    HYBRID DEEP LEARNING APPROACH FOR BREAST CANCER DETECTION USING MRI IMAGES COMBINING CNN WITH SVM AND RANDOM FOREST FOR ENHANCED ACCURACY

    This study proposes a hybrid deep learning framework for detecting breast cancer from MRI images by integrating Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) with Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Random Forest (RF) algorithms. The methodology leverages the feature extraction capabilities of CNNs to identify intricate patterns in MRI images, followed by classification using SVM and RF to enhance diagnostic accuracy. The process begins with preprocessing steps, including denoising and normalization, to improve image quality. A pre-trained CNN model, EfficientNet-B4, extracts high-level features from the images, which are then fed into SVM and RF for classification. The hybrid model was trained and validated on a dataset of 1,500 MRI images, achieving a validation accuracy of 96.8%, sensitivity of 94.5%, and specificity of 95.2%. Compared to standalone CNN (92% accuracy), SVM (87%), and RF (85%), the hybrid approach significantly improves performance, though it requires more computational time (1,300 seconds vs. 950 and 800 seconds for SVM and RF, respectively). The results demonstrate the model’s ability to generalize well, with a low validation loss of 0.02, indicating minimal overfitting. This hybrid framework offers a robust tool for clinical applications, assisting radiologists in early breast cancer diagnosis and potentially improving patient outcomes. Future work will focus on optimizing computational efficiency and validating the model on larger, diverse datasets to ensure real-world applicability. Raqamli bo‘lmagan ma’lumotlarga ishlov berish usullarini takomillashtirish maqsadida turli xil belgilar fazosida berilgan ma’lumotlarni tahlil qilish masalasi mustaqil muammo sifatida ko‘rib chiqildi va ushbu yo‘nalishni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha yangi takliflar ishlab chiqildi. Ma’lumotlarga dastlabki ishlov berishda o‘quv tanlanmalarini shakllantirishga bo‘lgan yondashuvlar chuqur o‘rganildi. Turli xil ma’lumotlar asosida tadqiqot tanlanmalarini shakllantirish hamda ularni faoliyatda qo‘llash imkonini beruvchi dasturiy vositalar tahlil qilindi.     Zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya tizimlarining rivojlanishi bilan dasturiy aniqlangan tarmoqlar (SDN) keng qo‘llanilmoqda. SDN tarmoqlarining markazlashtirilgan boshqaruv imkoniyati tarmoq infratuzilmasini moslashuvchan va dinamik qiladi, biroq bu xavfsizlik jihatidan yangi tahdidlarni ham keltirib chiqaradi. Ushbu maqolada SDN tarmoqlarda vujudga keladigan xavfsizlik tahdidlari, jumladan, konfiguratsiya xatoliklari, boshqaruv mexanizmining ochiqligi, avtorizatsiya zaifliklari va tarmoqni manipulyatsiya qilish hujumlari tahlil qilingan. Bu tahdidlarni aniqlash va ularga qarshi chora ko‘rish uchun log fayllarini tahlil qilish samarali vosita sifatida qaraladi. Loglarni tahlil qilish orqali anomaliyalarni aniqlashda sun’iy intellekt, mashina o‘qishi algoritmlari (masalan, K-means, PCA, Decision Tree, Isolation Forest) keng qo‘llanilmoqda. Maqolada loglarni tahlil qilishning tizimli usullari — loglarni yig‘ish, strukturalash, xususiyatlarni ajratib olish va anomaliyalarni aniqlash jarayonlari keltirilgan. Eksperimental natijalar log tahlilida sun’iy intellektli yondashuvlarning anomaliyalarni aniqlashda yuqori aniqlik (0.986) va F1-qiymat (0.710) ko‘rsatayotganini tasdiqlaydi

    POST-QUANTUM CRYPTOGRAPHY AND ITS MATHEMATICAL FOUNDATIONS

    The rapid advancement of quantum computing technologies has posed a significant challenge to the security and reliability of classical cryptographic systems, particularly those based on integer factorization, discrete logarithms, and elliptic curve cryptography. Post-quantum cryptography (PQC) has therefore emerged as one of the most crucial research directions in modern information security, focusing on the design and analysis of cryptographic algorithms that remain secure even in the presence of powerful quantum adversaries. This article provides a comprehensive overview of post-quantum cryptography and its mathematical foundations, highlighting the theoretical underpinnings, algorithmic approaches, and current trends in this evolving field. The discussion begins with an examination of the fundamental mathematical problems upon which post-quantum cryptographic constructions are based, including lattice-based problems, error-correcting codes, multivariate polynomial equations, isogenies of elliptic curves, and hash-based cryptographic techniques. These problems are believed to be resistant to both classical and quantum attacks, making them suitable candidates for the next generation of secure communication protocols. The article also explores the complexity assumptions, reductions, and hardness proofs that establish the security of post-quantum schemes, thereby emphasizing the importance of rigorous mathematical reasoning in cryptographic design. Furthermore, the article analyzes the advantages and limitations of different PQC families, considering aspects such as key sizes, computational efficiency, implementation challenges, and resistance to side-channel attacks. Special attention is given to the ongoing standardization process led by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), which aims to select algorithms for widespread adoption across governmental and commercial applications. The paper also reflects on the future prospects of post-quantum cryptography in the context of global cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and secure data transmission in the post-quantum era. The annotation highlights that the significance of post-quantum cryptography extends far beyond academic interest, as it directly addresses the urgent need for cryptographic resilience in finance, healthcare, defense, e-governance, and critical digital services. The mathematical foundations outlined in this article provide a bridge between abstract theory and practical cryptographic systems, ensuring that security in the digital age can withstand the transformative impact of quantum technologies
