No full textThe research aim to find the role played by competencies development in enhancing the competitive advantage in the group saidal, the researcher designed a questionnaire included (28) items for the collection of preliminary data from a sample consisting of (169) respondents, and it has been collected and analyze data and test hypotheses using program SSPS has been used, including the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and the coefficient of correlation, and after a process of analysis of the research data and hypotheses research found to a set of conclusions most important, there is a significant role for training competences to improve staff performance, which in turn contributes to enhance the competitive advantage of the organization through what is shown by the results of the statistical analysis, which confirms that there is a relationship very strong correlation between (development competencies) (competitive advantage)

Occupational stress is of paramount importance in psychological researchand has been presented as one of the health concerns of individuals in the 20th century bythe World Health Organization (WHO); it was later classified as one of the most prevalentepidemics of the same organization. In this paper we will present a conceptual structure ofstress, and then review the five major theories of occupational stress (Taxonomy of StressTheories). Classifications are useful tools to simplify and organize our thinking aboutissues and events. Classification provides us a thinking structure to impose framework andmeaning of the complexity. No full textThe aim of this study is to clarify the characteristics of unconventionalfinancing according to the changes in the law of money and credit in Algeria,and to identify the most important changes in the financing of the publictreasury by this type of financing. We also try to compare this policy with what is adopted in USA in the so-called quantitative easing.We have concluded that there is a significant difference between the two policies, mainly concentrated in the process of printing money in Algeria,while the process is considered as accounting records in the Federal Reserve\u27sbudget in the United States, and the difference in the conduct of the processand the mechanisms of closure.
