Get PDFThe theoretical dissertation on the evolution of the concept of development to sustainable human development in economic thought, transfers changes in the meaning of elements that articulate the human, social, economic component and the impact of environmental conservation, generating a compilation of studies and international actions to understand its evolution and the controversies due to the concern to give instrumental significance and understanding to these concepts. Through an exploration of scientific documents that have spoken on the subject, this article then aims to review the path in the construction of the comprehensive concept of DHS, from the historical perspective set forth in the theories of integration of regional, national and local economic development, as a dynamic and evolutionary phenomenon in the articulation of economic, social and environmental components that today require a comprehensive understanding of the notion of DHS.La disertación teórica sobre la evolución del concepto de desarrollo al desarrollo humano sustentable en el pensamiento económico, traspasa cambios en el significado de elementos que articulen el componente humano, social, económico y el impacto de conservación del medio ambiente, generando una compilación de estudios y acciones de orden internacional para entender su evolución y las controversias ante la preocupación por darle trascendencia instrumental y comprensión a estos conceptos. Mediante una exploración en documentos científicos que han disertado sobre el tema, este artículo tiene entonces por objetivo revisar el camino en la construcción del concepto integral de DHS, desde la perspectiva histórica expuesta en las teorías de integración del desarrollo económico regional, nacional y local, como fenómeno dinámico y evolutivo en la articulación de componentes económicos, sociales y ambientales que hoy precisan la comprensión integral de la noción de DHS
Factores extrínsecos e intrínsecos de la motivación desde la perspectiva de la Universidad Nacional Experimental “Rafael María Baralt”
Get PDFThe purpose of this research was to analyze the extrinsic and intrinsic factors of motivation from the perspective of the "Rafael María Baralt" National Experimental University. of the Trujillo State. To support the variable, the theoretical contributions of authors such as Chiavenato (2009), Robbins (2009), Hernández (2010), among others, were considered. The development of the study was carried out through a descriptive methodology with a non-experimental, transectional field design, with the population being the 86 employees who work in the institution, to whom a population census was applied. To collect the information, an instrument was developed that measured the content motivation of 11 items with a Likert-type scale of alternatives. Content validity was performed using the three (3) expert judgment technique. The reliability calculation was carried out with the application of Cronbach\u27s Alpha coefficient, obtaining an index of 0.80, which indicates that the instrument built is highly reliable. Descriptive statistical analysis was used, projecting as a result for the motivation variable the absence of an adequate salary tabulation as well as certain deficiencies that affect the work environment, in turn a certain degree of authoritarianism was detected, evidencing the insufficient participation of the personnel in the management, the which is an exclusive task of the directors of the institution. An action plan is recommended to strengthen the work environment.El propósito de esta investigación fue analizar los factores extrínsecos e intrínsecos de la motivación desde la perspectiva de la universidad Nacional Experimental “Rafael maría Baralt” del Estado Trujillo. Para fundamentar la variable se consideraron los aportes teóricos de autores como Chiavenato (2009), Robbins y Judge (2009), Hernández, Fernández y Baptista (2010), entre otros. El desarrollo del estudio se realizó a través de una metodología descriptiva con un diseño de campo no experimental, transeccional, siendo la población los 86 empleados que laboran en la institución, a los cuales se les aplicó censo poblacional. Para recolectar la información se elaboró un instrumento que midió la motivación contentiva de 11 ítems con escala de alternativas tipo likert. La validez de contenido se realizó mediante la técnica de juicio de tres (3) expertos. El cálculo de confiabilidad se ejecutó con la aplicación del coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach, obteniéndose un índice de 0.80 que indica que el instrumento construido es altamente confiable. Se utilizó el análisis estadístico descriptivo proyectando como resultado para la variable motivación la ausencia de una adecuada tabulación salarial, así como ciertas deficiencias que afectan el ambiente laboral, a su vez se detectó cierto grado autoritarismo, evidenciado la insuficiente participación del personal en la gestión, la cual es una labor exclusiva de los directivos de la institución. Se recomienda un plan de acción en pro de fortalecer el ambiente laboral

In the lower part of the Candelaria municipality, specifically in the Pan-American zone that includes from the Gran Parada Community to the Corozal Community in the Chejende parish, children and adolescents of school age attend the Francisco Torres Toro Educational Unit, this The institution has been making efforts to promote workshops and exhibitions among students and teachers, which promote Sustainable Human Development as a model and philosophy of life. Education is a key factor to motivate students and communities to practice ecological and circular economies that help protect the environment and ecosystems, that is, the task entrusted for the rational use of natural resources and initiate sustainable economic development. The implementation of public policies in this sense in the Candelaria municipality still presents innumerable challenges, but initiatives and commitments are being initiated and promoted to achieve significant progress in this regard, which allow serving as an example for nearby rural communities and later for neighboring municipalities. The institution also highlights the relevance of the conservation and improvement of the environment and the activation of sports practices, which represent important dividends for health, and allow increasing social well-being.La educación es la herramienta esencial a fin de impulsar el Desarrollo Humano Sustentable en zonas rurales, es imprescindible a la hora de llevar a cabo prácticas sostenibles y generar bienestar en estas comunidades. En la parte baja del municipio Candelaria, específicamente en la zona panamericana que comprende desde la Comunidad de la Gran Parada, hasta la Comunidad del Corozal en la parroquia Chejende, los niños y adolescentes en edad escolar asisten a la Unidad Educativa Francisco Torres Toro, esta institución ha venido realizando esfuerzos en la fomentación de talleres y exposiciones entre estudiantes y profesores, que promuevan el Desarrollo Humano Sustentable como modelo y filosofía de vida. La educación es un factor clave para motivar a los estudiantes y comunidades a practicar economías ecológicas y circulares que ayuden a proteger el entorno y los ecosistemas, es decir, la tarea encomendada para el uso racional de los recursos naturales e iniciar el desarrollo económico sostenible. La implementación de políticas públicas en este sentido en el municipio Candelaria aún presenta innumerables desafíos, pero se está iniciando y promoviendo iniciativas y compromisos para lograr un avance significativo en este sentido, que permitan servir como ejemplo para comunidades rurales cercanas y posteriormente a municipios vecinos. La institución también destaca la relevancia de la conservación y mejora del medio ambiente y el accionamiento de prácticas deportivas, que representan importantes dividendos para la salud, y permiten aumentar el bienestar social
Reskilling para el desarrollo de nuevas funciones del talento humano en la empresa heb de México.
Get PDFThe objective of this research is to analyze reskilling as a management strategy for the development of new human talent functions in the company HEB Mexico. For thispurpose, a non-experimental, transactional or cross-sectional quantitative field study wasconducted, using as instrument an ad hoc questionnaire made up of 18 items, with likerttype response scales and applied to a population of 25 managers, where a response wasobtained from 19 (equivalent to 76%). Among the results, it is highlighted that thecompany adapts to new technological changes, market demands and labor trends for itshuman talent, but the development of digital skills and abilities, as well as the use of digitalmedia, should be reinforced. The use of techniques such as shadowing, soft skills, seniorand collaborative talent is shown, mainly strengthening senior talent to apply newfunctions such as mentoring and coaching through the development of soft skills, hardskills and other techniques. As well, retraining management strategies are formulated,such as: evaluating and determining the current and future key competencies for newhuman talent functions; developing an annual training plan; adopting digital learning toclose digital gaps; using digital media through online learning platforms with e-learningcourses and mobile learning applications; and establishing a synergic relationshipbetween colleges and the company for the education, training and development of newhuman talent functions.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el reskilling como estrategia gerencial para el desarrollo de nuevas funciones del talento humano en la empresa HEB México 2023; se vincula con investigación cuantitativa no experimental, transeccional o transversal de campo, utilizando como instrumento un cuestionario elaborado ad hoc conformado por 16 ítems, con una respuesta por parte de 19 gerentes de una población de 25 (equivalente al 76%) y con escalas de respuesta de tipo likert. Entre los resultados se destaca que la empresa se adapta a los nuevos cambios tecnológicos, las demandas del mercado y tendencias laborales para su talento humano, pero se debe reforzar el desarrollo de habilidades y destrezas digitales, así como el uso de los medios digitales. Se evidencia la utilización de técnicas como el shadowing, las soft skills, el talento sénior y el trabajo colaborativo, fortaleciendo principalmente al talento sénior para aplicar nuevas funciones como mentoring y coaching mediante el desarrollo de soft skills (habilidades blandas), hard skills (habilidades duras) y demás técnicas. Así mismo, se formulan estrategias gerenciales de reskilling, tales como: evaluar y determinar las competencias actuales y fundamentales a futuro para nuevas funciones del talento humano; elaborar un plan anual de formación; adoptar el aprendizaje digital para cerrar las brechas digitales; usar los medios digitales mediante plataformas de aprendizaje en línea con cursos de e-learning y aplicaciones de aprendizaje móvil, y establecer una relación sinérgica entre instituciones universitarias y la empresa para la formación, capacitación y desarrollo de nuevas funciones del talento humano

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to interpret the interactions that occur in the teaching and learning process of the participants of the Initial Education program at the Simón Rodríguez National Experimental University (UNESR) Núcleo Valera. The research is inserted under a qualitative approach from an ethnographic perspective, without manipulation of any nature that could alter the environment, the context in which the action was developed from the perspective of the actors (facilitators – participants – researchers). The techniques used were participant observation, interviews, hermeneutic circle. Regarding the analysis and interpretation of what was found, the category emerged: Two-dimensional relationships and the subcategories: dialogue, socialization, knowing how to listen, questions, trust and respect, based on Martínez\u27s model (2004:195); The following assertion emerges: the institution conducts an educational process oriented towards an adequate relationship for effective learning between teacher and student, precisely by establishing a high level of communication between them, essentially based on respect and trust, given bidirectionally.El presente estudio tiene como propósito Interpretar las interacciones que ocurren en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de los participantes de la carrera de Educación Inicial en la Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez (UNESR) Núcleo Valera.La investigación se inserta bajo un enfoque cualitativo desde una mirada etnográfica, sin manipulación de ninguna naturaleza que pudiera alterar el ambiente, contexto en el cual se desarrolló la acción desde la óptica de los actores (facilitadores – participantes – investigadoras). Las técnicas utilizadas fue la observación participante, entrevistas, circulo hermenéutico. Respecto al análisis e interpretación de lo hallado, surgió la categoría: Relaciones bidimensionales y las sub categorías:diálogo, socialización, saber escuchar, interrogantes, confianza y respeto, basado en el modelo de Martínez (2004:195); emergiendo la siguiente aseveración: la institución conduce un proceso educativo orientado en una relación adecuada para un aprendizaje efectivo entre el profesor y estudiante, precisamente al establecerse entre ellos un alto nivel de comunicación, basado esencialmente en el respeto y confianza, dado de forma bidireccional

Said reflection is based on the ethnohistorical approach of capacities: developed by Amartya Sen (1990), this paradigm proposes that development should focus on the expansion of individual capacities, it is; attached to the theme: perspective of sustainable human development in the knowledge society, its substantive purpose is to carry out an archetypal ethnohistorical reflection of the profile of being as a diplomatic, guaranteeing, jurisdictional entity in relation to other figures that, in the regional and international, has as objective, the protection of people.- environment. In the same way, a review of the postulates of Amartya Sen is made, as well as the importance of the jurisdictional guarantee as a means to protect the fundamental rights of people against state power, which has had a great influence on the way in which the role of the courts and justice in democratic societies is understood. We will do this reflective analysis hand in hand with documentary ethnohistory and having as a context of interpretation, understanding and explanation the hermeneutic space of epochal knowledge of biolaw and how it It was thought up and put into practice by that society whose impact still resonates in the archetypal sustainable culture of Latin America today.La presente Investigación tiene como finalidad sustantiva el estudio del desarrollo humano sustentable, para asegurar la protección efectiva de los derechos fundamentales y la igualdad ante la ley de todos los ciudadanos y su resguardo hacia el medio ambiente. Dicha reflexión se basa en el enfoque etnohistórico de capacidades: desarrollado por Amartya Sen (1990), este paradigma propone que el desarrollo debe centrarse en la ampliación de las capacidades individuales, está; adscrita a la temática: perspectiva del desarrollo humano sustentable en la sociedad del conocimiento, tiene como finalidad sustantiva realizar una reflexión etnohistórica arquetípica del perfil que tiene el ser como ente diplomático, garantista, jurisdiccional con relación a otras figuras que, en el ámbito regional e internacional, tiene como objetivo, la protección de personas.- medio ambiente. El Servicio comunitario: desde la práctica universitaria.
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is aimed at interpreting the practices developed by the National Experimental University "Simón Rodríguez" (UNESR), Núcleo Valera, to comply with the provision of the Higher Education Student Community Service. The study falls within the qualitative paradigm and as the ethnographic method used, the qualitative information collection techniques used were: non-participant observation, informal conversations, audio and video recordings. The systematization and analysis of the information allowed us to interpret two (02) categories of practices carried out by the participants and facilitators involved in carrying out the community service, namely: Academic and community practices, each one with its respective sub-categories of analysis, which It allowed unveiling a practice marked by a lack of commitment, individualism and assistance. This leads us to reflect on the paths of institutional transformation to follow to implement the improvement of the practices carried out.El propósito de la presente investigación se orienta a interpretar las prácticas desarrolladas por la Universidad Nacional Experimental “Simón Rodríguez” (UNESR), Núcleo Valera, para dar cumplimiento a la prestación del Servicio Comunitario Estudiantil de Educación Superior. El estudio se inscribe dentro del paradigma cualitativo y como método utilizado el etnográfico, las técnicas de recolección de la información cualitativa utilizadas fueron: observación no participante, conversaciones informales, grabaciones de audio y video. La sistematización y el análisis de la información permitió interpretar dos (02) categorías de prácticas realizadas por los participantes y facilitadores involucrados en la realización del servicio comunitario a saber: Prácticas académicas y comunitarias, cada una con sus respectivas subcategorías de análisis, que permitió develar un hacer marcado por la falta decompromiso, el individualismo y asistencialismo. Efecto del aula invertida como recurso tecnológico en la construcción del conocimiento de las ecuaciones lineales.
Get PDFThe purpose of this research was to glimpse the effect of the inverted classroom as a technological resource in the construction of knowledge of linear equations in new students in the mathematical subject zero taught in the engineering faculty of the Momboy Valley University. The theoretical support of the study focused on Nonaka and Takeuchi\u27s theory of knowledge construction (1995). In this sense, the research is located in the quantitative paradigm, with an explanatory level and a quasi-experimental design. Likewise, it was selected as a population and shows two sections of zero mathematics configured by 30 students in each section, where a comparison group and another experimental group were formed, to which the instruments for data collection were applied, through a diagnostic test and a questionnaire linked to the test and post-test, which were validated by the judgment of five experts; with a subsequent reliability analysis (Kuder and Richardson KR20) acceptable. Once the information was collected and analyzed, the proposed hypotheses, causal relationships, as well as any other information from the relationships between the theoretical and the research variables were interpreted, deriving from it a set of processes that the teacher and the student must carry out to build knowledge in linear equations, remaining as a scientific contribution to the subject of linear equations or other subjects in other disciplines.
La presente investigación tuvo como propósito vislumbrar el efecto del aula invertida como recurso tecnológico en la construcción del conocimiento de las ecuaciones lineales en los estudiantes de nuevo ingreso en la asignatura matemática cero dictada en la facultad de ingeniería de la universidad Valle del Momboy. El sustento teórico del estudio se enfocó en la teoría de la construcción del conocimiento de Nonaka y Takeuchi (1995).En tal sentido, la investigación se ubica en el paradigma cuantitativo, con un nivel explicativo y un diseño cuasi-experimental. Así mismo, se seleccionó como población y muestra dos secciones de matemática cero configuradas por 30 estudiantes en cada sección, donde se conformó un grupo control y otro grupo experimental a los cuales se les aplicó los instrumentos para la recolección de datos, a través de una prueba diagnóstica y un cuestionario vinculado al test y pos-test , mismos que fueron validados por el juicio de cinco expertos; con un posterior análisis de confiabilidad (Kuder y Richardson KR20) aceptable .Una vez recolectada y analizada la información se procedió a interpretar las hipótesis planteadas ,relaciones causales, así como cualquier otra información proveniente de las relaciones entre lo teórico y las variables de la investigación, derivándose de ello un conjunto de procesos que debe efectuar el docente y el estudiante para construir el conocimiento en las ecuaciones lineales, quedando como un aporte científico al tema de las ecuaciones lineales u otros temas en otras disciplina

Get PDFThis article contains a synthesis of the work carried out by the Investigative Discussion Focus Group (GRUFODIN), within the framework of the thesis approach of the Master\u27s Degree in Public Management of the Valle del Momboy University, cohort 2018 - 2021. It is about an intense research-action program to help create an Integral and Sustainable Development Plan for Isnotú, given the favorable circumstance of the beatification by the Catholic Church of its favorite son José Gregorio Hernández, who is also the best-known and most beloved character of Venezuela throughout its history. First, the result of intense teamwork is presented, which, with the participation of the Isnotú community, covers the analysis of its current situation and the various aspects that characterize this populated center, then the process of building consensus around its strategic plan, to then present the bases of said plan, and conclude with the individual contributions of each participant of the Master\u27s degree, as required by the national regulations that regulate this matter. The main purpose of this research-action process is that the product becomes the strategic guide that guides everything that is done in this territory, so that its development is comprehensive, inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable, as raises SDG 11 of the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda approved by the United Nations General Assembly, of which Venezuela is a signatory. And may everything be compatible with the values inspired by Blessed Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, a native of this town. The general idea is that Isnotú is a model population center in spirituality, human economy, common good, environmental harmony and with a high density of social capital, summarized in the Shared Vision achieved in this process: “Isnotú, spiritual paradise from Venezuela".El presente artículo contiene una síntesis del trabajo realizado por el Grupo Focal de Discusión Investigativa (GRUFODIN), en el marco del abordaje de las tesis de grado la Maestría en Gerencia Pública de la Universidad Valle del Momboy, cohorte 2018 – 2021. Se trata de un intenso programa de investigación – acción para contribuir a crear un Plan de Desarrollo Integral y Sostenible de Isnotú, dada la circunstancia favorable de la beatificación por la iglesia católica de su hijo predilecto José Gregorio Hernández, que además es el personaje más conocido y más querido de Venezuela en toda su historia. Se presenta primero el fruto del intenso trabajo en equipo que con la participación de la comunidad de Isnotú, abarca el análisis de su situación actual y los diversos aspectos que caracterizan a este centro poblado, luego el proceso de construcción de los consensos en torno a su plan estratégico, para seguidamente presentar las la Maestría, tal como lo exige la normativa nacional que regula esta materia. El principal propósito de este proceso de investigación – acción es que el producto se convierta en la guía estratégica que oriente todo lo que se realice en este territorio, de manera que su desarrollo sea integral, inclusivo, seguro, resiliente y sostenible, tal como lo plantea el ODS 11 de los Objetivos del Desarrollo Sostenible de la Agenda 2030 aprobada por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, de la cual Venezuela es signataria. Y que todo sea compatible con los valores que inspira el Beato Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, nativo de esta población. La idea en general es que Isnotú sea un centro poblado modelo en espiritualidad, de economía humana, de bien común, de armonía ambiental y con una alta densidad de capital social, resumido en la Visión compartida lograda en este proceso: “Isnotú, paraíso espiritual de Venezuela”
