„Stworzenie technologii przemysłowego otrzymywania fitoestrogenu z chmielu o największej aktywności biologicznej” Nr POIR: POIR.01.01.01-00-0956/18-00 realizowanego przez SYNKOL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA wykonane, w ramach umowy o podwykonawstwo.W doświadczeniu przeprowadzono zwiększanie ilość zastosowanego substratu ksantohumolu (XN) do wartości 50, 200, 500 i 1500 mg. Zauważono zmniejszenie wydajności z ponad 90% do około 85% (średnio). W ten sposób otrzymano dodatkowe 50 mg IXN. Sumarycznie z 1500 mg XN otrzymano 1370 mg IXN. Całkowita wydajność procesu wyniosła 91%. </p
Mechanism of pharmacological activity of hydrogenated D2AAK1 derivatives
This study reports 14 novel D2AAK1 derivatives with enhanced properties as neuroprotective agents. These derivatives were tested for their inhibition effects on AChE and MAO-B, as well as their effect on cell viability under oxidative stress. D2AAK1 derivatives showed strong cytoprotective effects, increasing cell viability by up to 300%. These effects are linked to MAPK p38 and Nrf2 pathway interactions, known to promote antioxidant and anti-apoptotic responses. In vivo studies indicated a beneficial effect of the tested derivative on the memory processes in the novel object recognition test. These findings identify D2AAK1 derivatives as potential agents for the treatment of memory deficits. The following data are collected here:standard NMR data of the novel compounds,in vitro data regarding cell vitality after compound treatment, enzyme inhibition of the studied compounds (MAO-B and AChE),animal studies (the effect of a selected compound on memory processes),X-ray data of a selected compound. The main finding of the study is discovery of D2AAK1 analogs more potent than a parent compound.</p

Research on verification of the MLP network-based current sensor fault classifier for various vector-controlled AC motor drives.
The research focused on classifying fault types in stator current sensors in a field-oriented control (FOC) structure for drive systems with permanent magnet motors (PMSM) and induction motors. A unique method for extracting fault symptoms from the stator current signal of AC motors (induction and PMSM) was developed, allowing the use of a small multilayer perceptron network architecture as a classifier. The proposed solution was validated through simulations in the MATLAB/Simulink environment and on laboratory benches.Uploaded data contain respectively:Data_1The file "sim_data.m" contains the results of stator current sensor fault classifier simulation tests conducted for a PMSM motor drive. The following fault classes were considered: OC - complete loss of signal (open circuit), G - change of gain, OFF - appearance of a constant component (offset), SAT - saturation of the signal. The file "sim_data.m" contains an array of "s" structures. Each structure in this array corresponds to a different value of load torque. This value can be checked in the field named "load_torque". The other fields are as follows: t - simulation time CSFCA, CSFCB - results of fault classification of currents in phase A and B isA, isB - measured currents isA_VCS, isB_VCS - estimated currents zero_cross_timesA, zero_cross_timesB - times at which the passage of current through zero occurs wm_ref - speed set in the control structure File "confusion_matrix.m" calculates confusion matrix for data from file "sim_data.m" Data_2Experimental results of fault classification of induction motor current sensors.
