MAPALP: a vegetation map of the north-western European Alps
No full textThe objective of the MAPALP map is to propose a map that i) aggregates and combines different types of spatial data in a single tool to obtain a homogenised map that provides knowledge of the regional composition and distribution of the vegetation cover in the north-western Alps area (50 km of radius), ii) provides for each of these categories of vegetation cover, an average botanical composition with the abundances of taxa, and finally iii) that provides proportions of the selected taxa for the whole area.
Although this map has been produced in the context of a palaeoecological study, the methodology developed and the final map dataset can be respectively applied and used for other types of environmental studies (soil erosion, risks, ecosystem monitoring, etc...) from land cover to habitat scales and even taxa scale

No full textThe project consisted in collecting and analysing eDNA samples with the same protocol following the same transect along the west coast of Guadeloupe over consecutive days. Twelve samples were collected. Two sampling phases were carried out: one in 2021 over four consecutive days, the other in 2022 over two consecutive days. eDNAs contained in the samples were analysed by metabarcoding using vertebrate–specific primers (Taberlet et al. 2018)

*Les couches SIG des sites des différents dispositifs sentinelles à jour (2022, 2023 ou 2024) :

-Alpages Sentinelles
-et Flore Sentinelle.
ATTENTION : les suivis réalisés dans le cadre de Flore Sentinelle adoptent différentes approches et protocoles. Il a été décidé de ne faire figurer qu'un exemple de suivis réalisés par Flore Sentinelle qui adopte une approche "écosystèmes" afin que ce soit comparable avec les sites de suivis des autres dispositifs sentinelles. L'exemple choisi est donc celui du suivi des combes à neige et des espèces patrimoniales associées. Ces sites apparaissent sous forme de points sur la carte.
* Les couches SIG représentant le périmètre du projet de plateforme LTSER Lautaret-Oisans (périmètre circulaire flou avec enveloppe sous forme de pointillés par exemple) et de son "master site" Lautaret-Galibier (périmètre précis). Ces éléments figureront sur la carte sous forme de polygones.
* La couche SIG du périmètre de la ZAA (= massif alpin français au sens de la convention alpine) récupérée sur DEIM
