MAIN CHALLENGES RELATED TO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE FIELDS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
The change of generations of computing technology is equivalent to another scientific and technological revolution. With the advent of new generations of computers, communication facilities, multiprocessor systems and the development of Internet technologies, it will be possible not only to solve fundamentally new problems in all areas of science and technology, but also to significantly expand the possibilities for their implementation. Solving previously traditional problems at a new, qualitative level, the qualitative level of solving problems, first of all, involves providing the necessary and sufficient intellectual support. Intellectualization of information and computing systems means not only the use of new-generation tools, but also the use of a new generation of mathematical, algorithmic and software tools. Information and computing systems with intellectual support are usually used to solve complex problems where logical information processing is superior to computational processing. REMOVING RAIN TRACKS FROM IMAGES USING IMAGE PROCESSING ALGORITHMS
This article discusses the problem of removing rain tracks from video. Although it is important to remove rain tracks from the image, there is not much research in this area and there are no reliable real-time algorithms. Difficulties in the rain trail removal algorithm are caused by the difficulty of seeing, low light, and the presence of a moving camera and objects. The problem facing the rain line restoration algorithm is to identify the rain lines and replace them with their original values for image processing. In this paper, we discuss the use of photometric and chromatic features for rain detection. An updated Gaussian mixture model (updated GMM) detected moving objects. This rain streak removal algorithm is used to detect rain streaks in videos and replace them with calculated values equal to the original value. Spatial and temporal features are used to replace rain lines with their original values

Harakatni boshqarish va harakat xavfsizligini ta’minlashning texnologik jarayonlarida mobil va statsionar ob’ektlar o‘rtasida radioaloqa kanallarini tashkil etish vazifalari, asosan, radiotexnika vositalarining ortiqcha zaxirasi va noqulay operatsion tizim tufayli hal etiladi. AN OBJECT TRACKING METHOD BASED ON IMPROVED YOLOV3 MODEL AND KALMAN FILTER FOR UAV APPLICATIONS
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have gained significant attention in various applications, including surveillance, search and rescue, military tasks, delivery services, and object tracking. Efficient and accurate object tracking is a crucial task for enabling UAVs to perform complex missions autonomously. In this research paper, we propose an object tracking method that combines the improved YOLOv3 model and the Kalman filter to enhance the tracking capabilities of UAVs. The improved YOLOv3 model is utilized for real-time object detection, providing initial bounding box predictions. However, due to the inherent limitations of YOLOv3 in handling occlusions and abrupt motion changes, the proposed method incorporates a Kalman filter to refine and predict the object’s state over time. By fusing the object detection results with the Kalman filter, proposed method achieves robust and accurate tracking, even in challenging scenarios
