Improvement of the organization of cargo transportation of company „X“
No full textDarbo objektas: krovinių pervežimo organizavimo gerinimas. Darbo tikslas: išanalizavus krovinių pervežimo organizavimo gerinimo teorinius aspektus ir atlikus empirinį tyrimą, pateikti siūlymus „X“ įmonės krovinių pervežimo organizavimo gerinimui. Uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti mokslinėje literatūroje pateikiamus krovinių pervežimo organizavimo gerinimo teorinius aspektus. 2. Ištirti įmonės „X” esamą krovinių pervežimo organizavimo tvarką, nustatyti problemines sritis ir iššūkius. 3. Pasiūlyti galimus sprendimo būdus esamoms įmonės problemoms krovinių pervežimo gerinimui. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė ir apklausa interviu. Tyrimo rezultatai: • Pirmojoje darbo dalyje, išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą, buvo nustatyta, kad logistika yra svarbi dedamoji įvairiose srityse. Krovinių pervežimo organizavimo gerinimui reikia identifikuoti krovinio specifikaciją ir charakteristiką. Krovinių pervežimo organizavimo gerinimui įmonei, užsiimančiai krovinių pervežimo organizavimu, svarbu suprasti, iš ko sudaromas efektyvus logistikos valdymas. Jis sudarytas logistikos įmonių novatoriškų sprendimų integracijos į kasdienius uždavinius, gebėjimo produktyviai planuoti, prisiimi atsakomybę ir taip padidinti klientų pasitenkinimą bei pasitikėjimą. Mokslinėje literatūroje taip pat pateiktas ir supaprastintas požiūris į logistikos sistemą. • Antrojoje darbo dalyje, atlikus empirinį tyrimą, buvo išanalizuotas įmonės „X“ krovinių pervežimo organizavimas. Buvo nustatyta, kad dabartinėje įmonės veikloje svarbus bendradarbiavimas su partneriais, vidinis atsakomybių pasidalijimas, dokumentacija ir planavimas bei koordinavimas. Taip pat, buvo nustatyta, kad „X“ kaip didžiausius savo kasdienių procesų iššūkius išskiria tęstinio darbo užtikrinimą, maršrutus ir jų valdymą bei automobiliams padaromą žalą gabenant. Išsiaiškinta, kad iš novatoriškų sprendimų įmonė „X“ kol taiko tik transporto priemonių sekimo sistemos ir dokumentų skaitmenizavimo sprendimus. Kaip svarbi įmonės „X“ krovinių pervežimo organizavimo dalis išskirtas klientų aptarnavimas ir komunikacija. Ištirta, kad įmonės „X“ krovinių pervežimo organizavimo gerinimas orientuotas į tris sritis: kompetencijų stiprinimą, skaitmenizaciją ir inovacijas bei komunikacijos skatinimą. Kokybės gerinimui įmonė siektų didinti ir gerinti komunikaciją ir jos kanalus, didinti darbuotojų kompetencijas ir skatinti inovacijas. • Trečiojoje darbo dalyje buvo nustatyta, kad įmonės „X“ krovinių pervežimo organizavimo efektyvumas pagal planavimo ir strategijos bruožą vertinamas teigiamai, taip pat ir patikimumo ir atsakomybės kriterijumi. Tuo tarpu klientų pasitikėjimo ir inovacijų bei automatizacijos kriterijumi įmonės efektyvumas įvertintas vidutiniškai. Atlikta įmonės „X“ prognozė esant realistiniam ir optimistiniam scenarijams rodo, kad didesnį pelningumo ir efektyvumo augimą įmonė pasiektų optimistinio scenarijaus atveju, kuriam įvykti būtų reikalingas didelis įmonės „X“ fokusas į krovinių pervežimo organizavimo gerinimą. • Darbu buvo išanalizuoti krovinių pervežimo organizavimo gerinimui reikalingi teoriniai žingsniai. Atliktas tyrimas atskleidė praktinius krovinių pervežimo organizavimo gerinimui reikalingus žingsnius. Įmonei pateikti pasiūlymai ir idėjos šiuos žingsnius įgyvendinti, taip padidinant krovinių pervežimo organizavimo pelningumą ir efektyvumą.Research object: improving the organization of freight transportation. Research aim: after analysing the theoretical aspects of improving the organization of freight transportation and conducting an empirical study, present proposals for improving the organization of freight transportation of the company „X”. Objectives: 1. To analyse the theoretical aspects of improving the organization of freight transportation presented in the scientific literature.
2. To study the current procedure for organizing freight transportation of the company „X” to identify problem areas and challenges. 3. To propose possible solutions to the current problems of the company for improving of organization of freight transportation. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature and interview survey.
Research results: • In the first part of the research, after analysing the scientific literature, it was determined that logistics is an important component in various fields. To improve the organization of cargo transportation, it is necessary to identify the specification and characteristics of the cargo. To improve the organization of cargo transportation, it is important for a company to understand what constitutes effective logistics management. It is formed by the integration of innovative solutions of logistics companies into daily tasks, the ability to plan productively, take responsibility and thus increase customer satisfaction and trust. The scientific literature also presents a simplified approach to the logistics system. • In the second part of the research, after conducting an empirical study, the organization of cargo transportation of the company „X” was analysed. It was determined that cooperation with partners, internal division of responsibilities, documentation and planning and coordination are important in the current activities of the company. It was also found that „X” the biggest challenges of its daily processes are ensuring continuous work, routes and their management, and damage to cars (cargo) during transportation. It was found that from innovative solutions, company „X” currently only applies vehicle tracking systems and document digitization solutions. Customer service and communication were identified as an important part of the organization of cargo transportation of company „X”. It was studied that the improvement of the organization of cargo transportation of company „X” is focused on three areas: strengthening competencies, digitization and innovation, and promotion of communication. To improve quality, the company would seek to increase and improve communication and its channels, increase employee competencies, and promote innovation.
• In the third part of the research, it was found that the efficiency of the organization of cargo transportation of company „X” is assessed positively according to the planning and strategy feature, as well as the reliability and responsibility criterion. Meanwhile, the efficiency of the company is assessed as average according to the customer trust and innovation and automation criterion. The forecast of the company „X” under realistic and optimistic scenarios shows that the company would achieve greater profitability and efficiency growth in the case of the optimistic scenario, which would require a strong focus of the company „X” on improving the organization of freight transportation. • The research analysed the theoretical steps necessary for improving the organization of freight transportation. The conducted empirical research revealed the practical steps necessary for improving the organization of freight transportation.
