Analysis of the determinants of foreign direct investment in the Arab States Using the principal component analysis method
The present study aims to analyze the determinants of FDI in the Arab countries. Therefore, the methodof principal component analysis has been used as the basis of the analyses. The results revealed a positivecorrelation between each of the parameters of the study, i.e., the independent variables studied, namelygross domestic product (GDP), the size of the population as two measures to measure the size of thedomestic market, inflation, open trade ; and the dependent variable of the study which is foreign directinvestment in Arab states in 2017. This paper aims to perform an in-depth analysis of the SustainableDevelopment Goals (SDGs) which have been implemented by the United Nations inthe year 2015. The research is based on performing an audit of the design andstructured framework in order to understand the level of its successful implementationalong with highlighting the grey areas and potential threats which require a proactiveand strategic move. All the presentations and discussions which happened in the 15thGeneral Auditing Bureau (GAB) Annual Seminar, being held in Saudi Arabia in theyear 2018, have been assessed and evaluated to draw a conclusion. However, analysis of the discussion on the seminar has highlighted specific gaps whichmight challenge the efficacy of the program and hence requires a necessary action
Mediating Role Of Perceived Service Quality In The Relationship Between Corporate Social Responsibility And Customer Loyalty Of Jawwal Company
The aim of the research is to test the relationship between CSR and customer loyalty, and to identify theintermediate role of perceived service quality in the relationship between CSR and customer loyalty. Thedescriptive descriptive method was used by applying the sample method of the first year students at Al-AqsaUniversity, which numbered 1235 students and 3171 students. The research was conducted on a sample of(353) individual (353) responses with a response rate of 100%. One of the most important results of theresearch is that there is a positive correlation between all dimensions of social responsibility (social, ethical,charitable, environmental) and customer loyalty, while emphasizing the role of perceived quality of serviceas an intermediary and enhanced relationship between social responsibility and customer loyalty. Electronic Banking Mechanisms and their Impact on Achieving Market Value: An Exploratory Study of a Number of Iraqi Private Banks.
The study aimed at identifying the effect of electronic banking on achieving the market value of thebank. The study relied on the analytical descriptive method. The study used the questionnaire as a tool forcollecting data and represents the study society in banks. A random sample of 100 employees was selected,The study found that the use of electronic banking is available in Iraqi banks at a very high level. It providesthe requirements for the success of electronic banking in banks at a very high level, as well as the existenceof a significant impact Machine mechanisms for statistical use of electronic banking to increase the marketvalue of the bank, and the presence of a statistically significant effect of the availability of electronicbanking requirements to increase the market value of the bank .The study recommended working on spreading e-banking awareness among customers and working toincrease e-banking by focusing on e-banking marketing to target categories that do not care about electronicbanking, as well as continuous updating of electronic banking services, studying the wishes and needs ofcustomers and working towards achieving them. The Role of Fiscal Control in Activating Tax Collection Process During The period (2010-2014): Case Study of the Taxation Directorate, Mila state
This study deals with the subject of fiscal control and its role in activating the tax collection based on the reality of the Algerian tax system and the challenges faced by this system in light of several obstacles, the most prominent of which is the phenomenon of tax evasion and the risks it poses on the level of the national economy in general and deterioration in the proceeds of the public treasury in particular .Finally, we concluded that fiscal control, when properly controlled, is capable of activating tax collection. This is in accordance with the tax revenues obtained from the fiscal control process, which represents the rights of the public treasury, which were violated by tax evader
Migrants and the “LIFO” Rule: Learned Lessons from the Financial Crisis 2008
The 2008’s financial crisis has directly affected the labor markets in developed countries either by the dismissals or by declining in wages. This strong sudden change had an inevitable impact on the international migration flows, especially on migrants working in the labor markets of the affected countries, what has led to a decline of the legal migrants flows and to a continuous growing of the social tension between migrants and the native workers. This made most of immigration-attracting countries reconsidering their policies that encourage the return migration to rectify the high unemployment rates and give the priority to the native workers. According to the economists and from the fact of previous crises experiences; so migrants are victims of the rule « Last-In-First-Out », which means that migrants are the last to be employed in the labor market and the first to be laid off in a state of crisis.
 
An analysis of Organizational Culture Dimensions in Economic Enterprise: Empirical Study on Sample of Leather Tanning enterprises in Algeria.
This study dealt with the issue of of organizational culture dimensions in Leather-tanning institutions in Algeria. The study was applied to a sample of (142) employees, out of a study population of (714) employees. The study used a questionnaire as a tool for gathering information and data. The questionnaire was distributed on various workers in different organizational levels in the leather tanning institutions (Top management, Middle management, Lower management, Typical functions). The study concluded to a set of results including the following:
The high level of awareness of all the dimensions of organizational culture (customer orientation, consistency and coherence, results orientation, adaptability, team orientation) as we noticed high levels, except two dimensions (creativity and innovation encouraging, inclusion and cohesion) in which we noticed medium levels.
There is agreement in the views and perceptions of workers in the leather tanning institutions in Algeria, about the realization of organizational culture dimensions, and in spite of the difference of (gender, educational level, duration of service, the nature of the job, geographical distribution, the nature of the institution), but they disagree about the perception of the dimensions of organizational culture by: age of employee, length of service, the nature of employment contracts that bind workers in their institutions
