Sémiogenèse : premiers instants
Get PDFThis article deals with the first moment of semiogenesis, that enigmatic moment when a simply expressive fact prepares itself to become a sign. It is a process of polarization in which an expression, where meaning and the sensible are in one piece, mutually indistinguishable, becomes polarized in order to reveal the interdependent faces of a signifier and a signified. To conduct this study, we will use Merleau-Ponty\u27s conceptions of (i) the elaboration of the expressive fact, and (ii) the genesis of the first speech, either as the intersection and convergence of verbal gestures, or as the sum of differentiating acts.Cet article s’intéresse au premier instant de la sémiogenèse, ce moment énigmatique où un fait simplement expressif se prépare à devenir signe. Il s’agit d’un processus de polarisation où une expression, en laquelle le sens et le sensible sont d’un seul tenant, i.e. mutuellement indiscernables, se polarise pout faire apparaître les faces interdépendantes d’un signifiant et d’un signifié. Pour conduire cette étude nous aurons recours aux conceptions de Merleau-Ponty sur (i) l’élaboration du fait expressif, et (ii) la genèse de la première parole, soit comme recoupements et convergence de gestes verbaux, soit comme somme d’actes différenciateurs

No full textIn this issue of Signifiances (Signifiyng) we will focus on a theoretical and dynamic point of view on the linguistic and semiotic dimensions at work in the constitution of individual and collective experience. The aim is to investigate the hypothesis of constitutive compatibility between two fundamental characteristics of meaning, namely its perceptibility and its sociality. These characteristics will be re-seized from the perspective of semiotic anthropology with a phenomenological, expressivist, and morphodynamic vocation. It is a perspective that is interested, at first sight, in the formation of the planes of expression which mediate the inscription and engagement of the subjects within social life. Thus, the various contributions will discuss a theoretical framework that encompasses what is called semiogenetic, which makes it possible to clarify the specific semiotic and semiolinguistic forms and issues that are imposed on the actors and constantly redirect their attention. Dans ce numéro de Signifiances (Signifiyng) on se focalisera d’un point de vue théorique et dynamique sur les dimensions langagières et sémiotiques à l’œuvre dans la constitution de l’expérience individuelle et collective. Le but est d’analyser dans le détail l’hypothèse d’une compatibilité constitutive entre deux caractéristiques fondamentales du sens, à savoir sa perceptibilité et sa socialité. Ces caractères seront ressaisis dans la perspective d’une anthropologie sémiotique à vocation phénoménologique, expressiviste et morphodynamique. Il s’agitd ‘une perspective qui est intéressée de prime abord à la formation des plans d’expression qui médiatisent l’inscription et l’engagement des sujets au sein de la vie sociale. Ainsi, les différentes contributions discuteront un cadre théorique englobant que l’on appelle sémiogénétique, qui permet d’expliciter les formes et les enjeux sémiotiques et sémiolinguistiques spécifiques qui s’imposent aux acteurs et redirigent en permanence leur attention
Un motif en spirale : sport, jeu, travail
Get PDFThis case study shows the presence of a same morpheme [spr] in the French terms spirale, aspirer (to aspire / to suck), inspirer (to inspire), espérer (to hope) and sport. This morpheme is linked to a semantic “motif”, a schematic “spiral” form, whose formulation is consistent with the mathematical definition of spiral curves. This motif contributes to setting the word sport within the lexicon, via morphology on the one hand, and via the lexical triangle formed by sport-jeu-travail (sport-game-work) on the other, as demonstrated by the respective analyses of jeu and travail. It is thus empirically confirmed that sport is both jeu (game) and travail (work). Besides, these descriptions validate the theoretical phenomenological framework in which all language activity is conceived as a perception, and all perception is conceived as semiotic.Cette étude de cas montre la présence d’un morphème [spr] commun à spirale, aspirer, inspirer, conspirer (etc.), espérer et sport. Ce morphème est associé à un « motif » sémantique, une forme schématique « spirale », dont la formulation est cohérente avec la définition mathématique des courbes spirales. Ce motif contribue à positionner le mot sport au sein du lexique, via la morphologie d’une part, et via le triangle lexical formé par sport-jeu-travail d’autre part, ainsi que le démontrent les analyses respectives de jeu et de travail. Il se confirme ainsi empiriquement que le sport tient à la fois du jeu et du travail. Mais surtout, l’ensemble de ces descriptions valide le cadre théorique qui les rend possibles, un cadre phénoménologique dans lequel toute activité de langage est conçue comme une perception, et toute perception est conçue comme sémiotique
L’alternance -ar/-ear en morphologie verbale espagnole : Quelques exemples d’analyse au prisme de la cognématique et de la chronomorphogénèse
Get PDFOur paper presents a submorphological analysis of the verbal alternation -ar/-ear considering on the one hand the cognematic approach elaborated by D. Bottineau and on the other hand the chronomorphogenesis theory developped by Y. Macchi. The contrast between the verbal forms -ar and -ear will allow us to isolate the vowel E in order to examine the morphophonological and semantical impact that E could have in this verbal paired.Dans l\u27article présent, nous proposons une analyse submorphémique de l’alternance verbale -ar/-ear à partir des théories de la cognématique (D. Bottineau) et de la chronomorphogénèse (Y. Macchi). La mise en contraste des formes verbales en -ar et -ear nous permettra d’isoler la voyelle E et de nous interroger sur les impacts morphophonologique et sémantique que cette voyelle pourrait induire au sein du binôme verbal dans lequel elle a trouvé refuge.
 
Contribution to the survey of the heathlands of the french Massif central (habitats 4030 and 4060) : analysis of phytosociological data.
Get PDFBased on a sample of 990 relevés of heathlands from the French Massif central, taken from the bibliography and from recent surveys in the field, the authors carry out a global analyses in MTC, CCA and DCA, then focus partial analyses on 675 relevés concerning montane and subalpine belt. The results of this revision lead to the characterization of 16 plant associations, including 5 new ones and 47 sub-units. The south and east of the Massif central, Cévennes, Vivarais, Margeride, until now less well known, bring the largest batch of phytosociological novelties. These plant communities belong to 2 phytosociological classes (Loiseleurio procumbentis-Vaccinietea microphylli and Calluno vulgaris-Ulicetea minoris) and 3 alliances including a new one, Genisto pilosae-Empetrion hermaphroditi all. nov. and Genisto pilosae-Vaccinion Braun-Blanq. 1926. The nomenclature and syntaxonomy of this last alliance are discussed and modified and a new suballiance is created inside it (Vaccinienion myrtillo-uliginosi suball. nov.). The studied communities differ mainly according to the climatic disparity, the altitudinal gradient, the geological substrate and the topography. They can be stable or be included in dynamic successions leading to wooded stages. The characterization of these communities contributes to the knowledge of the biogeographic and bioclimatic compartmentalization of the Massif central; it reflects differences linked to the importance of summer rainfall, between northwestern volcanic mountains under oceanic influence, internal massifs with a subcontinental character and southern border under mediterranean influence. Likewise an upper subalpine belt is confirmed in the few mountains which exceed 1600 m. The hierarchy of discriminating ecological variables for these communities, the description of their station conditions and their dynamic characterization within sylvo-pastoral spaces, provide elements for the management and conservation of the corresponding habitats of European interest, especially number 4030 and 4060.
À partir d’un échantillonnage initial de 990 relevés de landes du Massif central français, issu de la bibliographie et de recherches récentes sur le terrain, les auteurs réalisent une analyse globale puis des analyses partielles en MTC, CCA et DCA sur 675 relevés concernant les étages montagnard moyen et subalpin. Les résultats de cette révision conduisent à la caractérisation de seize associations végétales dont cinq nouvelles et quarante-sept sous-unités. Le sud et l’est du Massif central, Cévennes, Vivarais, Margeride, jusqu’ici moins bien connus, apportent le plus grand lot de nouveautés phytosociologiques. Ces communautés appartiennent à 2 classes phytosociologiques (Loiseleurio procumbentis-Vaccinietea microphylli et Calluno vulgaris-Ulicetea minoris) et 3 alliances dont le Genisto pilosae-Empetrion hermaphroditi all. nov. et le Genisto pilosae-Vaccinion Braun-Blanq. 1926. La nomenclature et la syntaxonomie de cette dernière alliance sont discutées et modifiées et une sous-alliance nouvelle y est créée (Vaccinienion myrtillo-uliginosi suball. nov.). Les communautés étudiées se différencient principalement en fonction de la disparité climatique du Massif, le gradient altitudinal, le substrat géologique et la topographie. Elles peuvent constituer des végétations stables ou entrent dans des successions dynamiques conduisant à des stades boisés. Leur caractérisation contribue à la connaissance de la compartimentation biogéographique et bioclimatique du Massif central, en rapport notamment avec les différences liées à la pluviométrie estivale, entre montagnes volcaniques nord-occidentales sous influence océanique, massifs internes au caractère subcontinental et bordure méridionale sous influence méditerranéenne. De même les végétations étudiées confirment un étage subalpin supérieur dans les quelques massifs qui dépassent 1600 m. La hiérarchisation des variables écologiques discriminantes pour ces végétations, la description de leurs conditions stationnelles et leur caractérisation dynamique au sein des espaces sylvo-pastoraux, donnent des éléments pour la gestion et la conservation des habitats d’intérêt européens correspondants, en particulier 4030 and 4060
Calcul de la permittivité dans un plasma d’air hors de l’équilibre chimique et thermique : effet sur la propagation des ondes électromagnétiques à différentes altitudes
Get PDFDans cet article, nous rappelons l’ensemble des formulations nécessaire aux calculs des concentrations des espèces chimiques et de la permittivité dans un plasma d’air à l’équilibre et hors de l’équilibre thermique en fonction du temps. Nous discutons du calcul des fréquences de collision des électrons et des espèces neutres (O, N, O2, N2, NO) individuelles et leur influence sur le calcul de la permittivité du milieu. Puis, nous présentons les résultats de la permittivité diélectrique du milieu correspondant à deux altitudes (0 km et 10 km) et pour deux déséquilibres thermiques (θ=1 et θ=2). L’une des originalités de ces travaux repose également sur la présentation des résultats, à la fois en fonction de la fréquence de l’onde incidente et du temps, ceci permettant d’accéder à la dynamique comportementale du milieu plasma. Finalement, nous appliquons les résultats obtenus à deux configurations de test. Le premier considère une couche de plasma insérée entre deux espaces libres et le second considère une couche de plasma accolée à une plaque de métal parfait. Finalement, nous présentons les calculs de la transmission et de la réflexion d’une onde incidente dans ces deux cas et pour le plasma considéré. Du point de vue de ces propriétés électromagnétiques, nous montrons que le plasma peut jouer le rôle d’un métamatériau
Languaging as Emergent Constraint-satisfying Self-organizing Activity: Dialogical context-completing, context-making, and context-seeking dynamics

Internal processes of microgenetic construction that have their origins in the pre-linguistic infra-structure of the self are corporeally schematized and entrained to and shaped by global order parameters, e.g., lexicogrammatical pattern. Intrinsic functional constraints on languaging activity are the work of a complex non-optimized system (the self) that draws on available resources in context-sensitive ways in order to yield social and cognitive outcomes. Get PDFThe name of the new association described in the article by Hugonnot (2020) is not validly published because the phytosociological nomenclature code in force until 31 December 2020 (ICPN, Weber et al. 2000) did not allow a nomenclatural validation in the form of digital publication (art. 1). As of January 1, 2021, the new code (ICPN, Theurillat et al. 2020) is applicable. It specifies in article 1 the modalities of an effective digital publication. The purpose of this article is therefore to apply these modalities and to validate, according to the new code, the name of the association described in Hugonnot (2020). We refer to the latter article for a more precise description and a more complete bibliography.Le nom de l’association nouvelle décrite dans l’article d’Hugonnot (2020) n’est pas validement publiée car le code de nomenclature phytosociologique en cours jusqu’au 31décembre 2020 (ICPN, Weber et al. 2000) ne permettait pas une validation nomenclaturale sous forme de publication numérique (art. 1). Les Hémiptères Pentatomoidea des collections du muséum Henri-Lecoq de Clermont-Ferrand
Get PDFThe inventory of Pentatomoidea hemipterans in the collections of the Henri-Lecoq museum was carried out in 2019. Six collections of Auvergne naturalists with 210 specimens were inventoried. Five families among the Pentatomoidea are studied. The original data appearing on the labels and identifications of 2019 are presented in order to enhance this historical and naturalist knowledge. The specimens are mainly from Auvergne but concern twelve French metropolitan departments in total. The period covered by the collections is from 1900 to 2005. Some specimens provide useful information on the distribution of species with regard to current knowledge.L’inventaire des hémiptères Pentatomoidea des collections du muséum Henri-Lecoq a été réalisé en 2019. Six collections de naturalistes auvergnats rassemblant 210 spécimens ont été inventoriées. Cinq familles parmi les Pentatomoidea sont étudiées. Les données originales figurant sur les étiquettes et les identifications de 2019 sont présentées afin de valoriser cette connaissance historique et naturaliste. Les spécimens sont majoritairement originaires d’Auvergne mais concernent douze départements français métropolitains au total. La période couverte par les collectes s’étend de 1900 à 2005. Certains spécimens apportent des informations utiles sur la répartition des espèces au regard des connaissances actuelles
