Phonetics interference between Arabic and French in third year of Algerian primary education.
No full textThis study seeks to reveal the manifestations of phonetics interferencein Arabic and French in an attempt from a learner to learn his secondlanguage. Language learner are often incorporating into the secondlanguage first language phonetic and could replace the ones he can’tpronounce (in the second language) by others in his own language, orfrom near phonemes. To reach our goal we will depend on the method of errors analysis toanalyze the code language, passing through three stages: identifyingthe error, describing it and finally interpreting it. So we will try tounderstand what phonetics interference is, its causes and consequencesand clarify its manifestations in pronunciation and writing letters
 
How to activate the quality assurance system in the Algerian universities by taking advantage of the leading international experiences
No full textThis article is a contribution to clarify the issue of quality assurance inAlgerian institutions of higher education.After a presentation of the different theoretical aspects of the subject, wehave drawn up a sample of the countries and in the light of the analysisof different experiences we have concluded that the quality assurance ofthe Algerian university system has not been able to reach the levelrequired because of a combination of factors and obstacles thatprevented its success.The various tests and trials we have referred to have led us to concludethat the success of the application of the quality assurance system in thevarious academic institutions remains subject and dependent on theavailability of a certain number of conditions, mainly the publicationand wider dissemination of a culture of quality, the choice and trainingof actors on the procedural aspect of quality assurance, which are infact real possibilities for this system which must undoubtedly benefitfrom the experience of others.

No full textSheikh Al-Bashir Ibrahimi lived at a stage marked by the intensification of theconflict between French colonialism and the Algerian people. The first partytried with all its efforts to erase all the elements of identity of these colonizedpeople in order to facilitate their control, beginning by keeping them awayfrom all that binds them to these elements of religion and language.And the second party is mainly represented by the intellectuals of thesepeople, including Sheikh Ibrahimi, who took upon themselves the mission ofpreserving the Algerian identity, with all its components, so they tried tosupervise these people in various forums and places of assembly, which areavailable, especially mosques. And the most important of these was theassociation of Algerian Muslim Scholars.In this article, I tried to present the contributions of this person, whoserved as the Vice-President of the previous association, through a pragmaticstudy of the achievement of named scholar, focusing on one model, which isone of his preaches in this association, and trying to extract the elements ofargumentation which took the Sheikh as way of convincing his hearers.
