In-situ impregnation of Xanthene in silica support for luminescent food spoilage sensor
This dataset accompanies a study focused on the development of a luminescent, colorimetric sensor for real-time detection of food spoilage via ammonia release. The sensor is based on Rhodamine 800 (Rh800), a xanthene derivative dye known for its low toxicity, high photostability, and red-range emission. Rh800 was incorporated into a sol–gel-derived silica matrix through in-situ impregnation. The dataset includes optical measurements (color and luminescence intensity), calibration curves, and quantitative analysis (LOD, LOQ, and RSD) in response to varying ammonia concentrations, relevant to meat spoilage detection.Data were collected in five replicates per concentration. The calculated detection parameters are as follows:LOD (limit of detection): 11.4 ppmLOQ (limit of quantification): 35 ppmRSD (relative standard deviation): 5.26%The dataset also includes NMR spectroscopy results, which reveal the hydrolysis of Rh800 under alkaline conditions, contributing to the understanding of dye stability and degradation mechanisms. This data supports the development of low-cost, intuitive food quality monitoring solutions using luminescent dye-based sensors.</p

Antioxidant activity and iodine and thiamine content in Gnocchi-type dumplings and Ciabatta-type rolls with the addition of iodine-fortified dried carrots, pumpkins, broccoli, cauliflower and beetroots
Iodine content (mg kg−1), thiamine (mg kg−1), antioxidant activity tested in ABTS and DPPH tests (mg Trolox/100g dry extract mass) measured in food products such as Gnocchi dumplings and Ciabatta rolls with the addition of iodine-fortified vegetables (pumpkin, broccoli, cauliflower, beetroot, carrot), tested after preparation (raw dough), heat treatment and storage. Heat treatment of Ciabatta rolls is baking, and for Gnocchi dumplings, it is boiling in water. Storage conditions for Ciabatta rolls are 21C/8 days and -21C/100 days and for Gnocchi dumplings -21C/100 days.</p
109Pd/109mAg in-vivo generator in the form of nanoparticles for combined β- - Auger electron therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma
Experimental data collected for the preparation of the manuscript "109Pd/109mAg in-vivo generator in the form of nanoparticles for combined β- - Auger electron therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma"To improve the efficacy of radionuclide therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma, we suggest utilizing radioactive palladium nanoparticles in the form of 109Pd/109mAg in-vivo generator that simultaneously emits β− particles and Auger electrons. The results indicate that nanoparticles labeled with 109Pd can be effectively used for combined β− - Auger electron-targeted radionuclide therapy of HCC. Due to the decay of both components (β− and Auger electrons), the 109Pd/109mAg in-vivo generator presents a unique potential in this field. Please consult the readme.txt file for additional information.</p

Source data for: Non-integrability of charged three-body problem
We consider the problem of n points with positive masses interacting pairwise with forces inversely proportional to the distance between them. In particular, it is the classical gravitational, Coulomb or photo-gravitational n-body problem. Under this general form of interaction, we investigate the integrability problem of three bodies. We show that the system is not integrable except in one case when two among three interaction constants vanish. In our investigation, we use the Morales–Ramis theorem concerning the integrability of a natural Hamiltonian system with a homogeneous potential and its generalization.</p
Do otrzymania 8-prenylonaringeniny zastosowano reaktor chemiczny- Reactor Ready system z wyposażeniem firmy Radleys, w którym zostało zamontowane mieszadło mechaniczne Heidolph Hei-TORQUE 200 Precision z mieszadłem łopatkowym. </p
