No full textLa mise en place de l’intelligence économique défensive à l’intérieur de l’entreprise, nécessité de dotercelle-ci de moyens matériels et techniques développés, en plus de la dotation en facteur humain et de laveille et les appels à la vigilance à tous les niveaux de la hiérarchie. Tout ceci en parallèle à des mesuresadministratives efficaces, pour protéger le patrimoine de connaissance de l’entreprise et pour pallier au volde données sensibles ou à la fuite d’informations vitales .A travers notre étude, nous avons conclus que l’entreprise objet de la recherche, à une conscience del’importance de l’IE, et s’emploie à mettre en place des mécanismes et des mesures quant à son application.Ces efforts sont reflétés par les investissement importants consentis dans ce domaine au cours des cinqdernières années, et notamment dans la sécurité des informations et de l’IE défensive en général, parl’acquisition de logiciels et de systèmes d protection évolués, mais aussi par la formation.Pour conclure, l’IE défensive aspire à protéger le patrimoine informationnel et cognitif de l’entreprise, enplus de la veille et du lobbying. De ce fait, l’entreprise se doit d’activer certaines mesures à l’instar de cellesrelatives à la sécurité, aux contrats, aux capital de connaissances et à la formation en matière de sécuritéinformatique et informationnelle

The disclosure of intellectual property and its basic components isessential to show the Organization independency as it has direct impact on its performance. This objective ifthe study is to measure the impact of the disclosure of intellectual capital and subsequently on theorganizational performance in selected Iraqi organizations. The study has hypothesized that there is a directimpact the disclosure of intellectual capital on the organizations performance in selected organizations ofIraq. The study has employed the descriptive approach and secondary source of data from previous studiesand primary source of date through the questionnaire based survey, which formed the conceptual frameworkof the study.
