Spectral reflectance of core-shell GaN-(Al/Hf)Ox nanowires within adapted effective medium approximation
The result contained in this repository describe expanded analysis of the reflectance spectra for the bare GaN nanowires (NWs) into the core-shell GaN-(Al/Hf)Ox structures. The EMA was adapted for such structures and was used to simplify the description of their optical and structural properties. The expected increase in the neff value (the effective refractive index) with shell thickness was confirmed, with slightly higher values for HfOx shells compared to AlOx. Moreover, the fNWs values (the fill factor) obtained from reflectance spectra matched those from SEM images, demonstrating that reflectance measurements can be a noninvasive, convenient, and quick technique for analyzing the structural properties of samples on a global scale. Whats more, a proper extension of the reflectance model was presented, which accurately modeled the measurement data. Hence, based on the structural parameters of the NW ensemble, the reflectance spectra can be predicted, which is crucial for designing and fabricating GaN-based optoelectronic devices, what makes this method valuable for both theoretical optics and nanotechnology applications.</p

Three-layer Particleboards from Hazel (Corylus avellana L.) Wood Particles
The database contains the raw results of the tests of mechanical and physical properties of three-layer particleboards made of different amount of wood particles of hazel (Corylus avellana L.). The content (by weight) of the hazel wood particles made of chips with bark in the tested particleboards was 0, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100%. There was also panel variant made of 100% hazel wood produced from debarked chips.</p

Angle resolved photoluminescence measurements of MAPbI3 metasurface
Dataset contains photoluminescence spectra of the MAPbI3 metasurface measured at varying angle, as well as the SEM image of the fabricated metasurface and results of the conducted FDTD simulations.The goal of the project was to design, fabricate and characterize the perovskite metasurface in square 2D lattice arrangement, that can support photonic bound state in the continuum (BIC). The characteristics of the metasurface obtained through angle resolved photoluminescence measurement are in good agreement with theoretical predictions based on FDTD. Analiza wpływu prędkości odkształcenia na plastyczność stali austenitycznych w temperaturach kriogenicznych
Zbiór danych zawiera wyniki pozyskane podczas realizacji projektu badawczego MINIATURA pt.: Analiza wpływu prędkości odkształcenia na plastyczność stali austenitycznych w temperaturach kriogenicznych.W zbiorze danych zamieszczono surowe dane badawcze pozyskane podczas testów wytrzymałościowych prowadzonych przy różnych prędkościach odkształcenia, zarówno w temperaturze ciekłego helu, jak i w temperaturze pokojowej. Dane obejmują pomiary siły oraz wydłużenia. Przedstawiono w nich rezultaty dla dwóch gatunków stali austenitycznej — AISI 304 oraz AISI 316L — różniących się intensywnością indukowanej odkształceniowo przemiany fazowej oraz przewodnością cieplną. W zbiorze umieszczono również wykresy opracowane na podstawie surowych danych, zestawiające wyniki dla obu analizowanych gatunków stali.Pomiary pozyskano przy użyciu czujników zainstalowanych wewnątrz kriostatu: ekstensometrów clip-on oraz piezoelektrycznego czujnika siły.</p
Optical and scintillation characteristics of PEA2PbI4 crystal
Dataset contains photoluminescence, time-resolved photoluminescence, absorption, radioluminescence and pulse-height spectrum of the hybrid 2D perovskite crystal PEA2PbI4. Assessment of aggregate mixture reactivity in concrete at 60°C
Data set presented in publication 'Assessment of aggregate mixture reactivity in concrete at 60°C' Structure and Environment 2024, vol. 16, (3), pp. 153-157'Data_set_expansion': Length changes measurements (expansion) of concrete beams in Miniature Concrete Prism Test (AASHTO T 380). Tests were performed on 6 aggregate mixtures (SB, SW, ST, AB, AX, AW) stored in molar sodium hydroxide solution at 60°C for 84 days. Measurements were performed on dilatometer design in IPPT PAN (patent WUP 08/2022). Measurements were made on 3 samples, the length change was calculated in acc. to AASHTO T 380. The expansion results (mean value of the length change) are presented in Fig. 1 in the above publication.‘Data_set_compressive_strength': Compressive strength measurements on 50 mm cubic samples cut from the concrete beams. The samples stored in 1 molar sodium hydroxide solution (1 M NaOH) at 60°C and water at 20°C for 84 days. Compressive strength was performed on at least 3 samples (with load rate 2400 N/s) using concrete compression machine Controls AUTOMAX MULTITEST.‘Data_set_modulus’: The resonant modulus of elasticity of the concrete was measured with the impulse excitation technique using a GrindoSonic MK5 device with a piezoelectric detector on the concrete beams stored in 1 molar sodium hydroxide solution (1 M NaOH) at 60°C and water at 20°C for 84 days. Presented data contains mean values for a concrete beam calculated in software WINEMOD - Version 2.05.</p
