Comparison of machine learning methods in bad loan predictions: analysis of micro finance data
Credit risk management is crucial for lending institutions to safeguard themselves against financial losses and maintain financial stability. Machine learning methods have been useful in analyzing borrower data and identifying bad loans that would be almost impossible for humans to detect. Client data from Microfinance Institution (MFI) in Uzbekistan have been used to build machine learning methods to predict loan delinquency. Their performances were evaluated based on five metrics: accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, negative (npv) and positive predictive value (ppv). The findings suggest that none of the machine learning used in the study methods have absolute advantage over the rest in all five-performance metrics. However, Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) produced the highest average performance compared to other methods

In the information system, it is not possible to constantly monitor the activity of users, that is, monitoring in real time mode is inconvenient. Therefore, it is important to form the actions of users in the system on the basis of parameters based on their role, and to create rules for searching for attack traces in the future detection of attacks, and to configure models and parameters for searching and detecting attack traces based on these rules

GIBRID ENERGIYA TA’MINOTI MANBALARINING BOSHQARUV VA MONITORING VOSITALARI

Shu maqsadda Quyosh, shamol, akkumliyator batareyasidan foydalangan holda atrof muhit muxofazasi va sarf harajatni minimallashtirilgan bo‘lib, gibrid tizimga markazlashgan energiya ta’minoti tizimi va dizel generatorlarini qo‘shish orqali uzluksiz energiya ta’minoti modeli taklif etilgan

TASVIRNI RAQAMLI QAYTA ISHLASH MODELLARI ASOSIDA KOʻKRAK BEZI SARATONINI ERTA DIAGNOSTIKA QILISH VA BASHORAT QILISH TIZIMINI ISHLAB CHIQISH
Ushbu maqolada tasvirni raqamli qayta ishlash modellari asosida koʻkrak bezi saratonini erta diagnostika qilish va bashorat qilish tо‘g‘risidagi tadqiqotlar va ishlar haqida sо‘z yuritiladi. Kо‘krak bezi saratoni butun dunyo bо‘ylab ayollar о‘limining asosiy sabablaridan biridir chunki butun dunyo bо‘ylab tashxis qо‘yilgan malign lezyonlarning 16 foizi uning natijasidir. Shu ma’noda, omon qolishning eng yuqori imkoniyatlariga ega bо‘lish uchun ushbu lezyonlarni imkon qadar erta bosqichda tashxislash juda muhimdir. Tasvirga ishlov berish tibbiyotning turli sohalarida keng qо‘llaniladigan metodologiyadir. tasvirni raqamli qayta ishlash ba’zi foydali ma’lumotlarni olish uchun tasvirlar ustida ba’zi operatsiyalarni bajarishni о‘z ichiga oladi. Tasvirni tahlil qilish vaqt omili juda muhim bо‘lgan turli xil saratonlarni erta aniqlashda juda foydali. Dunyo bо‘ylab kо‘krak bezi saratoni bilan kasallanganlar soni ortib bormoqda. Agar kasallik dastlabki bosqichlarda aniqlansa, uni davolash mumkin. О‘simtani tо‘g‘ri aniqlash uchun juda kо‘p tadqiqotlar о‘tkazilgan ammo haligacha 100% aniq usul topilmagan. Raqamli tasvirni raqamli qayta ishlash yordamida kо‘krak bezi saratonini aniqlash bо‘yicha tadqiqotlar o‘tkazish yangilik emas ammo о‘simta hududini aniq bashorat qilish uchun ushbu sohada kо‘plab yangi yondashuvlar kо‘rib chiqilmoqda.
