No full textThe aim of this study is to identify the type of relationship between internalcommunication and improve human performance in the Sonatrach Foundation GL2Z. Italso aims to identify the reality of the communication system in the institution. Toachieve this purpose, we adopted the descriptive approach and the analytical approach todata analysis, The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 88 individuals working atthe institution. The study hypotheses were also processed and tested using the statisticalpackage of social sciences (SPSS20), based on a set of statistical methods such asCronbach alpha, arithmetic mean and standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient.After the analysis and analysis, the study reached a set of results that proved a strongpositive relationship between the internal communication and the human performance inthe institution. The study considered that the communication process requires a good andmodern equipped system that keeps abreast of the tremendous developments incommunications. The study also considered that the performance of the human elementis the basis for improving the performance of the institution as a whole

No full textThe purpose of this study is to measure the impact of public and privateinvestment on economic growth in Algeria, towards this goal we analyze the long-termrelationship among following variables: Gross Domestic Product as a dependent variableand Public Investment and Private Investment as a independent variables usingeconometric methods such as the Unit Root tests of stationary, the C-ointegartionApproach during the period 1970-2015, Our empirical results show a high degree of comovement among these variables, which confirms that public investment and privateinvestment have an impact on economic growth, but did not reach the desired results, Asshow a causality relationship among public investment and private investment

The objectiveof this study is to identify the contribution of environmental planning in achieving theobjectives of the strategy of sustainable development - Egypt 2030 in its environmentaldimension. The study concluded that the objectives of the environmental dimension inthe strategy of sustainable development - Egypt 2030\u27s vision is very much in line withthe benefits of environmental planning, as well as the objectives of environmentalplanning. No full textThe study aims at comparing the performance of banks listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange inthe period 2010-2017 based on the averages of liquidity and profitability indicators, using thedescriptive approach and the analytical method. The results showed instability in the Palestinianeconomic environment, which affected the results of performance of liquidity and profitability,where the highest indicators of liquidity in the Arab Islamic Bank (55.667%), while the profitabilityindicators the best results were in the Bank of Palestine. This confirms that Islamic banks maintaincash liquidity more than commercial banks because they are unable to provide liquidity at anytime.The study recommends the adoption of indicators of liquidity and profitability in riskmanagement and analysis by banks because of their importance in deviating degrees and levels ofsafety to avoid ris

No full textThe purpose of this paper is to highlight the reality of entrepreneurial spirit amongAlgerian youth and to determine the role that played by Determinants of entrepreneurship inorder to create this desire among Algerian youth. The data were collected through aquestionnaire, which was distributed, to about 250 students from two institutions selected fromthe Algerian west, only 164 were retrieved and used for analysis.In order to answer this problem. We have used the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) topurify the model and to determine the main dimensions of Determinants of entrepreneurship.Where the modeling of structural equations was used through the Partial Least Squares - PathModeling method (PLS-PM), so as to test hypotheses and to define the relationship betweenDeterminants of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial spirit among Algerian youthThe findings of the study revealed there is no positive effect of these Determinants on thecreation of the entrepreneurial spirit in the target sample. And it recommended the need to paymore attention to this philosophy by, Developing the work, and programs of the support, andaccompaniment apparatus, Enhance the social environment, and give it a pivotal role, in creatinga culture of entrepreneurship among young people, both educated and others, The abolition ofinterest rates, which are one of the most important obstacles, that alienate Algerian youth fromthe field of entrepreneurship such as those in some developed countries or even some Arab andAfrican countrie

No full textThe aim of this study was to determine the effect of consumer attitude towards green products on purchasing behavior. The consumer attitude was measured by the following dimensions (individual responsibility, role of institutions and governments, financial role, knowledge of environmental issues), The study population represented by University of Sidi Bel Abbes, and the size of the sample was 300 students. The researcher used a questionnaire to collect the data and 263 questionnaires were retrieved. 245 questionnaires were valid for the analysis. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the impact of environmental responsibility and the role of institutions and governments, and there was no effect of financial role and knowledge of environmental issues. Some recommendations were made, the most important of which was raising environmental awareness among students and encouraging them to buy green product

But this role can only be achieved if the entrepreneurship is able to survive and continue in a changing and turbulent environment, a lot of enterprises that have recently been founded during the first four years are exposed to death because they have new knowledge so they characterised by economic value with high incertitude, while the enterprises which were present in the market have previous and accumulate knowledge, consequently, its economic uncertainty is weak
