No full textL’objectif de cette étude et de tenter de mettre en évidence les contributions de la governanced’entreprise et son impact sur la qualité de l’information comptable et de la diffusion comptable,et comment en en bénéficier pour résoudre les problèmes que rencontrent la plupart desentreprises ( corruption comptable due à la non – application des principes comptables , manquede transparence et de non- divulgation des données et information réelles reflétant les conditionsfinancières des entreprises économiques ). En particulier, les problèmes financiers dont le plusimportant est la perte de confiance sur la crédibilité de l’information comptable et financière del’entreprise, et donc la perte de sa qualité.Dans ce cadre, nous avons réalisé une étude de cas d’un échantillon des employés de quatreentreprises (CAAT, SAA, MATEC, CAAR). Cette étude a été réalisée en analysant unquestionnaire qui a été proposé à un groupe sélectionné, le questionnaire a été préparé pourinclure 25 questions classées en trois axes essentiels, et les résultats du questionnaire ont ététraités à l’aide du programme SPSS.L’étude a révélé que la gouvernance d’entreprise jouent un rôle majeur par ses principes dansle domaine de l’évolution de la profession comptable, ceci a des effets à son tour sur la qualité del’informations comptable .et le niveau de gouvernance en vigueur dans les entreprises del’échantillon étudié, ce qui permet à l’échantillon étudié de fournir une diffusion comptableefficace
