Data obtained in the project include elemental analysis (N, C, H), X-ray data, wood, cellulose and nanocellulose samples. Analysis of the surface of nanocellulose using a scanning electron microscope.</p
On application of the relative entropy concept in reliability assessment of some engineering cable structures
The file attached has been written in the computer algebra system MAPLE 2024. It contains some numerical data obtained with the Finite Element Method system ROBOT concerning horizontal displacements of the top of some steel cylindrical chimney subjected to typical environmental actions. They have been obtained for several trials values of this shell thickness. Further, this parameter is introduced as the main Gaussian uncertainty source in this model and reliability indices have been determined using the First Order Reliability Method. These values determined according to the provisions of the designing code Eurocode 0 and 3-1-1 have been contrasted with the values obtained with the help of Bhattacharyya relative entropy. Two datasets given in this spreadsheet correspond to two different models of the chimney - namely the beam model, where the chimney is represented by Euler-Beronoulli finite elements, and also the 4-noded thin shell finite elements.</p
Potencjał roślin stosowanych w polskim tradycyjnym ziołolecznictwie - właściwości przeciwnowotworowe
Plants traditionally used for centuries in herbal medicine and growing in Poland can be a good source of bioactive substances. However, their potential is not fully exploited, as they have not been thoroughly studied in terms of efficacy, safety and mechanisms of action. The plant extracts selected during XTT analysis [aqueous, at a concentration of 200 ug/mL] was tested in an in vitro model of con normal cells (CCD841 CoTr cell line). May-Grunwald-Giemsa method staining was performed. This dataset contains microscopic images obtained after staining.</p

DFT Data on the "Identification of the Kirkendall effect as a mechanism responsible for thermal decomposition of the InGaN/GaN MQWs system"
The dataset included in the compressed archive contains numerical results that support the study on the Kirkendall effect as a mechanism responsible for the thermal decomposition of the InGaN/GaN MQWs system. These results were obtained through a series of computational simulations and theoretical analyses based on first-principles calculations using Density Functional Theory (DFT) and Harmonic Transition State Theory (HTST). The study systematically explores atomic diffusion in semiconductor materials by evaluating the migration of indium (In) and gallium (Ga) atoms under various compositional and thermal conditions. To achieve this, the research involved:Computing migration energy barriers for In and Ga atoms within different InxGa1-xN alloys and GaN.Investigating phonon dispersion relations to assess lattice dynamics and their influence on atomic diffusion.Analyzing changes in vibrational free energy to determine entropy effects and their role in defect migration.Calculating temperature-dependent diffusion coefficients for In and Ga atoms to quantify their mobility in different environments. The primary objective of these computations was to establish a comprehensive understanding of how diffusion-driven mechanisms contribute to void formation at material interfaces, specifically in the context of the Kirkendall effect. The insights derived from this dataset provide valuable information for optimizing the stability and performance of InGaN/GaN-based optoelectronic devices. This dataset is integral to validating the theoretical framework and computational results presented in the study. Researchers can use it to reproduce results, compare with experimental findings, or extend the analysis of diffusion mechanisms in semiconductor materials.</p
