design analysis for the submission of functional lecturer position. The analytical method that used is a Value chain which has been proven to increase the strategic step of the product. The result of this research is strength weakness analysis in the alert system design that useful for institution and also lecturer in order to improve the quality and level that is controlled and directed

    A diesel company that currently has three business segments: marine engines, industrial machinery and industrial generating sets. For the wider public, this diesel company is very popular in marine engines and is a world-leading innovation, such as Aquamatic drives and counter-rotating propellers, Duoprop. This diesel company is able to create high-tech products and support the global market of industries, such as diesel-operated generators, cranes and container handlers. This company has seen good business prospects for the company in the future. For the East Asia region, the head office uses Singapore to manage business operations including as warehouse area, sales and marketing activities. The more rapid competition becomes the impact of competitors, the first problem identified in this study will be mapping application planning to support the needs of existing corporate governance through enterprise architecture planning. The method used to plan the entire system will use archimate modeling, included are business, application and technology layer which will produce modeling order fulfillment applications. In this problem, the focus will be on application development factors that can help optimize business process problems such as: inputting data activities, competencies and responsibilities, time, constraints and technical documentation, standards applied, reports produced for various decision-making processes, internal communication and external, and other resources. These problems can enable the implementation of enterprise architecture methods into the company by using and managing data into enterprise architecture analysis and project planning for marketing strategies, corporate architectural analysis patterns are expected to overcome the company's problems

    In the process of classification of lime fruit previously done manually using the human eye is a very difficult thing to do. This is proven by being inconsistent and subjective, causing a low level of accuracy. Sometimes there are also differences of opinion from the human eye to one another. Therefore, to increase the level of accuracy and reduce the subjectivity of the human eye, this study proposes the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm to classify the maturity level of lime based on the skin color of the lime. In this study, the K values used were 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 to test the search for Euclidean distance and cityblock distance distances on images with pixel sizes of 512x512, 256x256 and 128x128. In the prerosesing stage, the extraction feature process uses mean RGB. The research that has been done proves that with Euclidean distance distance k = 3 and k = 7 has a percentage value of 92% and the cityblock distance distance k = 1 and k = 3 has a percentage value of 88%. Based on the level of accuracy possessed, the color feature k = 3 shows the best k value in the classification of the maturity level of the lime fruit

    Klasifikasi Helpdesk Menggunakan Metode Support Vector Machine

    The online helpdesk with ticketing system with the help of operators often experiences problems such as inappropriate delegation processes, the duration of the helpdesk waiting time to be delegated, even the helpdesk is missed to be handled. The ticket delegation checked manually by the operator has risks creating an error in delegating helpdesk tickets to inappropriate technicians. The helpdesk classification system is needed so that every incoming helpdesk ticket can be classified to the right technician according to the job description. The incoming Helpdesk is classified into 6 types of requests, namely multimedia, documentation, internet, server, hardware, software and miscellaneous. This helpdesk grouping is needed so that related technicians for each helpdesk can work and help the helpdesk according to their respective job descriptions. The Support Vector Machine method is used to classify text on the helpdesk. The use of Linear and Polynomial kernels produces an accuracy of 78%, the RBF or Gaussian kernel produces the highest accuracy of 81% while the Sigmoid kernel produces the smallest accuracy of 51%. The helpdesk classification results with the Support Vector Machine method can produce quite good accuracy

    Komunikasi merupakan salah satu kebutuhan yang penting untuk banyak individu dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari seperti dalam lingkungan kerja, bisnis maupun pendidikan. Di sisi lain, terdapat masalah dalam melakukan komunikasi secara langsung dikarenakan lokasi tiap pelaku komunikasi yang tidak selalu sama. Perbedaan lokasi peserta individu menciptakan sebuah topik yang menarik untuk diteliti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan aplikasi virtual meeting pada smartphone berbasis sistem operasi Android. Aplikasi virtual meeting ini dapat digunakan untuk chatting dan melakukan meeting conference yang menunjang sarana komunikasi. Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur pendukung seperti presentation slide, scribbling board, speaker permission, attention me dan whispering me. Fitur-fitur tersebut memberikan fasilitas komunikasi tatap muka dengan tingkat mobilitas yang tinggi tanpa harus bertemu secara langsung dan komunikasi chat berupa teks dengan satu atau lebih orang.

    The progress of information systems in the education sector is so developed that it requires to carry out academic activities online. To implement and facilitate the acceleration of higher education, the University of Peradaban as the organizer of higher education in the Bumiayu Subdistrict of Brebes Regency, currently does not have an information system that is integrated with academic information systems (SIA), therefore an information system needs analysis. The Togaf Framework is a framework that can see problems and the development of a comprehensive information system. The goal is to build a model Eneterprise Resource Planing academic information system to support the strategy of developing academic information systems as needed at the University of Peradaban. The type of research used is qualitative research that is explorative, which is to look deeply into the needs of users in applying academic information systems at the University of Peradaban. Analysis of the planner's scope, SIA is designed to manage Lecturer data, Student data, class schedules, Card Management Study Plan, Study Card processing and management of value transcripts and alumni data management. System development consists of three parts, namely a system that can be used by academic administrative staff, lecturers and can be used by students. SIA is designed to provide speed and convenience in managing data and academic development for the competitiveness of universities

    Optimasi Keamanan Watermarking pada Daubechies Transform Berbasis Arnold Cat Map

    Digital image security using Transform Domain algorithms such as Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) has been widely used. To improve the security of the DWT algorithm needs to randomize the pixel coefficient, namely Arnold Cat Map (ACM). Computing ACM as one of the chaos functions is known to be fast and fits with Transform Domain. DWT has been implemented in the Daubechies filter which is the development of the Haar filer. In this paper, we proposed the message insertion model using a combination of DWT and ACM on a 512x512 piskel grayscale image and a 64x64 pixel message on the LL subband. The experiments were performed on 2 different images to determine the ability produced by the combined algroithm. The ability test for message insertion process is done through Mean Square Error (MSE), Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) and comparation between original image histogram and image insertion histogram. While in the process of message extraction, algorithmic capability test is done by calculating Normalized Cross Correlation (NCC) and its correlation. The highest MSE result is 2.9502 and the highest PSNR is 43.4323 dB, while the NCC value is 237.3584 with correlation 0.7181

    In the era of millennial needs using the internet became the primary needs of everyone, to connect to the internet one of them by connecting through an access point. The problem that occurs is the difficulty of getting legal internet access that is already connected to an access point then moving place or room. Because the number of access point devices installed with SSID (Service Set Identifier) is different for each device that the user needs to log in again to get internet access, and there is no filtering of users who are entitled to use hotspot facilities based on certain devices. With the number of access points being hotspots, this becomes a consideration for network managers to set hotspot passwords or other settings, this is a new challenge for network managers. Therefore, to overcome this problem a wireless access point management system was built that uses centrally using CAPsMAN (Controller Access Point System Manager) and MAC Mask Access Lists as filtering.     STIS Polytechnic of Statistics (PS-STIS) is an institutional unit with high work complexity and density. In carrying out its personnel activities, there is no support system that can be used by employees to store and process knowledge related to their work. This may indirectly lead to ineffective and inefficient work in term of costs, time, and other resources. Job-related knowledge is stored in accordance with the decisions of each employee. When needed, knowledge acquisition becomes slow and knowledge is also prone to be scattered or even lost. In this study, we will discuss about design and development of knowledge management system within the scope of PS-STIS. The focus of this research is related to the integration of the system functions to be able to perform knowledge storage, collaboration, and retrieval. The web-based system built applies the basic principles of Knowledge Management System (KMS). it has pages and permissions in accordance with the interests and responsibilities of users. In this research, we used SDLC development method to build the system and evaluated it using blackbox testing method and Survey Usability Scale (SUS). Result of blackbox testing showed that all function performed like expected and SUS score of 74 showed that system built was acceptable to users

    Identifikasi Visual Cacat Produk Menggunakan Neural Network Model Backpropagation (Studi Kasus: PT. Panasonic Gobel Eco Solution)

    Product defects are common in the production process. Visual identification of product defects is first carried out when the product is produced. Identification of vague defects in very small shapes with different sizes and positions is difficult to do with ordinary eye sight, so that often results in decisions about the status of the product that is not right. Product defects in visual form can be identified by patterns such as shape, size and position on the product image. In this study, we will apply a neural network with the backpropagation model as a classification of the pattern. Product images will be processed using image processing by converting the RGB pixel value of the image into a numeric value. Data in numerical form will be input for training values in the backpropagation model. Training results are used to identify identified product defects and produce product status decisions. The results show that the backpropagation neural network model is able to recognize product patterns with an accuracy of 99.24% and based on simulation test data with the final weight and bias of training results, able to identify product defects with success up to 91%
